At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. For every enterprise ready to harness the power of the AI Data Cloud, there lies a complex web of legacy systems that can take years and millions of dollars to untangle. The Migrations team is tasked with a mission of strategic importance: to turn this multi-year roadblock into a streamlined, intelligent, and automated experience. We believe Generative AI is the key. We are building products that don't just move data, but understand and rewrite the logic of entire data applications. We're seeking a structured, technically grounded Senior Product Manager to own several key features and capabilities within this charter. You will bring product insight and clear execution to our GenAI-powered engine, ensuring your projects directly align with Snowflake's higher-level growth goals. AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL : * Own Feature Direction & Alignment: Provide clarity, conviction, and insight for your owned features. Ensure your roadmap and projects directly align with the broader company strategy and migration goals. * Balance Technical Constraints: Deeply understand customer migration needs (such as data types, ETL pipelines, and post-migration validation). Weave technical constraints into product decisions, carefully balancing engineering effort, customer value, and feasibility. * Execute with Transparency: Help your engineering team prioritize effectively, explaining the clear rationale behind technical trade-offs. Keep cross-functional stakeholders updated on status with precise, succinct communication—ensuring there are "no surprises." * Drive with an MVP Mindset: Partner with engineering to foster a high-velocity culture focused on speed and unblocking customer pipelines. Define and ship MVPs to select customers to quickly validate core hypotheses and iterate based on real-world feedback. * Understand GTM & Enablement: Learn how your migration features are taken to market. Understand the required collateral, enablement pathways, and partner ecosystems (Professional Services and GSIs) to ensure your features are successfully adopted. * Analyze Metrics & Insights: Track usage and health metrics for your features. Conduct regular data analysis to deliver insights and make data-driven decisions that push our north star metric forward: reducing overall customer migration time. * Contribute to the Team Culture: Act as a mentor to other employees, step up to help solve team-wide issues (such as quality or process optimization), and participate as a key interviewer to help scale the PM organization. OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE : * 6+ years of enterprise product management experience, with a proven track record of independently running features through the full product lifecycle. * Solid technical foundation: Strong familiarity with data ecosystems (databases, SQL platforms, data engineering, and ETL workloads) and the ability to factor technical limitations into feature design. * Developer/Partner focus: Experience building or working with developer tools, APIs, or data platforms where user ergonomics and clarity are critical. * GenAI / LLM familiarity: Practical exposure to or strong understanding of delivering AI-powered features (e.g., code translation, developer co-pilots, semantic validation, or working with frameworks like LangChain). * Strong collaboration skills: Ability to build relationships across functions (Engineering, Professional Services, Partners) and leverage direct and indirect influence without shutting others out. Joining the Migrations product team at Snowflake offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of data and application modernization, directly impacting customer success by enabling the strategic leveraging of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll tackle complex, high-value challenges, building essential products and APIs that simplify intricate data ecosystem migrations—from ETL pipelines to applications—for our customers and partners. Your contributions will directly accelerate the adoption of Snowflake, driving significant value and cementing our customers' investment in a modern, AI-ready future. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our CoWork team. Snowflake CoWork is how enterprises interact with their data through AI — instead of writing queries or navigating dashboards, business users ask questions in plain language and get answers, visualizations, and insights. We believe the most important battle in AI right now is the context layer, and Snowflake is positioned to win it. This is a hands-on, 0→1 building role on a small, high-velocity team: you'll own how people actually reach and use CoWork — in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and on mobile — surfaces that are largely unbuilt today. There's no playbook for what "CoWork in Slack" should be; figuring that out and driving it forward with engineering is the job. AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: * Build new product surfaces from scratch — define and ship what CoWork should be in Slack, Teams, and on mobile/iOS. These are blank-page problems where you bring the thinking, strategy, and execution to invent experiences no one has built yet. * Go deep technically — reason through how each surface ties into the complex matrix of user roles, privileges, data access, and agents. Partner closely with engineering and get into the architecture, not from the sidelines. * Drive execution in ambiguity — operate without a defined playbook, hold together the many moving parts of an early-stage product, make calls, and push things forward. * Expand enterprise adoption — help take CoWork from a small cohort of power users inside the world's biggest companies to the rest of their organizations, using these new surfaces as the avenue. * Partner cross-functionally — work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, and product leadership to ship integrated experiences and influence the roadmap. * Engage directly with customers — understand how real business users work and translate that understanding into product, building genuine credibility with the people you're building for. OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, data, or a related technical field * A track record of building with AI, not just consuming it — has taken a real problem and shipped a system to solve it (personal projects count as much as professional ones, e.g. a system that triages bugs and maps them to conversation volume, or a workflow that preps for meetings by running notes against a model) * Technical depth — can reason about systems, APIs, and agents and hold their own in architecture discussions * An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity — structures messy problems and has a strong bias to action * Strong product sense — knows what makes software good, when to cut scope, and how to drive decisions * A fast-learning orientation — has ramped quickly on unfamiliar domains and turned that into real output * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical/analytical field, or equivalent practical experience BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: * An engineering or deeply technical background — you can read and reason about code and systems * Side projects or independently built tools that solve real problems with AI * Experience building agentic or LLM-powered products * A trusted referral from someone we know and respect WHY JOIN OUR COWORK TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE? CoWork brings Snowflake to every employee in an organization — not just data teams. You'll join a small, high-velocity team at the frontier of how enterprises put AI to work, owning surfaces that don't exist yet and shaping what they become. We index on raw talent and learning velocity over years of experience or a specific résumé — direct experience in our exact problem space is not required. If you thrive on blank-page problems and want to define a category rather than optimize an existing one, this is the seat. How do you want to make your impact?
