About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the
companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and
BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To
support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical
trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites,
earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel
our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
Every day, patients, physicians, and pharma companies navigate a fragmented, slow, and complex healthcare ecosystem to find
pre-approval treatments. At myTomorrows, we are building the global infrastructure to solve this. Our mission is clear: to enable
earlier and better access to all possible treatment options for patients who cannot afford to wait.
Operating across 134+ countries, we’ve supported over 18,000 patients and 3,000+ physicians. In October 2025, we closed a €25
million growth investment from Avego Healthcare Capital. This capital is our launchpad to turn our core platform into an
intelligent access orchestration layer, deepening our AI capabilities, expanding global reach, and scaling our technology
architecture.

For more information on our leadership principles, please visit the careers page of our website. Role We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Engineer who takes pride in writing excellent code and raises the bar for everyone around them simply by how they work. You'll partner closely with the Head of Engineering and Chief Product & Technology Officer to build scalable, enterprise-grade software. This is a deeply hands-on role. You'll spend the large majority of your time designing and shipping production code, while bringing the technical judgment, architectural thinking, and craftsmanship that make the whole team better. Key responsibilities * Own the technical delivery of key product initiatives across our Python (FastAPI), React, and Postgres stack. * Partner closely with the Head of Engineering and Chief Product & Technology Officer to translate product vision into scalable technical solutions. * Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions, offering the kind of technical judgment that raises the quality bar for the whole team. * Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and customer value. * Build production software as a core individual contributor, setting a high technical standard through your own work. * Improve engineering practices around testing, observability, deployment, code quality, and operational excellence. * Work closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and the Forward-Deployed Team to solve complex customer problems. * Help shape the evolution of our platform by identifying opportunities to simplify systems, improve developer experience, and reduce technical debt. * Contribute to hiring by helping assess and welcome exceptional engineers who strengthen both our technical capabilities and our culture. What We Value * Technical excellence through action. You enjoy solving difficult technical problems yourself and naturally set a standard others want to meet. * Strong engineering judgment. You know when to build for the future and when to optimize for speed. You recognize over-engineering just as quickly as accumulating unnecessary technical debt. * Systems thinking. You naturally zoom out to understand how changes in one part of the platform affect everything downstream—from customer experience to developer productivity. * Pragmatic execution. You break complex initiatives into achievable milestones, deliver iteratively, and maintain a bias toward shipping. * Product mindset. You care deeply about the user experience and challenge requirements that don't solve the underlying customer problem. * Low ego, high standards. You care more about building great software than being the smartest person in the room. You welcome feedback and give it generously. * Collaborative instincts. You communicate clearly, bring people in early, and help create alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and the Forward-Deployed Teams. * Intellectual curiosity. You're energized by ambiguity and enjoy learning new technologies, domains, and approaches to solving difficult problems. What you bring * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of owning complex technical projects end-to-end. * Strong full-stack development experience. Comfort with Python and React is strongly preferred, but we're open to exceptional engineers from other object-oriented programming (OOP) backgrounds who can demonstrate the ability to ramp quickly. * Working knowledge of SQL. You're comfortable writing queries, understanding relational data, and reasoning about how data moves through a system. Experience with schema design and data pipelines is a plus. * Experience building scalable, secure, production-grade SaaS applications. * Deep understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native development. * A track record of raising the bar for code quality through your own work and through thoughtful code and design reviews. * Strong product judgment. You care about what the user actually experiences and will question a requirement that doesn't feel right rather than simply building what's written. * A systems mindset. You naturally zoom out and notice when something upstream or downstream of your own work is drifting out of sync. * A bias toward pragmatic delivery. You scope before you dive in, break work into shippable increments, and deliver at the pace a fast-moving company requires without over-engineering. * Strong collaborative instincts and excellent communication. You bring people into conversations early, communicate clearly in both written and verbal settings, and work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and Customer Success. * Low ego, high standards. You care more about the quality of the outcome than who gets credit, and you welcome feedback without becoming defensive. * Genuine intellectual curiosity. You're energized rather than destabilized when priorities shift, and you naturally go deep on problems because you genuinely enjoy understanding how things work. Nice to have * Experience with AWS and modern deployment practices, including CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and infrastructure management. * Experience building data-intensive products or analytics platforms. * Familiarity with experimentation, statistics, or machine learning concepts. * Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows. * Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth SaaS startup. * Experience building products for enterprise customers with complex technical environments. Pay range and compensation package $150,000- $224,000 + Equity + Health Benefits What You’ll Get * Competitive compensation package and benefits. * Chance to learn and collaborate with some of the most famous researchers in the AI and digital economy space: Andrew Ng, Erik Brynjolfsson, Andy McAfee, and Daniel Rock. * The unique opportunity to help build a company, culture, and products from the ground up with a team that values healthy working practices. * A high-trust, high-autonomy work environment. At Workhelix, we stand committed to ensuring an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available without any discrimination. We believe diversity is critical to our success. Selection for employment will solely be based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply!
ACCURX IS SOLVING HEALTHCARE PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE NHS For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts. Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time. We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. HOW YOU'LL EMPOWER OUR TECH AND PRODUCT LEADERSHIP As an Executive Assistant at Accurx, you'll be partnering with our Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, who joins later this year. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You have proven EA experience within tech: You are an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported C-level executives (Chief Technology/Chief Product Officer) in a fast-paced tech startup or scale-up environment. * Proactive forward-thinking is your natural state: You excel at thinking multiple steps ahead, actioning potential next steps before the executives have even considered them. * You're a critical prioritisation partner: You are a critical thinker who has the ability to challenge executives on their priorities to keep them focused on what matters. * You use AI as your team mate: You've tried every tool and prompt to make your job easier and get stuff done quicker, and know what works for you and your execs * You're THE master of diaries and deadlines: You have excellent time management skills and a proven track record of managing busy diaries and correspondence under tight deadlines. * You have strong industry familiarity: You understand tech companies, enabling you to help leaders balance the urgent and the important. * You have flawless communication and detail: You have exceptional attention to detail along with strong oral and written communication skills suitable for different audiences. * You feel like you have strong values alignment: You showcase strong alignment with our core principles, including solving healthcare productovity, moving with urgency, and being relentlessly resourceful.
