Nordic Investin is recruiting a Software Architect on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want architecture to improve delivery decisions, not become a layer of diagrams detached from the code. The partner is aligning several products and engineering teams around a clearer technical direction. You will define practical principles, support major design choices and help teams modernise without freezing delivery. The environment will suit someone who enjoys building systems, testing assumptions in code and taking responsibility for production behaviour. Technical choices are expected to be explained in terms of maintainability, reliability and the people who use the product. How you will work You will work in short delivery cycles with direct access to product, domain and operational colleagues. The partner expects engineers to review designs, test assumptions early and follow important changes into production. Decisions should be recorded clearly enough that another engineer can understand the tradeoff months later. This is a leadership role with hands on responsibility for direction, decisions and the capability of others. You will create enough structure for teams to move independently, while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it. The partner wants visible ownership without unnecessary hierarchy. What you will do Develop target architecture and realistic transition paths. Facilitate design decisions across product and platform teams. Evaluate service boundaries, integration patterns and data ownership. Turn security, resilience and compliance needs into engineering guidance. Create lightweight decision records and reusable reference patterns. Stay close to implementation through reviews and technical discovery. What you will bring Broad software engineering background with senior delivery experience. Evidence of architecture work across several teams or domains. Strong distributed systems, API and data modelling knowledge. Ability to balance strategic direction with incremental change. Credible communication with engineers, product leaders and executives. Professional English; Swedish may be required for public sector partners. Experience that would add value Cloud platform architecture across Azure or AWS. Modernisation of a large legacy estate. Experience in a regulated or safety critical environment. A background that can succeed here You may have developed from backend engineering, integration, cloud platforms or technical leadership. The successful architect will be able to earn trust in a code review and make a complex investment decision understandable in a steering group. What makes the opportunity interesting The partner offers a genuine mandate to improve how technical decisions are made. You will influence systems, team boundaries and investment priorities while keeping architecture grounded in products that must continue to operate. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time. The recruitment conversation During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional technology if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant system, product or transformation you have helped deliver. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into technology and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.

🚀 SOFTWARE ARCHITECT, CONSULTING KUN PELKKÄ KOODIN KIRJOITTAMINEN EI ENÄÄ RIITÄ Etsimme ohjelmistoarkkitehtia, joka haluaa työssään yhdistää vahvan ohjelmistokehitystaustan, asiakastyön ja teknisen suunnan näyttämisen. Me Pinjan Consulting-liiketoiminnassa rakennamme digitaalisia ratkaisuja, joilla on oikeasti merkitystä asiakkaidemme arkeen ja liiketoimintaan. Ohjelmistoarkkitehtina toimit asiakkaidemme kumppanina tilanteissa, joissa tehdään ratkaisuja, joilla on vaikutusta vuosiksi eteenpäin. MIKSI PINJA CONSULTING? Konsultointi on meillä joukkuelaji. Every day, millions of messages are created, personalized, scheduled, and delivered through Voyado Engage. Behind that seemingly simple experience lies one of the most complex distributed systems in our platform. As retailers expect richer personalization, more channels, and increasingly real-time experiences, that complexity is only growing. Our Communication Area owns the end-to-end communication platform, from content creation and personalization to orchestration, delivery, and message tracking across multiple channels. We’re now continuing to evolve the architecture behind that platform. This isn’t about maintaining what already exists. It’s about making sure a business-critical system can keep evolving as our ambitions, volumes, and customer expectations grow. ABOUT THE ROLE As Area Architect, you’ll help set the technical direction across the Communication Area. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, tech leads, Area Leadership, and fellow architects, helping teams make architectural decisions that balance what we need to deliver today with where the platform needs to be years from now. This role is about seeing the system beyond individual services and features. You’ll challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities before they become blockers, and help teams understand how local decisions affect scalability, reliability, and the evolution of the communication platform as a whole. As part of the Area Leadership, you’ll work alongside our Engineering Manager, Product Lead, and UX Lead, shaping both what we build and how we build it. Some of the things you'll be up to: * Shape the technical direction of the Communication Area together with tech leads, engineering teams, and Area Leadership * Guide teams through architectural trade-offs around scalability, reliability, performance, developer experience, and long-term maintainability * Review and challenge significant technical proposals, exploring alternatives and strengthening designs before decisions become difficult to reverse * Look beyond today’s roadmap to identify emerging technical risks, opportunities, and foundational investments that will matter in the years ahead * Facilitate architectural discussions across teams, creating shared direction rather than isolated solutions * Coach tech leads and senior engineers, helping them strengthen their architectural thinking and technical leadership * Collaborate with architects across Voyado to ensure the Communication Area evolves as part of a coherent Engage platform SO, WHO ARE YOU? We believe you’re an experienced architect or senior technical leader who enjoys working with complex distributed systems where technical decisions have real impact at scale. You combine curiosity with decisiveness. You’ll be joining teams with years of accumulated knowledge about the communication platform, and you won’t be expected to walk in with all the answers. Instead, you take the time to understand the system, its history, and the reasoning behind existing decisions before setting a new direction. You naturally look beyond individual components to understand dependencies, downstream effects, and how today’s decisions shape tomorrow’s platform. WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE: * Architectural leadership experience across multiple teams or domains, with a track record of guiding others toward consistent technical direction as a technical lead, architect or senior engineer. * Deep experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture, including asynchronous processing, message queuing, delivery guarantees, retry strategies, idempotency, and fault tolerance * Experience with communication or messaging systems at scale, ideally covering several parts of the lifecycle from content creation and personalization to scheduling, delivery, and tracking * Experience designing integration architectures involving external systems or providers, such as email, SMS, push, or similar delivery services Experience with .NET/C#, Azure, high-volume transactional databases, content rendering or templating systems, or communication platforms such as martech, CRM, CDP, or email marketing products is highly valued. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Communication at scale is a genuinely difficult engineering problem. Reliability, personalization, automation, multi-channel complexity, external providers, and high message volumes all need to work together as one coherent system. You’ll be joining while we’re actively investing in the next generation of that platform, including greater channel extensibility, deeper personalization, and more sophisticated automation. That means real architectural problems to solve and the mandate to influence how we solve them. Voyado wouldn’t be the powerful platform it is without the people behind it. We really care for our Voyadoers, and some examples of what we can offer you are: * You’ll operate in a culture that values curiosity, open discussion, and constructive challenge - where good ideas triumphs hierarchy * Summits where we hang out, workshop, discuss, and have a good time together * Opportunities for personal and professional growth and learning in a dynamic and supportive environment. * Work-life balance – we don't have a long work-hours culture; we value engagement over hours worked. SOME OF OUR BENEFITS: * 30 days of vacation, so you can spend time on the things you love * Beneficial bike lease, including e-bikes * Breakfast buffet on Fridays * In-house gym only for Voyadoers * A generous gadget-and-phone package (your choice!) * 5000 SEK per year in wellness allowance * Parental leave top-up: additional support for new parents * A wellness hour you can use every week ABOUT VOYADO Voyado is the ultimate solution for personalization and relevance across all channels—online and offline. READY TO FIND OUT MORE? Lovely! 🎉 Before one applies it can always feel like you need a better resume, more polish, or just another year of experience, but we say if you think this sounds like a place where you can shine don't hesitate to send in your resume! Making it personal with AI We truly believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself with support from AI where it makes sense, later in the process you will even be expected to use AI. But at the end of the day, what matters is meeting you, the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human so please, bring your authentic self! Don’t let AI over polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice because that’s what we care about the most. Note: As of right now we are unable to proceed with applicants outside of the EU, and a requirement of eligibility to work at Voyado is the right to work in the EU without limitations. Needless to say, this is something we are actively working on to be able to onboard colleagues from all over the world.

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is in Oct 2026, 12-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. What you’ll focus on Translate customer and system behaviour into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and automated end-to-end test cases for complete customer journeys. Design, code and maintain automated validation for complete customer journeys. Validate customer journeys across APIs, backend services, distributed services, customer integrations and graphical clients. Use the IDP’s test, CI/CD, environment and observability capabilities to make journey validation repeatable. Provide the IDP team with concrete requirements and feedback when tooling, environments, test data, simulators or softcars are missing, and help improve those capabilities when appropriate. Integrate end-to-end validation into CI/CD workflows so teams receive fast feedback. Use metrics, logs, traces, monitoring and alerting to understand customer-journey and service health. Contribute to incident investigation and recovery, feeding production learning back into automated tests, reliability and system improvements with sound AI-assisted engineering judgement. What you bring You are fundamentally a software developer who enjoys solving customer problems through code, automation, automated end-to-end test cases and investigation. You may currently work as an SDET, Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, Test Automation Engineer or SRE. The title matters less than your ability to build useful software and establish confidence in complex systems. You understand that reliable automation is software: it needs clear design, readable code, useful failure messages, maintainable test data and environments, and feedback that engineers can act on. You are comfortable learning the domain, exploring unfamiliar systems and working with customers and colleagues to understand what must be proved. Experience developing software and automated end-to-end test cases with modern programming languages and frameworks, and using AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate implementation, test creation and investigation while validating the results. Experience developing automated test cases and validating behaviour beyond an individual service or API. Practical experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, distributed systems and production-like integration scenarios. Ability to use observability data, including logs, metrics and traces, to debug failures and understand system health. Comfort moving between requirements, source code, pipelines, customer discussions and production incidents. Understanding of proportionate validation, maintainable automation and clear technical evidence. Ownership, constructive communication and a willingness to collaborate across customer and IDP teams. Nice to have Experience consuming or contributing to Internal Developer Platform capabilities. Experience with customer integrations, simulators, softcars or service virtualisation. Experience with SRE practices, performance testing, resilience engineering or high-availability services. Experience from automotive, connected-vehicle or other business-critical domains. The teammate we’re looking for You take ownership of real customer outcomes and use evidence to establish confidence. You ask good questions when requirements are unclear, challenge assumptions constructively and turn uncertainty into something the team can test or observe. You enjoy collaborating across customer and platform boundaries, share knowledge freely and help others succeed. You bring a practical, curious and positive attitude, use “we” more often than “I”, and believe strong engineering should leave room to have fun. You are comfortable working where the answer is not immediately known. You listen to customer context, make technical trade-offs visible and help the team move from a failing example to a durable improvement. You share what you learn with both the customer team and IDP colleagues. What success looks like Automated end-to-end validation becomes the default confidence check for complete customer journeys across services, integrations and graphical clients. Engineering teams receive faster feedback and can deploy with greater confidence. Production behaviour and incidents continuously improve requirements, automated tests and observability. Customer integrations become faster, services become more resilient and recurring incidents decrease. If you want to write software that solves real customer problems and makes connected mobility more dependable, we would love to hear from you. You will see the results in faster feedback, clearer decisions and more dependable customer outcomes. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in Oct 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg. Please submit your CV as soon as possible since we will review the applications on an on-going basis. For more information about this role, please contact Kanika Singhal recruiter at Incluso.
