Din nya arbetsplats Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen i Sundsvalls kommun arbetar för att skapa goda livsvillkor för Sundsvalls kommuns äldre och personer med funktionsvariationer. Med den enskildes behov i fokus leder och utvecklar våra cirka 2 700 medarbetare framtidens vård och omsorg. Så här bidrar du i rollen som direktör Som direktör leder du förvaltningens strategiska uppdrag med tillitsbaserad ledning och styrning som grund. Tillsammans med din ledningsgrupp driver du en kulturförflyttning som stärker samverkan, utveckling och ett gemensamt ansvarstagande, samtidigt som du säkerställer en långsiktigt hållbar ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrning. Du har en engagerad ledningsgrupp med verksamhetschefer, ekonomichef och stabschef som tillsammans med dig vill utveckla framtidens vård och omsorg. Genom dialog och samverkan driver du utveckling tillsammans med vård- och omsorgsnämnden, kommundirektören, kollegor i kommunen och andra aktörer. Du representerar förvaltningen i olika samverkansorgan och sammanhang och skapar bra strukturer för dialog och samarbete med exempelvis olika samverkansgrupper och fackliga parter. Du är underställd kommundirektören och har nämndsordförande som uppdragsgivare. Som en del av den kommunövergripande ledningsgruppen bidrar du till kommunens gemensamma utveckling tillsammans med övriga förvaltningsdirektörer. Din kompetens och erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har akademisk utbildning inom ett för uppdraget relevant område. Du har flerårig erfarenhet av förändringsledning och ledarskap på en organisationsövergripande nivå, gärna i en större komplex organisation samt erfarenhet av att leda chefer. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete i politiskt styrd organisation samt av arbete i ledande befattning inom verksamhetsområdet. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att framgångsrikt drivit förändringsarbete och kulturförändring samt god förmåga att bygga och utveckla samverkan internt och externt. Likaså om du har erfarenhet av implementering av AI och digitalisering på organisationsnivå Du har mycket god svenska i tal och skrift. Du har mycket god erfarenhet av att analysera, utveckla och driva strategiska frågor. Som ledare är du trygg och handlingskraftig och trivs i förändring, där du med ett inkluderande och utvecklande ledarskap skapar engagemang och delaktighet. Du har ett tydligt mål- och resultatorienterat förhållningssätt och förmåga att prioritera och driva frågor med integritet och professionell hållning. Vidare är du utvecklingsorienterad och arbetar aktivt för att skapa långsiktig utveckling och förbättring. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet! Role overview As Lead Legal Counsel Nordics, you will be a key member of both the global legal team and the Nordic leadership team, providing hands-on commercial legal support across the region.
