We use Nest as our provider. 🏡 Local living benefit - A one-off benefit to support living closer to the office: £5,000 if you live within a 30-minute walk, or £2,500 within a 30-minute bike. It is optional, available immediately on signing, and not linked to performance or progression. 🚕 If you choose to work late in the office, you can expense dinner after 7pm and an Uber home after 9pm, or earlier if you feel unsafe travelling in the dark. UX Designer at Logikfabriken We're a consultancy of curious, generous people in tech who care as much about the craft as the team around us. Are you a UX Designer who wants to own the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products that are both data heavy and deeply human? Perfect! 👌 You'd work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. You're also someone who's social, clear in your communication, and genuinely enjoys close collaboration. That's a big part of how we work and how we have fun together. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of UX design experience You've worked end to end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow up in real usage. You're used to making design decisions where technology, business, and user needs all need to be balanced. Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus ✚. You know what it means to design for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Curious and forward leaning. You want to understand users, products, and the problem behind the problem, and you keep an eye on where design and technology are heading next. Always learning, always sharing. You look for ways to learn from others and pass on what you know, whether through pairing, critique, writing, or just thinking out loud in a chat thread. A love for complex problems. Tangled domains, messy edge cases, and unclear requirements energize you rather than scare you off. A collaborative way of working. You share early, invite feedback, and bring others along instead of designing in isolation. Comfortable with AI in your craft. You've adopted AI tools into your own workflow, and ideally also designed AI powered features or products. Strong craft in interaction design, prototyping, and visualizing solutions. Outcome oriented. You don't stop at shipped. You care about whether the design actually moved the needle for users and the business, and you use that to shape what comes next. A pragmatic mindset. Good design that ships beats perfect design that never does. YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT You'll join a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams. You'll be a member of the product trio alongside a product manager and an engineering lead, and you'll own the full design process for the team, from discovery through delivery. You'll also play a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product. The product helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement, leadership, and wellbeing through continuous feedback and AI driven insights. Expect complex flows, layered data, and users that range from frontline employees to executives. A great fit if you like designing for products that are both data heavy and deeply human. WHO WE ARE Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE You'll design and build the interfaces that make AI agents usable for finance teams. This means creating new interaction patterns for how humans work with autonomous systems, building the design systems that scale across our platform, and obsessing over the details that make complex workflows feel simple. This is a design-focused frontend role where craft and user experience matter deeply. You'll own the visual and interaction design of features while implementing them in production. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design and build interfaces that make agent operations transparent and controllable. Create new interaction patterns for real-time AI workflows, verification systems, and human-in-the-loop feedback that don't exist yet. * Prototype and iterate rapidly on new interface concepts. Work directly with customers to test designs, watch how they interact with features, and refine based on real usage. * Design information hierarchies that surface the right data at the right time. Help users understand complex financial operations, agent reasoning, and data relationships without overwhelming them. * Establish design standards and documentation that help the team ship consistent, high-quality interfaces as we scale. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Product thinking about user experience. You've designed features, tested them with users, and iterated based on how people actually use them. * Experience building or contributing to design systems. You understand component architecture, tokens, consistency, and how design scales across a product. * Ability to balance beauty with function. You care about aesthetics but know when to prioritize usability, performance, and shipping. * Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript. You can implement your designs in production-quality code, not just hand off mockup * CS degree or equivalent experience. We care most about what you've built. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Ownership: You see designs through to production. You don't stop at mockups. You implement them, refine interactions based on how they feel in the browser, and fix polish issues until it's right. * Opinionated: You have strong perspectives on what makes good design and aren't afraid to advocate for user experience. You push back on features that would make the product worse and propose better solutions. * Mission-driven: You understand that interface decisions determine whether finance teams trust and adopt AI. You care about building products that transform how businesses run. * Collaborative excellence: You elevate the team's design thinking. You give thoughtful feedback on interfaces, share design patterns and techniques, and raise the bar for polish across the product.

We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE You'll build features end-to-end for Sapien's core platform. This means taking a feature from design through frontend implementation, backend APIs, database changes, and agent integration. You own the full experience and make it work. This is role where you'll balance shipping new capabilities with keeping the platform stable and performant. You'll work directly with customers, see how they use what you build, and iterate based on real feedback. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build features that make Sapien a daily driver for finance teams. Design experiences that pull users in every day because the platform is proactively surfacing insights, catching issues before they become problems, and making their work faster and smarter. * Design interfaces that make complex agent operations understandable and controllable for finance teams who aren't technical. * Implement human-in-the-loop systems where users can give feedback, correct agent mistakes, and teach the system about their specific business processes. You can take a rough problem statement, talk to the right people, and figure out what actually needs to be built. * CS degree or equivalent experience. We care most about what you've built. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * Adaptability: You move fluidly between design, frontend, backend, and customer conversations. You're comfortable in unfamiliar territory and can shift contexts quickly. * Ownership: You see features through. You don't stop at "it works on my machine." You deploy it, monitor it, fix issues that come up, and make sure it actually solves the problem * Opinionated: You have strong views on technical decisions and product tradeoffs. You push back when something doesn't make sense and help the team make better choices. * Mission-driven: You understand that every interface decision impacts whether finance teams trust and adopt AI. You care deeply about building products that transform how businesses run. * Collaborative excellence: You make the team better. You share knowledge, give thoughtful code reviews, and bring new ideas that improve how we all work.
