Procurement Specialist & Manager IT – Konsultuppdrag (Stockholm) 📍 Plats: Stockholm (på plats) 🕒 Omfattning: Heltid 📅 Start: Augusti/September 2026 📆 Uppdragslängd: Till och med september 2027 Om uppdraget Vi söker en erfaren Procurement Specialist & Manager inom IT för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en ledande aktör inom energi- och infrastrukturbranschen. Du kommer att spela en central roll i ett omfattande investeringsprogram med fokus på hållbar teknik och digitalisering. Rollen innebär ansvar för strategiska IT-upphandlingar av hårdvara, mjukvara, molntjänster och digitala lösningar som stödjer verksamhetskritiska system, processautomation, cybersäkerhet och regulatoriska krav. Du arbetar nära projektledning, IT, teknik, juridik och externa leverantörer i en komplex projektmiljö. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Leda och driva hela IT-upphandlingsprocessen – från strategi till kontraktstilldelning. Ta fram sourcing- och upphandlingsstrategier för komplexa IT-lösningar. Genomföra leverantörsutvärderingar, kommersiella förhandlingar och kontraktering. Säkerställa att upphandlingar genomförs enligt projektets tidplan och affärsmål. Samarbeta med interna intressenter inom IT, teknik, cybersäkerhet, juridik och verksamhet. Hantera avtalsfrågor, dokumentation och leverantörsuppföljning. Identifiera och hantera risker kopplade till leverantörer, leveranser och regulatoriska krav. Rapportera status, risker och beslutsunderlag till projektledning och styrgrupper. Vi söker dig som har Minst 5–7 års erfarenhet av strategiskt IT Procurement eller IT-inköp. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av större IT-upphandlingar och avtalsförhandlingar. Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och leverantörsutvärdering. God förståelse för IT-hårdvara, mjukvara, molntjänster och digitala plattformar. Erfarenhet av inköpssystem och digitala upphandlingsverktyg. Erfarenhet från större investeringsprojekt (CAPEX) är meriterande. Erfarenhet av reglerade verksamheter, exempelvis inom cybersäkerhet eller NIS2, är ett plus.
