The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring test equipment, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards, and accurately documenting results. The Mechatronics Design Engineer will work alongside other engineers and internal company personnel to engineer final design solutions, develop conceptual designs, support existing products and perform testing/analysis of new and existing products. Summary: The Associate Director, Clinical Quality Management serves as the central Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) Lead for Clinical Operations, responsible for enterprise-wide, proactive risk management across clinical trials. THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of Merchant Experience to build and lead a new Merchant Experience (MX) function within Product. This is a senior product leadership role responsible for every stage of the merchant journey — from a merchant's first interaction with pawaPay through onboarding, integration, live operations and long-term growth.
