Ideally 5+ years of professional experience with AI or machine learning solutions, with a focus on deployment, integration, production readiness, and the practical realities of bringing AI into existing software environments. Strong judgement in systems design, trade-off analysis, platform selection, secure development, scalability, integration, maintainability, and long-term technical ownership.
