IT/OT Förvaltningsledare IT Vill du vara med och utveckla framtidens digitala lösningar inom samhällsviktig verksamhet? Nu söker vi tre Förvaltningsledare IT som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för några av våra mest verksamhetskritiska system. Hos oss blir du en nyckelperson i arbetet med att utveckla och förvalta system som bidrar till att Uppsalas vatten- och avfallsförsörjning fungerar – varje dag. I rollen arbetar du nära både verksamheten och IT och säkerställer att våra system är stabila, säkra och utvecklas i takt med verksamhetens behov. Du kombinerar strategiskt arbete med operativt ansvar och får en viktig roll i flera kommande digitaliseringsinitiativ och systeminföranden. Tre tjänster med olika inriktningar Vi söker tre personer med olika fokusområden. Två av tjänsterna arbetar huvudsakligen med verksamhetsnära system kopplade till vår kärnverksamhet, exempelvis teknisk information och laboratoriesystem. Den tredje tjänsten ansvarar främst för våra administrativa stödsystem, såsom HR-, ekonomi-, diarie- och dokumenthanteringssystem. Vilka system du kommer att ansvara för anpassas utifrån verksamhetens behov och dina erfarenheter och intresseområden. Gemensamt för samtliga tjänster är att flera nya system ska upphandlas och införas de kommande åren. Du blir därför en viktig del i hela processen – från kravställning och upphandling till implementation och långsiktig förvaltning. Om rollen Som Förvaltningsledare IT tillhör du vår IT-sektion med cirka 25 medarbetare. Du blir en del av ett engagerat förvaltningsteam med sex kollegor där ni samarbetar nära, delar erfarenheter och utvecklar vårt gemensamma arbetssätt. Vi arbetar enligt PM3 och rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar för dina förvaltningsobjekt. Du fungerar som länken mellan verksamheten, IT-specialister och externa leverantörer och ansvarar för att systemen fortsätter skapa nytta över tid. Rollen är varierad och kombinerar planering, samordning och utveckling med ett operativt ansvar i det dagliga förvaltningsarbetet. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som Förvaltningsledare IT ansvarar du för att dina system utvecklas och förvaltas på ett långsiktigt och strukturerat sätt. Du planerar och följer upp aktiviteter, samordnar olika intressenter och driver förbättringsarbete tillsammans med verksamheten. I rollen kommer du bland annat att: • leda och utveckla dina förvaltningsobjekt enligt PM3 • samordna arbetet mellan verksamheten, IT och externa leverantörer • ansvara för systemförvaltning, licenser och avtal • planera, prioritera och följa upp förvaltningsaktiviteter • identifiera och driva utvecklings- och digitaliseringsinitiativ • kravställa och medverka vid upphandling av nya system • leda eller samordna införanden av nya systemlösningar • hålla i möten, workshops och förstudier • ge stöd till verksamheten och bidra vid felsökning när det behövs. Är det här du? The Opportunity The Product Group Transformer Components and Service is a key product group within Hitachi Energy. In one of our main units, located in Ludvika, Sweden, we develop, sell, and produce Transformer Bushings and Tap-Changers. Work to optimize the cost and quality at all stages of the R&D projects, including investment and test costs. Work with the local SCM team and Category Managers to find new potential materials or new potential suppliers for critical parts. Select, together with the SCM partners, the R&D prototype suppliers, and final production material suppliers, in line with product cost requirements, product footprint requirements and SCM strategies, ensuring sustainable quality and cost. Manage directly with the suppliers for each project the ordering and on time delivery of the prototype parts, following project development and testing plan. Work to minimize the prototype and out-turn sample delivery time to reduce overall project timeline. Your background University degree in Engineering or equal Experience in Supply Chain Management Proven skills in project management and document management Drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous improvement. The Claims Manager will lead claim strategy development and execution in close collaboration with Engineering, Asset Management, Commercial, Legal, Insurance, and Operations functions. This includes analyzing claims from commercial, technical, legal, and supplier perspectives, driving aligned resolution strategies, and presenting recommendations to internal decision-making bodies. The role also involves managing stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution, including coordination with legal advisors, insurers, and external consultants in cases involving arbitration or formal disputes. The Claims Manager advises internal teams on claim status and mitigation strategies and participates in resolving disputes with clients, contractors, and suppliers. In addition, the role is responsible for claims monitoring, governance, and reporting, ensuring all claims are tracked, documented, and communicated accurately. This includes maintaining strong contract administration practices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting informed management decisions through structured reporting.
