Vi söker dels dig som vill arbeta som undervisande lärarvikarie på våra grundskolor i Valdemarsviks kommun i årskurs F-9. Vi söker också dig som är intresserad att jobba som resursperson och/eller elevassistent under skoltid eller att vikariera inom barnomsorgen på våra fritidshem och förskolor. Vi har både behov av vikarier nu omgående samt senare under höstterminen. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som vikarie rycker du in när ordinarie personal är borta kortare perioder. Det kan även ibland bli aktuellt med lite längre vikariat. Du finner glädje i att möta barn och ungdomar utifrån alla deras olikheter, personligheter samt förmågor och vill hjälpa dem att utvecklas. Som lärarvikarie förbereder och håller du lektioner efter ordinarie lärares planering och bidrar till en trygg och meningsfull dag för eleverna. Du behöver ha viljan och förmågan att arbeta tillsammans med andra vuxna i team, kunna sätta dig in i olika skolors rutiner och hantera situationer som kan uppstå i klassrummet. Du är med och gör skillnad och bidrar till att varje elev lyckas nå sina mål. I rollen som vikarie på våra förskolor kommer du arbeta med barn i åldrar 1-5 år. Tillsammans med övrig personal ger du barnen en trygg, rolig och lärorik tillvaro på förskolan. Som timvikarie har du stor nytta av förmågan att ta initiativ. Det finns alltid saker att göra på en förskola, barn som behöver en hjälpande hand, ett heja-rop, du läser en saga eller bygger en koja med någon. Dagarna blandas med omsorg (till exempel stöd vid på- och avklädning, hjälpa till vid måltiderna) och pedagogisk verksamhet (till exempel lek, utforskande och lärande tillsammans med barnen). En stor del av verksamheten bedrivs utomhus. På våra fritidshem arbetar du tillsammans med ordinarie personal med elever i åldrarna 6-12 år. På fritidshemmen har du hand om eleverna före och efter ordinarie skoltid samt är behjälplig under lektionstid. Fokus ligger vanligtvis på att träna socialt samspel genom lek, idrott och kreativa aktiviteter. På fritidshemmen är du en resurs till ordinarie lärare samt medverkar i fritidsverksamhet både inom- och utomhus. Förmågan att ta initiativ, kommunicera och lösa problem är särskilt användbara egenskaper när du jobbar som timvikarie här. Fabriken är en öppen fritidsverksamhet (fritidsklubb) för elever i årskurs 4 -6. Fabriken är även en fritidsgård för elever upp till och med 19 år. Verksamheten har öppet eftermiddagar efter skolans slut och allt som oftast är det öppet dagtid under lovdagar och studiedagar. På Fabriken kan ungdomar till exempel hänga med kompisar, spela spel, spela pingis eller sitta och plugga. De kan också vara med i projektgrupper där man kanske bakar eller pysslar. KVALIFIKATIONER Vikarie inom skola och barnomsorg passar dig som vill vara med och forma framtidens människor. Du är pedagogiskt lagd och tycker om att lära ut. Du ser dig själv som en naturlig drivande kraft i att skapa bra förutsättningar för barn och ungdomars lärande. Du tycker om att samarbeta och är van att bemöta barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor på ett professionellt sätt. En del av rollen handlar om att hantera relationer mellan barn/ungdomar och personal. About the research project Project: Practice-based school research in mathematics education Since 2017, Chalmers has been a part of the national initiative on practice-based school research within the framework of ULF (Education, Learning & Research, ulfavtal.se). The purpose of the initiative is to strengthen the long-term development of the Swedish school system and the teacher and preschool teacher education programs through deepened collaboration around practice-based research. Researchers in mathematics education at the Department of Mathematical Sciences have participated in several research projects that, among other things, have investigated the effects of test-based learning, the use of vertical surfaces, and student-generated clues for solving problems. The projects have been initiated and implemented in close collaboration with teachers at the training schools affiliated with Chalmers' teacher education program, Learning and Leadership. The overarching goal of the project is to further deepen the collaboration around practice-based school research together with our training schools. To make this possible, a postdoctoral position is planned with the assignment to, in close dialogue with principals and teachers, identify challenges within mathematics teaching, formulate research questions based on these, and carry out the research projects together with the school's teachers. They have a boy aged 3. Both parents work a lot so they will need someone to look after their boy and give him a lot of love and care and support him in his development and learning. The family is looking for someone who has got a lot of experience from working professionally with children in a learning environment in a Swedish Pre School. As the boy will not be attending Pre School until Jan 2027 they are looking for a dedicated and competent Nanny Educator who can provide high quality childcare for their boy. They would like the nanny to be fluent in English and it's important for them that the candidate has got English as a native language. Both parents are Swedish but they would like the boy to be bilingual. They travel a lot and they also have other staff in the household that only speak English.
