We are super excited to announce that Robin Bodin is now looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Insights & Activation product area, focused on building the trusted data foundation that powers analytics, predictive models, and future AI capabilities across Voyado Engage. Our mission is to make analytics data reliable, governed, and actionable end to end — from canonical data products and semantic standards to the metrics and insights surfaced to customers. As part of this journey, we’re evolving both our data foundations and analytics products to create a more scalable, transparent, and trustworthy platform. We work in short feedback loops, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong belief that progress comes from learning and iteration — not just shipping. ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a traditional BI or dashboarding role. Team Intelligence is responsible for the analytics and reporting capabilities inside Voyado Engage. We’re evolving towards a modern analytics foundation where governed datasets, certified metrics and semantic definitions are treated as shared product assets that power both embedded analytics and future AI-driven experiences. As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll build and own the data products behind our customer-facing analytics. Working hands-on with SQL, Databricks and modern data tooling, you’ll model, validate and improve datasets, metric definitions and data quality processes. A key part of the role is identifying inconsistencies, duplicated logic and unclear ownership, and turning that into scalable and trusted solutions. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, product and engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX, analytics engineers and domain teams to ensure our analytics are understandable, consistent and reliable for customers SOME OF THE THINGS YOU'LL BE UP TO: - Designing and building governed data products with clear schemas, quality tests, lineage and ownership - Writing SQL to model, transform and validate structured data - Building and maintaining semantic definitions and certified metrics across analytics surfaces - Collaborating with domain teams to improve data quality and upstream ownership - Contributing to documentation, contracts and standards that make analytics reliable and understandable - Supporting the foundation behind embedded BI and future AI-powered analytics capabilities SO, WHO ARE YOU? We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical ownership with a thoughtful and collaborative mindset. You care deeply about data quality, consistency and building systems that others can trust and scale on top of. You probably enjoy turning ambiguous business questions into clear and reliable metric definitions, and you prefer solving problems at the source rather than patching them downstream. You care about details like semantic clarity, documentation and naming conventions because you understand their long-term impact on both people and systems. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating across engineering, product, UX and customer-facing teams to build analytics experiences that are both technically robust and genuinely useful. BESIDES THE ABOVE, WE BELIEVE YOU'VE GOT: - Strong SQL skills for data exploration, transformation and validation - Experience with dbt or similar tooling for governed data transformations - Experience building or maintaining data products, semantic layers or certified metrics - Understanding of concepts such as lineage, data contracts, canonical entities and quality testing - Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery Experience within retail tech, e-commerce, Databricks or lakehouse-style data platforms is considered a strong plus. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Voyado wouldn’t be the powerful platform it is without the people behind it. We really care for our Voyadoers and some examples of what we can offer you are: * An engaged team with a knowledge-sharing and friendly culture * Summits where we hang out, workshop, discuss, and have a good time together * Opportunities for personal and professional growth and learning in a dynamic and supportive environment. * Work-life balance – we don't have a long work-hours culture, we value engagement over hours worked. * An office-first but flexible hybrid working policy. SOME OF OUR BENEFITS: * 30 days of vacation, so you can spend time on the things you love * Beneficial bike lease, including e-bikes * Breakfast buffet on Fridays * Inhouse gym only for Voyadoers * A generous gadget-and-phone package (your choice!) * 5000 SEK per year in wellness allowance * Parental leave top-up additional support for new parents * A wellness hour you can use every week ABOUT VOYADO Voyado is the agentic CX suite for retail. We help retailers of all sizes to create exceptional experiences – from first click to lasting loyalty. With offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands, we work with hundreds of leading retailers like H&M, Stronger, Nudie Jeans, and Power. Voyado is backed by Viking Global Investors, Novax, Verdane, eEquity, and H&M Group. READY TO FIND OUT MORE? Lovely! 🎉 Before one applies it can always feel like you need a better resume, more polish, or just another year of experience, but we say if you think this sounds like a place where you can shine don't hesitate to send in your resume! Making it personal with AI We truly believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself with support from AI where it makes sense, later in the process you will even be expected to use AI. But at the end of the day, what matters is meeting you, the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human so please, bring your authentic self! Don't hesitate to send in your application, though; we'll do our best in getting back to you as soon as possible! 🌴
Turn ship physics into software people actually use At Cetasol we build the monitoring and analytics platform that commercial fleets use to cut fuel consumption, understand how their vessels really perform, and stay on the right side of CII and EU MRV reporting. A growing part of that platform is predictive maintenance: catching when an engine, generator, thruster, or the vessel as a whole starts behaving differently than it should, before it becomes a failure. Getting there takes two things that rarely live in the same person: an understanding of the physics behind how these assets actually behave, and the engineering skill to ship that understanding as a working product. We're looking for that person. What you'll do Build physical and data-driven models of vessel assets — engines, generators, thrusters, and the ship as a whole — that capture what "normal" operation looks like Detect when an asset deviates from its expected behaviour, and trace that deviation back to the sensors and signals driving it Work with noisy, real-world sensor data from vessels: clean it, validate it, and decide what it can and cannot support Take your own models from notebook to production on AWS, and build the React interfaces where the results actually land in front of customers Own features end to end, with our UX designer, full stack developers and data scientist alongside you Help us decide where a first-principles model beats a statistical one, and where it doesn't What we're looking for The balance here is genuinely 50/50. You should be comfortable deriving a model and deploying it. On the modelling side: Strong applied mathematics, physics or engineering foundation — fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, control theory, numerical methods, or similar Experience with anomaly detection or condition monitoring on physical systems — knowing how to separate a genuine fault signature from normal operating variation Solid Python and the usual scientific stack; experience with time series and sensor data The judgement to know when a model is good enough and when it's fooling you On the engineering side: Practical experience building and running services on AWS Comfortable in React and modern frontend work — you don't need to be a specialist, but you should be able to build the view your model deserves Familiarity with the ordinary craft of software: version control, testing, code review, CI And: You explain technical work clearly to people who aren't specialists You're happy to sit somewhere between disciplines rather than in the middle of one We're open on years of experience. If you can do the work, the title follows. Nice to have Predictive maintenance or condition-based monitoring · maritime, automotive, aerospace or energy domain experience · digital twins or physics-informed machine learning · edge computing or embedded data collection Why Cetasol Shipping accounts for roughly 3% of global CO₂ emissions, and a meaningful share of that is avoidable through better operational decisions. The work here is technically interesting and the impact is measurable in tonnes of fuel. You'd be joining a small engineering team where your work is visible and your scope is wide. We're based in Gothenburg and work hybrid — we value time in the same room, without counting days.

We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Honor Technology’s mission is to change the way society cares for older adults. As a leader in aging care innovation, Honor provides the technology, tools, and services that empower older adults to live life on their own terms. Honor’s growing portfolio includes its consumer care brand, Home Instead, Inc., the world’s leading provider of in-home care for older adults. With a global franchise network and more than 100,000 Care Pros, Home Instead delivers over 50 million hours of personalized care annually. Together, Honor and Home Instead are setting a new standard for aging in place, backed by powerful technology, compassionate care, and a commitment to aging on your own terms. Join us to create a new and better aging experience for our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals. ABOUT HONOR Our mission is simple: change the way we care for our parents so they can age safely at home. How we accomplish that mission is anything but simple. Delivering reliable home care requires coordinating people, schedules, geography, skills, preferences, and changing needs across a complex operating environment. Honor combines technology, operations, and the local expertise of our partner agencies to improve how care is delivered at scale. Our platform supports the caregivers who provide care, the teams who coordinate it, and the families who depend on it. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Science to lead a team applying advanced data science and AI to some of Honor’s most important operational challenges. ABOUT THE ROLE You will lead the development of models and decision systems that improve how Honor matches caregivers and clients, constructs sustainable schedules, allocates capacity, prioritizes operational work, and responds to changing conditions. This is not an analytics support role. Your team will work directly with Product, Engineering, and Care Operations to turn difficult operating problems into production systems that improve measurable outcomes. You will contribute to Honor’s broader Data Science and Applied AI direction, help shape the team’s roadmap, and remain hands-on as a player-coach. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Help shape the Data Science and Applied AI roadmap, identifying where predictive modeling, optimization, experimentation, forecasting, causal inference, and modern AI can create the greatest impact. * Lead the development of production models and decision-support systems that improve matching, scheduling, operational prioritization, and service reliability. * Apply modern AI, including agentic workflows, to improve how teams analyze information, make decisions, and execute operational work. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and iteration. * Establish strong standards for evaluating, monitoring, and responsibly deploying machine learning and AI-enabled systems. * Lead, coach, and grow the team while remaining hands-on in high-priority projects as a player-coach. EXAMPLES OF PROBLEMS YOU MAY SOLVE * Improving caregiver-client matching while balancing fit, continuity, availability, and travel. * Building more reliable and sustainable schedules for caregivers and clients. * Using data science and AI to identify operational risks earlier and help teams focus where they can have the greatest impact. ABOUT YOU * 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, operations research, applied AI, or a related field, including 3+ years leading teams. * Have built or led the development of models or decision systems that operated in production and influenced meaningful business or customer outcomes. * Can determine whether a problem calls for prediction, optimization, experimentation, simulation, workflow redesign, an AI agent, or no model at all. * Understand that successful applied AI requires more than choosing a model. It requires clear objectives, reliable data and tools, rigorous evaluation, thoughtful system design, and appropriate human oversight. * Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior business stakeholders on ambiguous, cross-functional problems. * Comfortable working with imperfect operational data while maintaining a high standard for measurement and technical rigor. * Can communicate clearly with technical, operational, and executive audiences. * Have a bias toward action and an iterative approach to problem-solving. You are willing to inspect the data, understand the workflow, prototype solutions, and revise your view. * Are an effective people leader who can set clear expectations, develop talent, prioritize work, and build a strong technical culture. HELPFUL EXPERIENCE Experience with marketplace, logistics, workforce, scheduling, healthcare, or other complex operating systems is especially valuable, as is experience with optimization, forecasting, recommender systems, causal inference, agentic systems, or AI evaluation. A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in a quantitative or technical field is welcome, but we care most about demonstrated ability, judgment, leadership, and impact. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Many companies have interesting datasets. Honor has a dynamic operating environment in which technical decisions directly affect caregivers, care teams, families, and older adults. The opportunity is to build systems that do more than predict outcomes. They will help Honor decide what to do next, execute more effectively, and continuously learn from the results. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program. Hiring Salary Range $228,600—$254,000 USD At Honor, we put people first.
