Om Tjärö Tjärö, en ö på 75 hektar, baserad mitt i Blekinges Skärgård. Tjärö erbjuder boende i härliga små hus från 1800-talet. Det finns 137 bäddar fördelat på 52 rum i 13 olika hus. Utöver logi finns konferensverksamhet, restaurang, café och en marina med över 70 båtplatser. Till ön kommer man med båt från Järnavik, Karlshamn eller Matvik. Om Tjärös restaurang Restaurangen på Tjärö är öppen för frukost, lunch, a la carte, evenemang och temakvällar alla dagar i veckan. Restaurangen har kapacitet för ca 100 gäster i matsalen, 40 gäster på veranda och en stor uteservering med utsikt över marinan. Under lågsäsong är konferensverksamheten den del av vårt erbjudande som ökar arbetsbelastning i köket och under högsäsong och helger ligger ett större fokus på dagsgäster, boendegäster och båtgäster. Teamet i köket består av mellan 3-8 personer beroende på säsongstidpunkt, Detta innebär att vår personal måste vara beredd på att vara flexibel både gällande arbetstider, arbetsstationer och alltid vara en del av det praktiska arbetet. The Role… At Soho House a Pastry Cook I collaborates with the Pastry Chef to create, craft and develop simple, rustic, approachable yet rememberable desserts, pastries or other sweet goods. Responsible for all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen and comfortable prepping, production, a-la-carte and COGS. A Pastry Cook I, is efficient and effective in the pastry kitchen and experienced in executing high quality treats, tastes and recipes. A successful Pastry Cook I is a critical member of the team due to a diverse and specialized skill set and proven ability to execute all menu items, work every station and properly from prep-to-plate as well as deliver consistent pastries through production. A successful Bartender will greet customers, learn and remember their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
