Vi är en liten enhet där alla har ett varierat arbete där det gäller att kunna se nyttan och helheten för våra användare. Våra uppgifter omfattar allt från den digitala arbetsplatsen för kommunens elever och personal till att sköta drift och underhåll av nät och servrar. Dessutom bidrar vi till kommunens utveckling av digitala verktyg genom utvecklingsprojekt tillsammans med verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifter Som IT-specialist med inriktning säkerhet kommer du att vara delaktig i att säkra Ale kommuns IT-miljö och bidra till en säker digitalisering i kommunen. Du är en del av teamet som arbetar proaktivt med att förhindra framtida hot samt bevakar och snabbt reagerar vid säkerhetsincidenter. En del av ditt arbete innebär att identifiera och analysera potentiella hot, utveckla säkerhetspolicyer, implementera tekniska lösningar och övervaka system kontinuerligt. Befattningen kan komma att ingå i vår beredskapsfunktion. På vår enhet arbetar vi tillsammans både inom enheten och med kommunens verksamheter. Detta innebär att dina arbetsuppgifter också kan omfatta andra områden och frågor än IT-säkerhet. Samarbete är en viktig del av uppdraget. Skapa nödvändiga styrande dokument kring kommunens IT-säkerhet Ha rollen som projektledare eller projektdeltagare i olika projekt utifrån din profil. Kvalifikationer För att klara uppdraget behöver du ha relevant utbildning, kunskaper och erfarenhet inom ditt område. Vi ser att du ska kunna arbeta systematiskt i projektform och i samverkan med användare. As a Security Analyst, you will protecting our customers against cyber threats and IT security attacks. This team drives the security programs within the business, with a heavy focus on people, processes, and automation of services. About the Security team: You would be implementing technologies for vulnerability management, authentication and identity management, and creating security with automation. THE ROLE: We are looking for a talented IT Manager to lead our global IT Support and Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing the team's full potential, ensuring the efficient operation of our Information Technology department, and driving key business objectives. As a hands-on IT Manager, you will focus on executing, optimizing, and maintaining operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include overseeing core technologies, scaling IT support operations on a global level, and managing the IT work queue to ensure service delivery to our workforce worldwide. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, globally distributed IT Support and Services team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. * Queue & Service Management: Own the global IT service desk queue and escalations, ensuring effective service delivery and high user satisfaction. * Process Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve IT processes and automated workflows, utilizing an automate-first mindset to scale with Yubico's growth. * IT Operations: Drive reliable service delivery and optimal performance of core IT services, alongside providing dedicated support for our Supply Chain teams. * Vendor Management: Manage vendor relations and the augmented workforce, including contractor management and tracking renewals and spend for hardware and software suppliers. * IT Asset Management: Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle to optimize spend, support sustainability, and ensure optimal hardware refresh cycles globally. * Security & Compliance Alignment: Partner with Security to ensure IT processes, access controls, and device baselines adhere to strict internal security policies and external global compliance standards. * AI Administration and Support: Drive adoption and enhance operational efficiency across Yubico by supporting AI enablement initiatives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven IT Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing IT support teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment. 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in an IT management role. * Strong Systems Knowledge: Deep familiarity with modern productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), enterprise SaaS solutions, and device management for both macOS and Windows environments. * Service & Workflow Tooling: Practical experience utilizing modern IT project management, ticketing, and workflow tools (e.g. Jira Service Management). * Security Fundamentals: An understanding of modern IT security principles, identity management, and endpoint security. * Communication: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL). * Experience with Asset Management systems (e.g., SnipeIT) and the broader Atlassian Suite.
