Som anhörigkonsulent får du möjlighet att göra skillnad för människor över 18 år som stöttar en närstående och samtidigt bidra till utvecklingen av ett förebyggande socialt arbete enligt den nya socialtjänstlagen. Socialförvaltningen i Region Gotland arbetar för att skapa trygghet, delaktighet och god livskvalitet för Gotlands invånare. Förebyggande enheten arbetar med tidiga och hälsofrämjande insatser som stärker människors möjligheter att leva ett självständigt liv. Vårt arbete utgår från socialtjänstlagen och präglas av samverkan, tillgänglighet och ett personcentrerat förhållningssätt. Förebyggande enheten är en trivsam enhet med engagerade och kompetenta medarbetare. Arbetsgruppen består i dagsläget av tre anhörigstödskonsulenter, två hälsosamordnare för seniorer från 65 år, en samordnare för att motverka våld i nära relationer, en för målgruppen äldre och personer med funktionsnedsättning samt en enhetschef. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som anhörigkonsulent arbetar du för att stärka och stödja personer över 18 år som vårdar eller stödjer en närstående på grund av ålder, sjukdom, funktionsnedsättning eller psykisk ohälsa. Uppdraget omfattar individuellt stöd, gruppverksamhet, information, samordning och utveckling av anhörigstödet enligt socialtjänstlagen. I uppdraget ingår även att vara efterlevandelots, till anhöriga som förlorat närstående i suicid. Du kommer att: • Arbeta förebyggande för att minska anhörigas belastning • Ge individuellt anhörigstöd genom rådgivning, vägledning och stödsamtal • Informera om samhällets stödinsatser och lotsa vidare till rätt verksamheter • Planera, genomföra och utveckla anhöriggrupper och utbildningsinsatser • Samverka med externa och interna aktörer • Delta i kommunikation- och marknadsföringsarbete • Delta i informationsinsatser, mässor och föreläsningar Vem är du? Vi letar efter dig som drivs av att hjälpa andra och som trivs i en miljö där samverkan och professionalism står i centrum. Du har en examen som socionom eller motsvarande högskoleutbildning och innehar B-körkort. Du har en stabil grund från arbete inom vård, omsorg eller socialförvaltning. Du är bekväm i rollen som stöd och rådgivare och har god vana av att navigera i samverkan mellan olika instanser. Du har goda kunskaper i det svenska språket i tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med MI, lågaffektivt bemötande och krismetodik och av att arbeta med komplexa livssituationer och olika diagnoser. Kunskap om lagstiftning (SoL, LSS, offentlighet och sekretess) samt erfarenhet av gruppledning eller utvecklingsprojekt är också meriterande. Du kommer arbeta över hela ön. Ibland kan det bli enstaka kvällar och det händer att det också kan bli arbete någon helgdag. Som person besitter du en hög grad av personlig mognad och ett professionellt lugn som gör att du hanterar utmaningar med stabilitet och trygghet. Du har en naturlig empatisk förmåga och är skicklig på att bygga förtroendefulla relationer med människor i olika livssituationer. Din roll Som studie- och yrkesvägledare på Skolslussen blir du en del av vägledningsgruppen. Du vägleder, informerar och ger stöd till ungdomar i åldern 16-20 år som av olika anledningar står utan en gymnasieplats. I rollen bidrar du till att komplettera och utveckla befintliga insatser inom utbildningsförvaltningen, socialtjänsten och arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen, med målet att fler ungdomar fullföljer sina studier. Du deltar i nätverk med gymnasieskolor och samverkar med socialtjänst och arbetsmarknadsförvaltningens insatser. En viktig del av uppdraget är att fånga upp ungdomar som saknar sysselsättning eller ännu inte har en gymnasieplats och ge dem stöd att hitta en väg tillbaka till studier. [LG1] Arbetet innebär även samarbete, både internt och externt, med exempelvis Gymnasieantagningen Storstockholm, andra enheter inom förvaltningen och andra yrkesverksamma inom området. Du bidrar också till hela verksamhetens utveckling och måluppfyllelse genom exempelvis att ta fram rutindokument och uppdragsbeskrivningar, delta i metodutvecklande projekt och skriva tjänsteutlåtanden. Region Gävleborgs sjukvårdsrådgivning 1177 ingår i verksamhetsområde digital vård och har som uppdrag att erbjuda och säkerställa en god, trygg tillgänglig rådgivning och hänvisning för länets invånare. The role… At Soho House the People & Development Manager will be a strategic business partner to the General Manager for the property they are responsible for. The People & Development Manager reports directly to the Area Manager. The People & Development Manager will be primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of company policies, procedures, and practices including employee relations, worker’s compensation, leave of absence administration and recruitment. Such deliverables include but are not limited to ensuring legal compliance; overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, worker’s compensation, unemployment, training programs, implementation and administration of policies and procedures, and all employee relations such as team events, parties, morale maintenance as well as coaching, counseling, progressive discipline, and terminations. Välkommen till oss! 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en familjehemssekreterare till familjehemsenheten. Vi erbjuder dig ett stimulerande och ansvarsfullt arbete tillsammans med en erfaren, engagerad och driven arbetsgrupp. Du kommer ingå i en enhet som består av barnhandläggare, familjehemssekreterare, rekryterare samt 1:e socialsekreterare och två enhetschefer. Vi har en nära arbetsledning och arbetar enligt BBiC och Signs Of Safety. Vi värnar om vårt goda arbetsklimat och stöttar och hjälper varandra i det dagliga arbetet. Vi är uppdelade i tre team. Ett består av rekryterare och familjehemssekreterare och två av barnhandläggare samt 1:e socialsekreterare. Barnhandläggare och familjehemssekreterare har gemensamma behandlingskonferenser, vilket ger ett nära samarbete med stort fokus på det tredelade föräldraskapet och med barnet i centrum. I och med att vi arbetar i mindre team finns det god kännedom och stöttning i varandras ärenden och medhandläggare tillsätts alltid vid behov. I rollen som familjehemssekreterare handleder, coachar och stöttar du familjehem, utifrån det placerade barnets behov. Arbetet är till största del självständigt och resor är en del av arbetet. Vissa resor är långväga och med övernattning. Kalmar kommun deltar i Sveriges Kommuner och Regioners satsning Yrkesresan som är ett koncept för introduktion och kompetensutveckling. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker en kunnig, engagerad och handlingskraftig familjehemssekreterare som vill göra skillnad i familjehemsarbetet. Rollen kommer att vara flexibel, och du behöver trivas med att arbeta både i team och självständigt. Som person är du strukturerad och har förmåga att hantera komplexa och svåra ärenden. Ibland kan arbetet växla snabbt vilket förutsätter att du enkelt anpassar dig till nya situationer. Du har förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i såväl tal som skrift och har ett respektfullt sätt att bemöta andra. Det är ett krav att ha en socionomexamen eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Det är meriterande med erfarenhet av att arbeta som familjehemssekreterare eller någon form av familjebehandling. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av Signs of Safety och BBIC är även det meriterande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Körkort B är ett krav. För anställning som familjehemssekreterare krävs godkänt registerutdrag från belastningsregistret. Motiveras du av att skapa varaktiga förändringar? Då kan denna tjänst vara rätt för dig nu när vi förstärker familjehemsvården med ytterligare en familjehemshandläggare. Vi erbjuder dig Du blir en del av en grupp kunniga, kompetenta och nytänkande kollegor. Du kommer att arbeta i ett klimat där det finns ett nära kollegialt stöd av dina kollegor och av gruppens seniora handläggare och biträdande enhetschef. Hos oss får du möjlighet att växa både professionellt och personligt genom extern handledning, möjlighet till utbildning och annan kompetensutveckling. I dag ingår tre familjehemshandläggare, en kontakthandläggare och sex barnhandläggare i gruppen. Det finns även en föräldrastödjare som arbetar med de placerade barnens biologiska föräldrar. Nu förstärker vi gruppen med ytterligare en familjehemshandläggare. Det är en arbetsplats där du får friskvårdsbidrag och möjlighet till semesterväxling. När du har kommit in i dina arbetsuppgifter finns möjlighet till att arbeta hemma 1-2 dagar per vecka om arbetet tillåter och du har en flexibel arbetstid där det finns utrymme att kombinera arbete och fritid. Om oss Utrednings- och placeringsenheten barn, ungdom och relationsvåld är en del av individ och familjeomsorgen i Upplands Väsby. Vår enhet består av 53 medarbetare med olika roller och uppdrag. Vi har en mottagningsgrupp och tre utredningsgrupper för barn, ungdom och relationsvåld. Vi har även en placeringsgrupp för familjehemsvård där kontaktverksamheten är inkluderad. Enheten har två familjebehandlare och det pågår en rekrytering av föräldrastödjare. Det finns fyra seniora handläggare vars uppdrag bland annat är introduktion till nya medarbetare samt att ge ett visst metodstöd. Två administrativa assistenter servar hela enheten som leds av två enhetschefer och fyra biträdande enhetschefer. Tillsammans skapar vi en meningsfull verksamhet och med den nya socialtjänstlagen öppnas det stora möjligheter för oss att utveckla det sociala arbetet! Vi har en '"våga och göra"-mentalitet som innebär att vi vågar testa och lära av våra misstag. Gemensamt arbetar vi utifrån det övergripande politiska målet om goda levnadsvillkor för barn, ungdomar och vuxna i Upplands Väsby kommun. Vårt socialkontor är beläget i Väsby centrum med närhet till övriga enheter med myndighetsutövning samt våra förebyggande enheter. Om tjänsten I rollen som familjehemshandläggare ansvarar du för rekrytering, matchning, utredning och en viktigt uppgift att ge stöd och handleda familjehem. För att lyckas i uppdraget krävs ett nära samarbete med barnhandläggaren som ansvarar för det placerade barnet där ni tillsammans säkerställer att barnet får det stöd och den omsorg som hen behöver från familjehemmet. Som familjehemshandläggare får du möjlighet att bygga långa och meningsfulla relationer med familjer som har rätt förutsättningar att ta uppdrag som familjehem. Du är också med och säkerställer att våra familjehem får rätt kompetensutveckling genom olika utbildningssatsningar. Är du den vi söker? Vi söker dig som har: Socionomexamen Flerårig yrkeserfarenhet från familjevården B-körkort (resor till de barn och ungdomar som är placerade i andra kommuner förekommer) Det är meriterande om du har: Utbildning i handledning av familjehem och kunskap om Signs of Safety Goda kunskaper om barns utveckling och behov, samt förståelse för anknytningsteori och dess betydelse för barns hälsa och välbefinnande Utbildning i metoden "En varaktig relation", då vi använder den utredningsmetoden Vi värdesätter att du har en positiv attityd och förmåga att skapa trygghet och förtroende. Du ärrelationsskapande och har lätt för att få kontakt och bygga relationer. Vidare är du stabil och samarbetsorienterad, vilket för oss innebär att du kan hantera vad andra tycker är en akut situation genom att kan bibehålla ett lugn och se vad som blir bäst ur barnet eller ungdomens perspektiv. Du behöver även vara strukturerad och resultatorienterad för att passa i rollen, det genom att du har en god planering i handläggningen av dina ärenden och att du arbetar målmedvetet.
