Arbetsbeskrivning Som produktionsledare har du direktkontakt med våra klienter i anstaltens sysselsättning.  I den dagliga kontakten med klienter innebär ditt arbete att du bidrar till deras lärande men också till att de reflekterar över sin situation. Vi söker just nu en produktionsledare för ett vikariat till sysselsättningen på anstalten Mariefred. På anstalten finns mekanisk verkstad, montering, snickeri, keramikstudio, hälsosysselsättning samt skapande verksamhet. Detta innebär att du ska vara beredd på att ersätta eller rotera i arbetsgruppen om och när behov uppstår.  Som produktionsledare ansvarar du för att introducera och handleda klienter och aktivt medverka i olika arbetsmoment som sker i sysselsättningen som beskrivs ovan. Efter en lokal introduktion kommer du som produktionsledare att vara med och ansvara för den dagliga driften. Du planerar, arbetsfördelar samt säkerställer att våra leveranser sker enligt utsatt tid.
