En digital kommunikatör med fokus på extern kommunikation via extern webbplats En digital kommunikatör med fokus på intern kommunikation på intranätet Uppdraget genomförs inom en kommunikationsverksamhet som står inför ett omfattande utvecklingsarbete av sina digitala kanaler samtidigt som den löpande verksamheten behöver upprätthållas. Som digital kommunikatör kommer du att utveckla, förvalta och publicera innehåll i digitala kanaler. Rollen innebär att målgruppsanpassa, redigera och publicera innehåll på webbplats eller intranät. Du arbetar med sökoptimering, tillgänglighet, användbarhet och innehållsutveckling samt paketerar texter, bilder och i vissa fall film för digital publicering. Du samarbetar nära kommunikatörer, redaktörer och andra verksamhetsrepresentanter för att säkerställa att innehåll och kanaler möter användarnas behov och stödjer verksamhetens mål. Rollen kräver såväl operativt genomförande som förmåga att bidra till utveckling och förbättring av digitala arbetssätt. Vem passar för uppdraget? Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom media, kommunikation eller motsvarande samt minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande arbete inom digital kommunikation. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av: högskoleutbildning exempelvis inom media och kommunikation eller likvärdig utbildning och minst fem (5) års arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande arbete goda kunskaper om digital kommunikation och sociala medier kunskap i webbpubliceringsverktyg (exempelvis Episerver, Sitevision m.fl.) kunskap i webbanalysverktyg (exempelvis Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove m.fl.) kunskap om optimering och utveckling av digitala kanaler kunskap om användbarhet och tillgänglighet för digitala kanaler goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska, såväl i tal som i skrift kunskap om klarspråk. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Du ansvarar för att utveckla och driva kommunikationsinsatser som stödjer verksamhetsutveckling och nya arbetssätt. I rollen: • utvecklar och driver du kommunikations- och marknadsföringsstrategier • leder du förändringskommunikation • bidrar du till att stärka och utveckla kommunens varumärke • planerar och genomför du kampanjer och kommunikationsinsatser • ansvar du för produktion av texter och trycksaker, annonser, evenemang etc. • utvecklar du gemensamma arbetssätt och strukturer som skapar effektiv och enhetlig kommunikation • samordnar du kommunikationsinsatser mellan förvaltningar och externa aktörer Du fungerar även som strategiskt kommunikationsstöd till kommunchef och koncernledning samt säkerställer tydliga budskap och gemensam riktning. Du ingår i kommunens stabsfunktion och bidrar med kommunikationsstöd, både i det löpande arbetet och vid särskilda händelser, i samverkan med regionala aktörer. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är nyfiken och kreativ och gillar att utforska nya möjligheter. Praktikant inom Social Media Management 4–6 månader Vi söker en praktikant inom Social Media Management som vill vara med och bygga upp, utveckla och stärka ett varumärkes närvaro i sociala medier från grunden. I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära vårt team med att skapa innehåll, planera publiceringar, analysera resultat och utveckla strategier för hur en kund kan växa i digitala kanaler. Du får vara med i hela processen – från idé, koncept och contentplanering till publicering, community management och uppföljning. Målet är att skapa en stark, tydlig och relevant närvaro i sociala medier som stärker varumärket, bygger förtroende och bidrar till kundens affärsmål. Du behöver inte ha flera års erfarenhet. Det viktigaste är att du är kreativ, nyfiken, strukturerad och har ett starkt intresse för sociala medier, content och digital kommunikation. Praktiken passar dig som vill utvecklas inom social media, content creation, branding, digital marknadsföring och tillväxt.
