DINA ARBETSUPPGIFTER I denna roll är du ofta det första mötet med Mossbylund – och det sista gästen minns. Du arbetar i vårt gemensamma bistro- och receptionsområde och har en naturlig helhetsblick över både service, flöde och gästupplevelse. Här ser du till att varje gäst känner sig välkommen, sedd och omhändertagen, oavsett om de kommer för mat, spa, träning, konferens eller en övernattning. Du serverar våra café-, bistro- och konferensgäster med värme och närvaro och guidar dem genom mat- och dryckesval. Samtidigt ansvarar du för in- och utcheckning av boende gäster samt hantering av spa-, tränings- och behandlingsbokningar, både på plats och via telefon och e-post. Du har också öga för detaljer och ser till att bistro- och spaområdet alltid håller hög standard och känns inbjudande enligt våra rutiner. På Mossbylund hjälps vi åt över gränserna när det behövs – alltid med gästens upplevelse i fokus. VEM ÄR DU? Du har erfarenhet från restaurang och/eller hotellreception och trivs i en roll där service står i centrum. Du är trygg i mötet med människor, arbetar lika bra självständigt som tillsammans med andra och kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Du är flexibel och kan arbeta varierande tider, med fokus på kvällar och helger. Körkort och tillgång till bil är ett krav, då våra arbetstider inte alltid sammanfaller med kollektivtrafik. Your New Role We are now looking for a Global Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our client’s global Fleet Operations team in Gothenburg. This is a role for you who enjoy working in an international environment, creating structure and supporting processes across markets, systems, sales flows and internal teams. Your mission at Voi As part of our Street Patrol Team, you will be out on the streets making sure that our scooters are ready for use in a user- and environment-friendly way. Here are some of the tasks awaiting you as a Street Patroller: * Actively monitor and enforce correct vehicle parking across your zone, ensuring vehicles are placed in compliant, agreed locations and never blocking footpaths, dropped kerbs, or access points * Repark and reposition vehicles to keep them accessible, tidy, and meeting local authority requirements at all times * Ride a Voi vehicle (bicycle or scooter) to patrol your zone and key hotspots efficiently and reach vehicles quickly * Identify damaged or non-functioning vehicles, carry out minor fixes where possible * Support safe and compliant vehicle deployment across your area * Locate and retrieve vehicles as directed by your team lead * Support major city events by managing the increased influx of vehicles, coordinating redeployment to approved zones, and keeping the area tidy and compliant throughout What you’ll need to embark: * Comfortable riding an e-bike across your zone; able to ride a Voi scooter if you hold a provisional or full driver's licence * Good understanding of micromobility and the urban context in which it operates * Solid knowledge of your assigned London boroughs and the ability to navigate them confidently * Able to work efficiently across a large geographic zone and stay organised throughout your shift * Committed to safe working practices and following processes – you understand why compliance matters * Confident raising issues, flagging violations, and escalating when something needs attention * Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team * Positive attitude and a willingness to take real ownership of your zone Nice to have (not essential): * Experience in a field-based, logistics, compliance, or operations role * Familiarity with local authority parking schemes or shared mobility regulations * Valid driving licence (required if you'd like to ride a Voi e-scooter) Job conditions * Working shifts: 5 out of 7 (2-week shift pattern) * Working hours: Day shifts with flexibility to work weekends * Contract type: 3 months Fixed Term contract Why Voi?
