ABOUT AURELIAN Aurelian builds AI tools that help 911 centers handle more with less, so telecommunicators can stay focused on what matters most and communities get the response they need. AVA is a conversational AI agent that answers non-emergency calls; the agent routes, triages, and resolves the calls without any human intervention. By handling administrative calls like noise complaints, lost dogs, and parking inquiries, AVA eliminates hold times and lets call-takers focus their energy on actual emergencies. CORA supports call-takers on the calls that matter most. CORA is an on-screen assistant that delivers real-time SOP checklists, smart reminders, and contextual guidance as an emergency call unfolds, so dispatchers stay calm, consistent, and confident when every second counts. When AVA detects an emergency mid-call, it transfers the caller to a telecommunicator and passes along the caller details, location, incident type, and key statements directly into CORA. The call-taker never starts from scratch. The problem we're solving is serious. The average emergency communications center is 30% understaffed nationwide. Staffing shortages drive burnout and attrition, which makes the shortage worse. Meanwhile, 60-80% of the calls coming in aren't even emergencies at all. Aurelian addresses both sides of that equation: AVA reduces unnecessary call volume, and CORA makes every emergency call more manageable for the people handling it. Aurelian is live in centers across the country, answering thousands of non-emergency calls every day, and is backed by New Enterprise Associates and Y Combinator. Aurelian is growing rapidly; we are hiring people who want to help scale this work and make a real difference in public safety infrastructure for communities across the country. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Success Manager (remote, based in the Pacific time zone and within 1 hour of a major airport), you are the long-term partner to the customers who rely on Aurelian. You take the relationship forward after handoff from the Implementation Manager six weeks after the customer goes live and own it from there; you ensure that every customer gets extraordinary value from our platform, renews with confidence, and grows their investment over time. You’ll manage a portfolio of 20-30 accounts within a regional territory, and you'll be the person your customers trust to understand their world and advocate for their success. This is an early-stage role, which means there’s no finished playbook waiting for you. You'll help build the processes, standards, and frameworks that define Customer Success at Aurelian. If you see open space as an opportunity rather than a gap, you’ll thrive here, but it’s certainly not for everyone. While the company is headquartered in Seattle, Customer Experience (Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Support) is a national, remote team. Your peers will be the Customer Success Managers of the Central and Eastern regions, and you will report to the Head of Customer Experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own renewals and customer growth. You’ll lead the full renewal cycle and build the case for it long before a contract is up so renewing feels like a natural next step, not a negotiation. You’ll spot opportunities to expand what customers do with Aurelian, introduce them to products that fit their needs, and partner with our sales team to bring those opportunities to life. * Keep customers healthy. You’ll stay close to how your customers are doing through platform data, the conversations you have, the feedback they share, and your own instincts. You’ll catch risks early and act on them before they grow, and you’ll help design the health-tracking systems we use to do this well across the team. * Run strategic relationships. You’ll establish a rhythm of meaningful, well-prepared meetings with each customer that demonstrate real, measurable value. You’ll visit customers on-site to deepen relationships and understand their operations and opportunities firsthand. * Be the product expert. You’ll know Aurelian deeply and help customers continuously optimize how they use it. You’ll carry their feature requests back to our engineering team with clear context, surface ideas of your own based on patterns you see across your accounts, and close the loop when their needs are met. * Champion the customer and the company. You’ll advocate for your customers internally while keeping them excited about the road ahead. You’ll surface great customer stories for our marketing team, grow a network of customers willing to serve as references, and help turn quiet successes into visible ones. * Build the function. You’ll document what works, codify lessons from every renewal and review, and shape the Customer Success playbook for yourself and your teammates, both current and future. You’ll do what it takes to ensure customers are well taken care of, including handling frontline support (responding to customer feedback) for your accounts. As we build out a dedicated support team, this responsibility will evolve and transition. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience in 9-1-1/public safety – you have meaningful experience inside a PSAP/9-1-1 center, and you bring a customer-centric mindset thanks to history in Customer Success-adjacent roles at another company serving PSAPs. * A builder’s mentality – you’re energized by creating something from scratch and having real influence over how the role, the team, and the company take shape. * Exceptional communication – you run productive meetings and write clearly and concisely. You’re as comfortable presenting to senior leaders as you are talking with frontline staff. * Analytical instincts – you’re comfortable working with data to spot trends, build a narrative, and back up your recommendations. You bring savvy with AI tools and an openness to using them in new ways. * A proactive disposition – you don’t wait for problems to find you. You track them down and act. * Based in the Pacific time zone, less than one hour from a major airport, with a willingness to travel (~10%) to customer sites and regional events as the work requires. To learn more about what it's like to work at Aurelian, visit our About Us page and follow us on LinkedIn to stay up to date! We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification listed above. We believe exceptional people come from many different backgrounds, and we’d rather connect with you than miss the opportunity. Come do the best work of your life and join us in shaping the future of critical technology that truly matters. FOR FULL-TIME ROLES, AURELIAN OFFERS A VARIETY OF BENEFITS, INCLUDING: * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance * 401(k) * Unlimited PTO * Company-wide offsites * Equipment stipend * Relocation assistance * Daily delivered lunches (on us) * Office in Seattle * Start-up Equity
Product Designer — Child UX/UI Albert Group is building next-generation maths learning products for kids aged 7-12, spanning both a home experience and a school-facing tool. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the learner experience. Every session needs to feel encouraging and end on a high note, standing on its own without relying on anyone else to make it work. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
TL;DR We are looking for Product Experience Specialists who want to shape the way the world builds software. You will be on the front lines of a fast-growing product, solving real user problems and feeding insights directly into product development. You will also take ownership of how we build, document, and improve support at scale. This role is for someone who has recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree, is user- and product-obsessed, cares deeply about helping others succeed, and is ready to grow into real responsibility fast. This is a full-time position based in Lund or Stockholm. We start with a 3-month contract with a potential 12-month extension and expanded responsibilities. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software, regardless of technical background. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to turn ideas into real products fast. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we're looking for * Recently graduated: You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree and are looking for a role where you can hit the ground running and grow fast. * A driver, not a passenger: You spot problems before they're pointed out, come up with improvements on your own initiative, and follow through. * Analytical problem solver: You break down complex situations systematically and move fast to get users unblocked even if it is something we haven’t seen before. You see opportunities where others see obstacles. * Curious: You test ideas, try new approaches, and aren't afraid to get it wrong the first time. You're naturally drawn to AI tools and see the potential to get things done more efficiently. * Crystal-clear communicator: Whether it's a user reply, a bug report, or an internal process doc, you communicate warmly and precisely. * Bonus: Experience in B2C SaaS support using tools like Intercom. * Bonus: Hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude and similar AI tools. What you'll do * Own user problems end to end: Become a Lovable expert to solve a wide range of issues with speed and clarity, and escalate effectively to engineering when needed. * Improve our support stack: Keep our internal knowledge base up to date, design smarter workflows, and find ways to make the whole team operate better. * Be the voice of the customer: Continuously feed product feedback into the team so that what you see on the front lines actually improves the product. * Grow your scope: As you build trust and ownership, the role expands. Internally at Lovable and externally in how we engage with users and the community, there is real room to develop. About your application We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. What matters to us is mindset, drive, and curiosity. Please apply through our application system in English as it is our company language.

The Role We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to bring Legora's product marketing to life. You'll own the visual output that makes our product tangible and compelling, from key visuals and decks to product shoots and videos in the brand studio. You'll join the Brand team and work closely with the Product Marketing team, Copywriter, Web Designer and other Brand Designers, translating product stories into work that looks and feels unmistakably Legora. A Project Manager across web and product will work side-by-side with you to keep things moving. This is a hands-on execution and craft role. You're not just executing briefs, you bring a strong point of view on what will make product marketing stand out, and you take ownership of the work from concept to final output. The Responsibilities Key product visuals. Design the visual assets that carry our product marketing: campaign visuals, feature launches, social and web assets, with a consistently high bar for craft. Product shoots and videos. Own product-related photo and video shoots end-to-end, whether shot in the brand studio or on location in market. Work closely with the Project Manager and Product Marketing to plan and resource shoots. Decks and sales enablement. Own the design of decks and sales enablement materials used across product marketing and growth, turning dense content into visually clear, well-structured, on-brand output. Agency & partner network. Bring a strong point of view and network of photographers, videographers and other creative partners. Source external agencies and freelancers to elevate output where needed. Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Product Marketing, Copywriters, Web Designer and the Project Manager to ensure visual and written narratives land together and execution stays on track. Partner with Brand Designers to keep output consistent with the wider brand system. Creative quality bar. Push the craft and originality of product marketing output, without sacrificing speed. Know when work meets the bar, when it needs another round, and when good enough is genuinely enough to keep momentum. AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration and production, while keeping a sharp eye on quality and taste. What we are looking for * You have a strong portfolio spanning key visuals, decks and photo/video production, and a track record of bringing product stories to life visually. * You have experience from product design, with a deep technical understanding of and interest in how products work. * You have strong opinions on creative direction and a network of agencies and freelance partners you can pull in when needed. * You have a sharp eye for craft and detail, and you know the difference between good and great, even under time pressure. * You're comfortable owning a shoot end-to-end, from creative concept to execution, working closely with the Project Manager to make it happen. * You collaborate naturally with writers, marketers and other designers, and you're able to take a brief and elevate it. * You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow and look for ways to work faster without cutting corners on quality. Experience and background * Experience. 5-8+ years in brand or product design, ideally within a Tech, SaaS or high-growth environment. * Product design background. Experience working within or closely alongside product design, with a genuine technical understanding of how products are built. * Visual craft. Strong skills across key visual design, with an eye for layout, typography and hierarchy. * Production experience. Hands-on experience planning and running photo or video shoots, including studio setups. * AI-native. You use AI tools as a matter of course to speed up ideation and production. * Collaboration. Easy to work with across Product Marketing, Copy and Design, you bring people along rather than working in isolation. * Ownership. You take a brief and run with it, spotting what's needed without waiting to be asked. THE ROLE AI is reshaping how legal work gets done, and at Legora we're not just watching that happen — we're building it from the inside. Our AI Enablement function exists to make sure every team at Legora can build, use, and govern AI well. The function is young, the mandate is broad, and right now it's one person. You'd be joining to own a significant slice of that work — managing engineers, translating business needs into action, and becoming the go-to for anything AI across the organization. This is a high-ownership generalist seat for someone energized by ambiguity who would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a perfect brief. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We operate across three streams — you'll own initiatives in all of them, from rough idea to shipped result: Build * Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, keeping projects moving and translating between business needs and technical direction. Enable * Run training, workshops, and documentation that help teams adopt AI. * Build and grow an AI champions program across the org. * Be the day-to-day support that makes enablement actually land. Govern * Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails. * Put the standards in place that let us move fast safely. Across all three, you'll act as a connector — building the relationships and touchpoints that make the function visible and trusted. WHO YOU ARE * Technical foundation: engineering degree (or equivalent), enough coding exposure to hold your own with engineers. * A few years in a fast-moving environment — ops, strategy, product, consulting, program management, or similar. Shape matters more than title. * Genuinely AI-native, or clearly on the way: you reach for AI tools by default and want to go deeper. * True generalist: comfortable switching between strategy, delivery, and people work in the same day. * Exceptional learning speed — you get to depth on unfamiliar things fast and take feedback in quickly. * Strong communicator with a low-ego, collaborative style. NICE TO HAVE * Exposure to legal, GTM, or a regulated / high-trust environment. * Experience with agent platforms, workflow tools, or no/low-code AI. * A track record of starting something from scratch. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (THE FIRST 6 MONTHS) * You’re independently owning initiatives end-to-end across all three streams. * You've taken real ground on at least one initiative in each stream. * You’re a go to person for questions on AI Enablement at Legora. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience!
We are super excited to announce that Alexander, Stefan, Raveena, Bowen, Stanislav, Louise, Fernando and Robin are looking to welcome their next colleague to Team Bonnie. At Voyado, we’re building Bonnie — our AI agent and conversational layer across our platform. Bonnie helps users work smarter by understanding intent, remembering context, and taking action across the product. As AI continues to reshape how people interact with software, we’re exploring what great AI-powered product experiences should look like. How should AI capabilities be organised? What belongs in backend systems and orchestration? What belongs in the user experience? The answers are still evolving and that’s what makes this role exciting. We’re looking for a senior engineer who wants to help shape the future of Bonnie and AI at Voyado. Someone who enjoys building practical AI-powered products, solving complex backend challenges and working in an area where technology, ways of working, and team structures are still taking shape. About the role This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI adoption, and product development. You’ll help build the foundations that power Bonnie today while shaping the systems, workflows, and capabilities that will enable future AI experiences across Voyado. Bonnie is live, growing fast, and continuously evolving. The roadmap is real, but not every path is fully defined. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment, someone who can turn ambiguity into progress and help create structure where none exists yet. In this role, you will: Evolve the backend architecture behind Bonnie’s AI and agent capabilities. Build orchestration systems, AI workflows, and platform capabilities that enable scalable AI experiences. Turn AI experiments into reliable production-ready solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams. Drive technical direction and helping shape how AI capabilities are integrated across the Engage platform. Work on initiatives similar to AI Segmentation, AI Translation, AI Content generation, MCP and future AI-powered experiences. Who you are You’re a senior software engineer with a strong backend foundation and a genuine interest in AI. You don’t need to be an AI researcher, but you have embraced AI as part of your everyday work. Maybe you’ve introduced AI tools to your team, built AI-powered features, or driven AI adoption in some capacity. You enjoy working with a high degree of ownership, partnering closely with product managers, and taking ideas from early concepts all the way to production. 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking. Experience working with cloud-based systems and services. Practical experience using AI tools, coding assistants, or AI workflows. An interest in AI-powered products and how they can create real customer value. The ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable steps. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and help others succeed. High Impact. Great People. Real Growth. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. First-round interviews will begin from July 27 onwards. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’ll apply! 🌞 Additional information As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on the final candidate. Making it personal with AI We believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself, with support from AI where it makes sense. Later in the process, you may even be expected to use AI. At the end of the day, what matters is meeting you — the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human, so please bring your authentic self. Don’t let AI over-polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice, because that’s what we care about most.
TL;DR: You will build Lovable's treasury function from scratch, working directly with our Head of Tax. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who knows how to set up treasury infrastructure in a fast-moving environment and wants to do it at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for Lovable is scaling fast across multiple entities and geographies. As our first Treasury Lead, you'll work alongside the Head of Tax to build the treasury function from the ground up: investment strategy, cash management, FX framework, banking relationships, and intercompany structure. This is not a process-maintenance role. You'll be building, not inheriting, across a multi-entity, multi-currency business that is growing quickly. If you thrive in greenfield environments, find smarter ways to work, and want real ownership from day one, this is for you. You should have: * Minimum 8+ years of treasury experience, ideally spanning cash management, investments, FX, and banking * Experience setting up or significantly building out a treasury function, not just running one * Strong understanding of cash investment strategies and risk management frameworks * Hands-on experience with FX risk management and hedging in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment * Background in high-growth tech or SaaS - you understand the pace and the lack of playbook * Experience building and maintaining banking relationships and driving cost reduction across fees and transactions * A genuine interest in AI tools and agentic ways of working - you look for smarter approaches, not just faster ones * The ability to work independently and make decisions without a team behind you yet * Excellent communication skills in English * Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate What you’ll do * Build and own Lovable's investment policy and cash management framework across all entities * Optimise yield on cash balances while maintaining appropriate liquidity and risk parameters * Establish treasury infrastructure to support the business as it scales across multiple geographies and entities * Build and implement an FX framework as international revenue grows * Drive cost reduction across FX, banking fees, and payment transactions * Build up and maintain banking relationships across the group * Own daily cash visibility across all entities and banks * Manage intercompany financing arrangements and ensure they are properly documented * Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal on treasury implications of commercial and structural decisions * Build scalable treasury processes and actively explore how AI and automation can make the function smarter About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
