Meet the team
You will lead the EMEA Merchandising Planning team and work alongside key leadership functions across B2B sales, eCom and Retail,
and demand planning with a clear focus on product lifecycle and profitability. In particular, you will partner with the Planning
leaders across regional and global teams - Demand Planning, Sales Planning, DtC Buying & Planning, and Controlling teams. As your
work is highly strategic and cross-functional, you will also partner closely with our Global Product, Merchandising, and
Operations teams. Your team will consist of planning leads and specialists focussed on both footwear and apparel.

This role is created as part of the new merchandising organisation that supports in building stronger collections through key data insights and consumer driven decision making. Our cross-functional interaction is driven by a market-relevant, consumer-focused mindset touching on all departments inside our organization to set a commercial plan and identify profitable growth and act on sales opportunities and actions together. Our Americas team is growing; help us drive that journey. Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus + equity: $220,000-$270,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
