The Technical Account Manager (TAM) – is part of the (technical) Market Readiness Team in the Product department and is
responsible for managing the technical relationship between Fairphone and mobile carriers in North America. This role plays a
central part in establishing the technical onboarding strategy, aligning telecom technical requirements, driving the product and
software certification / approval process, and supporting long-term technical success throughout the product lifecycle.
The TAM acts as the main point of contact for operator technical stakeholders and ensures internal alignment across Engineering,
PLM, QA, and Product Management functions to fulfil or negotiate how partner requirements are implemented.

About the team As a member of the Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to Stripe’s partners. The right candidate will be a critical technical liaison to the Stripe Partner Development Manager. What you’ll do As a member of the team, PSAs build highly consultative trusted relationships with executives and technical decision makers in the customer’s organisation to provide business and technical thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor in solving mission-critical business challenges. We architect business models with them so they can drive new monetization opportunities and growth. Responsibilities: * Work with key partners to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions to grow their business and drive non-linear growth * Develop and execute enablement plans * Be at the forefront of technical discussions & solution deep-dives with partners on the value Stripe can provide to their clients * Engage with CTOs, engineering & other technical leads at key partners to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate the latest innovations, and define a solution strategy to expand the partnership revenue * Communicate success internally through QBRs, etc. * Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance during the partners sales process to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities * Educate the Stripe sales team on key partner solutions and capabilities * Serve as an advocate for key partners within specific sales regions and identify areas for sales partnership * Collaborate on technical content (sample code, demos, etc.) to show partners how to implement specific use cases or best practices * Provide Partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s product through feedback Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Requirements * 10+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, for a global software enterprise. * Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures, with particular emphasis on order-to-cash processes and billing systems * Extensive experience with subscription, billing, and payment solutions * Solid understanding of financial infrastructure industry trends and emerging technologies * Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners. * Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels. * Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in proposing and leading customer meetings to gain strategic footing and pursue opportunities. * Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture. * Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments, Billing, Connect, and more. * Ability to understand how a wide variety of applications such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax and legacy systems interact with each other in an enterprise technology ecosystem. * Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers. * Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively identify challenges and maintain a positive approach when facing difficult obstacles.

About the Role We are looking for a qualified Preconstruction Manager responsible for leading and managing all preconstruction activities for data center projects from concept through to construction handover. This includes due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, estimating, risk management, and value engineering. The role ensures alignment between project scope, budget, and schedule while collaborating with internal stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and vendors to support successful data center development. Main Responsibilities / Lead preconstruction efforts for all projects from market evaluation, test fit development, and due diligence to design, permitting and construction hand off. / Lead the selection, negotiation, and contracting of design vendors including architects, engineers, and specialized consultants. / Oversee vendor performance to ensure design deliverables are aligned with project timelines, scopes, and quality standards. / Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, IT, real estate) to ensure design decisions align with technical requirements, operational needs, and budget constraints. / Prepare and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules, tracking milestones and key deliverables. / Prepare budgets and comprehensive capital expenditure (CapEx) requests aligned with project milestones, including detailed breakdowns of costs for due diligence, design, permitting, early works, long-lead equipment, and construction. / Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to ensure funding requests are timely, accurate, and aligned with development schedules and investment strategies. / Lead all due diligence efforts. Ensure all risk items are identified and communicated to leadership and internal stakeholders. / Provide clear and concise reporting on cost estimates, revisions, and project changes. / Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to develop detailed cost estimates and scope reviews. / Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments. / Assist in contractor prequalification, bid solicitation, bid leveling, and contract negotiations. / Support procurement of long-lead items and key equipment. Qualifications and experience / Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. / 7+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with at least 3 years in mission-critical/data center or high-tech infrastructure projects. / Strong understanding of data center systems including electrical, mechanical, and structural components. / Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects. / Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. / Experience working with general contractors, design-build teams, and engineering consultants. About the Role As the VP/SVP for Global Construction you will be tasked with spearheading the Construction strategy and execution of hyperscale Data Center project Construction across our global portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Yondr’s Construction standards meet the highest benchmarks for safety, quality, schedule, predictability and cost competitiveness. The successful candidate will lead the global Construction teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive excellence in construction execution. The role will cover multiple projects with multiple clients simultaneously across the portfolio. Main Responsibilities * Part of the Data Center Execution Global leadership team * Accountable for pre-ops safety globally for Yondr group. * Accountable for Construction delivery globally and to lead the complete Construction delivery from inception through operations for multiple, concurrent Data Center projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budgets. * Accountable for global pre-construction through site due diligence, site acquisition and permitting periods. * Accountable for global utility execution from connection agreement to energisation at site * Accountable for the global Commissioning program within Yondr ensuring fully compliant delivery to stakeholder and customer requirements. * Support in building the global pipeline in line with Yondrs 5 year business plan. * Collaborate effectively with the other pillars within the wider Data Center execution team namely Design, Procurement, Cost/Commercial teams * Contribute to technical innovation developing new business strategies and Yondr DC blueprint Qualifications and experience * Extensive experience in Data Center Construction at scale is essential. * Extensive experience in building and managing global execution teams across the construction industry. * Extensive knowledge of the global construction industry supply chain with particular focus on Data Center construction, Design and build projects and global industry contract norms. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams and external working relationships. * Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-team projects, with significant capital project experience. * Strong cost/commercial understanding, with the ability to appreciate the impact of technically led decisions on budget and schedule. * A track record of effective risk mitigation and strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to think creatively, challenge traditional approaches, and develop innovative solutions. * Proficiency in Construction management software and programs.
