INTEGRATION MEETS INNOVATION At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world. Celigo is looking for a Senior Alliance Manager, Cloud & Data Platforms to own the relationships and revenue motions across Celigo’s cloud and data-platform partnerships. This is an early-stage, build-from-scratch mandate: you’ll strengthen Celigo’s presence inside partner field organizations, progress us through partner programs and competencies, and build repeatable co-sell motions that generate sourced and influenced pipeline. You’ll report to the Head of Alliances. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF HIRED? * Own and grow Celigo’s co-sell motions cloud and data-platform partners, managing joint pipeline, coordinating deals with partner field teams, and driving sourced and influenced revenue. * Stand up programs across cloud and data-platform partners. * Embed with partner field teams to build joint account plans and coordinate deal execution with partner account-manager counterparts. * Identify, qualify, and advance co-sell opportunities using partner programs and manage the pipeline within co-sell systems. * Own marketplace execution across partner marketplaces: listings, private offers, transaction flow, and marketplace adoption across the sales team. * Build relationships with Partner Development Managers and Partner Solutions Architects, and use competencies to unlock access to partner industry and segment teams. * Enable the Celigo sales team with positioning, talk tracks, and training that make co-sell conversations second nature, and keep the motion top of mind with a busy sales org. * Partner with marketing on MDF-funded activity and joint go-to-market: webinars, field events, and presence at partner flagship events. * Develop the “better-together” narrative, including the data-consumption story that earns genuine partner field engagement. * Own the cloud and data-platform pipeline forecast, and report sourced and influenced pipeline, marketplace transactions, and program participation to leadership monthly. * Run the alliance as a program with a clear operating cadence, coordinating across product, sales, marketing, enablement, finance, and legal without direct authority. * Partner with product on technical readiness for program requirements and carry partner feedback back to the team. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Skills & Abilities * Working knowledge of cloud-marketplace mechanics, including private offers, committed-spend drawdown, listing and transaction flow, and how partner field sellers are measured and motivated. * Proven ability to build co-sell motions with cloud and data-platform field teams that produce measurable partner-sourced and influenced pipeline. * Skilled at leading account mapping, executive business reviews, and a regular co-sell cadence in complex enterprise environments. * Able to navigate a matrixed organization and drive cross-functional execution through influence rather than authority. * Data-driven and metrics-oriented, translating co-sell activity into pipeline and revenue outcomes. * Self-directed and outcome-obsessed, comfortable in a fast-moving, build-stage environment where structure is limited. * Strong communicator who can enable a busy sales org and tell a strategic story to leadership. Education & Experience * 6+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel roles in SaaS or cloud, with direct, hands-on experience managing hyperscaler and/or cloud data-platform partnerships. * Direct experience with AWS partner programs strongly preferred; Azure, GCP, or data-platform equivalents transfer. * iPaaS, integration, or data-platform domain knowledge, including data warehouses and why cloud- and platform-consumption stories matter to partners. * Hands-on experience applying for and validating Partner Competencies and Specializations, and progressing through partner tiers. * Prior time inside a hyperscaler or data platform — AWS, Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks — in field, partner, or specialist roles, a plus. * Experience taking a company from an early partner program to scaled partner-sourced revenue, a plus. Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $130,000 and 160,000 per year for this position. THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Commercial GTM Strategist, Partnerships to join our US National Partnerships Team. This is a high-impact, foundational role where commercial strategy meets modern AI execution. You will serve as the operational and strategic bridge connecting our National Partners with internal Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams to expand our supply footprint and drive deal efficiency across North America. Because the landscape of supply-side partnerships is constantly evolving, there is no legacy blueprint here—you will be responsible for actively designing and writing the playbook. Sitting at the center of commercial expansion, your mission is to leverage AI-driven workflows, data modeling, and structured frameworks to scale our partner ecosystem, optimize complex contract terms, and deliver net revenue savings. YOUR IMPACT * Build 0-to-1 Commercial Frameworks: Transform bespoke, one-off partner negotiations and account management workflows into standardized, repeatable GTM playbooks that accelerate network coverage across North America. * Fuel Commercial Strategy & Deal Mechanics: Proactively model complex partner performance data to equip account leads with the insights needed to negotiate contract amendments, structure creative value-exchange proposals, and capture net savings. * Architect AI & Automated Workflows: Design and deploy AI-driven solutions (prompt engineering, automated summaries, workflow scripts) to eliminate operational bottlenecks, track program success, and increase team bandwidth. * Bridge Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the strategic connective tissue connecting our national partners to internal Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams to secure buy-in and fast-track GTM initiatives. * Agile Commercial Experimentation: Drive rapid pilots and workflow iterations to continuously improve core partnership metrics (network expansion velocity, partner retention, and yield savings). * Live the Mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding work-life wellness. WHO YOU ARE * You bring 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, GTM Operations, or Business Development, including 3+ years of experience taking supply-side programs from 0 to 1 (building playbooks, launching new partner categories, or structuring expansion deals). * You possess a deep understanding of B2B partnership mechanics, deal structures, and go-to-market execution. You naturally evaluate opportunities through an ROI lens—focused on how an automated workflow or data model directly drives network expansion, unit economics, or cost savings. * The 0-to-1 Pioneer who thrives when handed a complex, open-ended challenge in a fast-paced environment. Rather than requiring a rigid onboarding manual, you have the operational maturity to audit messy processes, research modern solutions, and build scalable systems from scratch. * You don't just pull numbers; you turn raw data into compelling commercial narratives that help account teams navigate high-stakes negotiations, model deal terms, and anticipate contract risks before they arise. * You have hands-on experience leveraging AI prompt engineering (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and modern CRM tools (Salesforce) to manipulate data, automate routine tasks, and build lightweight productivity tools. * You excel in the "grey areas" of complex accounts, building trust across Legal, Finance, and Ops through transparent communication, structured frameworks, and reliable follow-through We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, GTM Operations, or Business Development—including at least 3+ years of experience taking supply-side programs from 0 to 1 (building playbooks, launching new partner/client categories, or structuring expansion deals) are mandatory requirements.
