You bring a strong point of view, a bias for action, and a genuine enthusiasm for building alongside leaders who are defining the future of data and AI. This role is based in either our Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA office, with in-office attendance required three days per week. The Senior People Partner will partner closely with Engineering leadership, the broader People Partner team, and People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and execute a people strategy that enables innovation, scale, and organizational effectiveness. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE * Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering leadership, providing candid, data-driven counsel on organizational, talent, and leadership decisions. * Translate business priorities into a clear, integrated people strategy across organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development. * Lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives including organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, and retention strategies. * Coach Engineering leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational health. * Guide teams through growth and transformation, helping leaders navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum and engagement. * Partner closely with People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to Engineering. * Apply data, insights, and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision-making, scale impact, and evolve People practices. * Assess organizational health and deliver clear, actionable insights across engagement, performance, attrition, and diversity. * Contribute to broader People Partner initiatives, helping shape how we support technical organizations across Snowflake. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct support of VP+ leaders. * Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations, with a clear understanding of technical talent, team structures, and operating models. * Proven ability to build credibility and influence Engineering leadership. * Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. * Strong business and data acumen, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. * Experience leading organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives. * Track record of partnering effectively with COEs to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. * Curiosity and applied interest in AI and emerging technologies, particularly in how they shape talent and organizations. * Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. * Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
