For this position, your primary focus will be on our manufacturing clients. Therefore, knowledge of this segment is an advantage - but not a requirement - as your expertise in financial processes within D365FO is what truly matters. We can document that we meet this goal, and we view education as an investment that makes us stronger - we do not see it as a cost.  About the position As a Functional Solution Architect / Senior Consultant, you will be part of a strong team focused on ERP processes, working across the entire Dynamics platform - especially F&O, but also the Power Platform. We value learning from each other and taking shared responsibility. You’ll join a team of skilled and highly experienced D365FO consultants, ensuring high-level sparring. You’ll also experience a fast pace environment, as you’ll be involved in new projects from the early stages, helping to set the scene. You’ll work closely with Cepheo’s other F&O teams (Project Management, Service Delivery Managers, Developers - both Danish and Polish colleagues - and infrastructure technicians). As an architect within the finance area, you’ll carry significant responsibility in the project. You’ll challenge the customer on process optimization within your area of expertise and coordinate with colleagues handling other workstreams to ensure cohesion. We know that all issues in the various business areas eventually impact finance, so you’ll play a key role in mitigating potential challenges. Familiarity (not deep expertise) with other process areas such as procurement, sales, inventory, and production is essential for success in the role.  You’ll be introduced to Cepheo’s implementation model, which is based on a well-documented process framework. You’ll find that Cepheo is at the forefront of process-oriented approaches, and your tasks will reflect that. You’ll also have the opportunity to join our Nordic Capability Group for Finance & Operations, giving you a network with colleagues in Scandinavia and Poland, where you can share knowledge and learn from others that works in the same field as you. Who are you? We expect that you have several years of experience as a consultant within D365FO solutions, preferably with experience in financial solutions for manufacturing clients. Additionally, we expect you to have experience with relevant third-party financial solutions such as AMC Banking, SK Global, and Exflow. Experience with international projects is also an advantage. At Cepheo, you’ll take ownership of how projects are delivered. You’ll work closely with customers and typically be involved from the analysis phase through implementation and ongoing support and development. We value quality and expect you to be a strong communicator in both Danish and English. It’s also a plus if you are naturally proactive, curious, structured, and possess strong business acumen. We’re looking for a colleague with several of the following competencies: * Experienced D365FO consultant within the finance domain * Industry knowledge in the manufacturing domain * Solid experience within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations * Understanding of functionality related to sales, purchasing, logistics, etc., enabling you to advise on the connection between the value chain and the finance department, including reconciliation with inventory, costing, etc. * Familiarity with finance-related add-on solutions * Strong experience in designing standard solutions * A customer oriented mindset and a naturally service-minded approach * Comfortable working independently as well as part of a strong team * A strong drive and eagerness to learn and be challenged * Strong analytical and communication skills Interested? SENIOR D365 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR In Short: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior D365 Systems Administrator to join our global D365 Operations team. This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of complex functional areas within our ERP landscape, drive key projects, and champion innovation. Your Mission: * Guarantee the seamless performance of our core business operations by providing expert, hands-on support and serving as the lead escalation point for our D365 platform. * Lead functional investigations during outages, proposing immediate workarounds to ensure business continuity. * Own the investigation and resolution of intricate system issues, driving deep root cause analysis for recurring problems and designing robust, long-term solutions. * Lead collaborations with senior technical and business stakeholders to challenge the status quo and implement innovative configuration changes that enhance system stability and efficiency. * Drive functional sub-projects from end-to-end, managing deliverables, timelines, and external partners to ensure successful project execution. * Take ownership of complex functional configurations within D365 F&O, including areas like Order to Cash and Advanced Warehouse Management. * Champion the continuous improvement of our systems by identifying opportunities for optimisation and proactively contributing to our internal knowledge base. * Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical after-hours support and ensure system stability. Your Story: * A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related engineering field. * A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in an administrator or analyst role - or functional consultant role. A strong background in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module is highly desired. * Proven experience owning and delivering complex configurations and leading functional sub-projects. * You are a master collaborator with exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels. * You possess a strong problem-solving mindset, with a track record of identifying the root cause of issues and implementing lasting solutions. * You work autonomously, consistently challenging prevailing assumptions and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision. * You are fluent in English.
