We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Compliance & International Operations to help scale Figma’s international
payroll operations and compliance programs. In this role, you’ll lead payroll operations across APAC and EMEA, ensuring employees
are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Finance, People, Accounting, Legal, and
external vendors to strengthen operational foundations, improve compliance visibility, and build scalable processes that support
Figma’s continued global growth.
This role reports to the Director, Payroll Operations.

This role bridges two critical pillars within our organization: Core Ads Technical Support and Advanced Signals Implementation. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will serve as the premier regional subject matter expert (SME). You will handle deep diagnostic investigations to unblock business-critical revenue , while simultaneously driving white-glove, strategic conversions onboarding (CAPI and Pixel) for top-tier regional advertisers. As a Lead Technical Solutions Manager, you are expected to deliver system-level impact, translating field realities into product roadmap improvements and automated internal tools. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Technical Troubleshooting: Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to resolve complex, ambiguous campaign delivery, tracking discrepancies, and auction performance blockers across Reddit’s ad platform.
