WHAT YOU'LL BRING: * Experience: Proven experience in a sales or enablement role, such as a BDR or SDR, SDR Enablement Specialist, Account Executive (AE), or SDR leadership. * Facilitation Skills: Exceptional group facilitation and public speaking skills, with the ability to lead engaging training sessions. * Sales Methodologies: A strong understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC. Experience with the Command of Message is a plus. * Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton seeks an organised, analytical, and creative-thinking Sales Operations and Training Program Manager to support our AU team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Consumer, the Program Manager will be required to deeply understand the businesses they support and execute initiatives that enable growth and overcome any barriers to operational excellence, in addition to executing the day to day management of sales operations. They will partner cross-functionally with the entire Global Sales Solutions team and with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Member Support, Finance, Enterprise Tech, and more and will regularly communicate program updates and implications to these global stakeholders.
