Hoist Finance is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to HoistSpar

Hoist Finance is an asset manager specialising in non-performing loans. For more than 30 years, Hoist Finance has invested in and

HoistSpar is Hoist Finance’s retail savings brand, offering digital fixed-term deposit accounts to private individuals across

seven European markets: Sweden, Germany, Spain, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands and Poland. HoistSpar plays a central role in

Hoist Finance's funding strategy and long-term growth. Deposits from the public are the company’s largest source of funding.

Operating under Hoist Finance’s Swedish credit market licence, HoistSpar serves customers across Europe through the freedom of

services framework and is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Founded in Sweden in 2009, HoistSpar has since expanded to six additional European markets and today has a team of around 20

people in Stockholm. As part of this development, HoistSpar launched its proprietary platform in Germany in November 2025 and in

Spain in March 2026. With plans for further expansion, HoistSpar is now entering an exciting new phase.

HoistSpar provides a straightforward savings experience with competitive interest rates through its own proprietary platforms and

dedicated customer service teams in Sweden, Germany and Spain, and through a third-party provider in its remaining markets.

All deposits are protected by the Swedish Deposit Guarantee Scheme, administered by the Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden),

covering up to SEK 1,150,000 per depositor.

As Growth & Performance Marketing Manager at Hoist Finance, you will take overall ownership of the marketing of HoistSpar’s

savings products and play a key role in the company’s continued growth across Europe, with a particular focus on Sweden, Germany

and Spain.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will set the direction for HoistSpar’s marketing, translate business objectives

into clear priorities and initiatives, and take an active role in driving them forward.

With a strong foundation in performance marketing and digital customer acquisition, you will also look beyond individual channels

to strengthen brand awareness and identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.

As HoistSpar’s marketing expert, you will work independently while collaborating closely with management, internal functions and

external specialists. Operating in a regulated financial environment, your ability to align stakeholders, navigate different

perspectives and turn insights into action will be key to succeeding in the role.

• Own, develop and drive HoistSpar’s marketing strategy across priority markets, translating business objectives into clear

priorities and initiatives.

• Drive digital customer acquisition and performance marketing, with a clear focus on growing the number of savings customers and

deposit volumes.

• Build brand awareness and strengthen HoistSpar’s positioning across priority markets, balancing long-term brand building with

commercial growth.

• Identify and evaluate new channels, target audiences and growth opportunities, including affiliate marketing and strategic

partnerships.

• Use data and customer insights to guide marketing decisions, analysing customer acquisition costs, conversion and other

relevant KPIs to optimise activities and investments.

• Take an active role in execution, while managing and challenging external partners and specialists within performance

marketing, digital development and analytics.

• Adapt marketing activities to local market conditions and customer behaviour, with a particular focus on Sweden, Germany and

Spain, while evaluating marketing opportunities in potential new markets.

• Collaborate closely with management and relevant internal functions to align and anchor marketing initiatives within a

regulated financial environment.

HoistSpar is looking for a commercially driven marketing professional with several years of experience across both strategic and

operational marketing, ideally from banking, fintech, insurance or another financial services environment.

You have strong experience in digital customer acquisition and performance marketing, combined with a broader understanding of how

brand, customer behaviour and digital channels contribute to commercial growth. You are comfortable using data and insights to

make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

You are strategic yet hands-on, self-driven and comfortable taking significant ownership. You are confident setting direction,

forming your own point of view and driving initiatives forward independently, while knowing when to involve and align with

internal stakeholders and external specialists.

Experience working across multiple markets, particularly Sweden, Germany and Spain, as well as experience in affiliate marketing

or a regulated environment, is considered an advantage. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, while additional European

languages are a plus.
