are made? As Head of Credit Underwriting and Decision Analytics, you'll balance pricing, risk, compliance and strategy while
working closely with senior stakeholders. It's a role with real weight – and a rare opportunity to leave your mark on how we
underwrite credit for the future.
We are the team behind every credit decision made across our markets. Our team includes lead analysts in each market and a broader
analytics group of junior and senior analysts and scorecard developers. We're currently rewiring how we work, exploring new
technologies to strengthen our underwriting.
About the role
As Head of Credit Underwriting and Decision Analytics, you'll lead the team responsible for our credit process design and
performance, working across pricing, risk and compliance. You'll be a key voice among senior stakeholders, driving the direction
of underwriting in a complex, ever-changing environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
Designing, developing and optimizing the credit process across all credit facilities
Balancing pricing, risk, compliance and technical perspectives in every decision
Leading and developing lead analysts and a broader analytics team
Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to align priorities
Driving new ways of working, including new technologies and analytical tools
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone analytical who thrives on solving complex problems and cutting through ambiguity. You build strong
relationships and listen closely to understand different perspectives, and you're motivated by high-impact work where you help
your team find novel ways forward.
On top of this, we're looking for someone who:
Holds an M.Sc. or equivalent degree from a demanding field
Has experience in banking, quantitative analysis and driving initiatives in complex stakeholder environments
Brings deep knowledge of consumer credit and comfort operating in ambiguity
Has university-level skills in mathematics and strong analytical judgment
Communicates clearly and succinctly across technical and senior audiences
Speaks English fluently; Swedish and/or Norwegian is a plus
Brings a senior level of experience, ready to lead a specialized team
