YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a CRM Automation Specialist at Voi, you will strengthen our lifecycle marketing by turning data and insights into automated CRM programmes that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across our markets. You will work hands-on in Braze to design, build, and optimise journeys that support users from onboarding through to loyal, high-value riders. Sitting within the CRM team and collaborating closely with Data, Marketing, and Product, you will make sure lifecycle initiatives are insight-led, measurable, and aligned with Voi’s broader growth objectives. You will: * Analyse lifecycle performance using CRM data to identify opportunities across onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention. * Investigate user behaviour and campaign performance to uncover automation opportunities, lifecycle gaps, and areas for optimisation. * Translate insights into actionable CRM journeys, segmentation strategies, and targeting logic that can scale across markets. * Build, test, and optimise automated lifecycle journeys in Braze using Canvas, segmentation, and Liquid logic. * Develop reusable templates and scalable campaign structures that reduce manual work and improve consistency. * Identify and implement opportunities to automate existing campaigns and expand lifecycle coverage across the customer journey. * Design and run A/B tests across CRM channels (email, push, in-app) to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. * Analyse experiment results, communicate findings clearly, and turn them into actionable improvements. * Partner with Marketing, Data, and Product to ensure lifecycle activity is aligned with growth priorities and other channel initiatives. * Maintain strong QA processes to ensure accurate segmentation, triggers, tracking, and personalisation, while keeping visibility across journeys to avoid overlap and conflicting experiences. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a data-driven CRM or lifecycle marketer who enjoys working hands-on with tools, journeys, and experiments. You are comfortable moving between analysis and execution, can manage multiple initiatives at once, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners. * 3+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in a B2C environment. * Hands-on experience building lifecycle journeys in Braze or a comparable CRM platform. * Working knowledge of SQL and confidence in analysing lifecycle data and campaign performance independently. * Experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests, including an understanding of experimentation methodology and statistical significance. * Strong understanding of lifecycle strategies such as onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention. * Proven experience building automated CRM journeys and scalable campaign structures. * Comfortable working with CRM data structures, including user attributes, events, triggers, and segmentation logic. * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and dependencies. * Clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Position Summary Charlotte FC is actively seeking a Senior Manager – Membership Services to oversee the activities for full-time staff and seasonal projects, support sales & services staff to achieve department revenue and capacity goals through the sale of general and premium season tickets, group tickets, and individual game packages. Additionally, they will oversee the recruitment & development of the Sales & Ticket Services staff as well as the planning, training, and execution of strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and retention goals for Charlotte FC. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day to management of our sales and service staff and will oversee all efforts regarding recruitment, hiring, training, ongoing development and growth for our representatives, renewals, specialized services program, and all related organizational projects. Primary Responsibilities: Ticket Services: * Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Membership Services team, ensuring timely, high‑quality support for all Season Ticket Member accounts. * Execute year‑round communication and engagement strategies to strengthen relationships, improve satisfaction, and drive renewal success. * Lead, train, coach, and mentor service representatives, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment. * Assist in developing service standards, touchpoint calendars, call campaigns, and fan engagement initiatives. * Handle escalated or sensitive customer service situations with professionalism and sound judgment. * Oversee the creation and tracking of key customer service metrics, reporting updates to leadership throughout the year. * Support the execution of retention initiatives, seat improvement programs, and membership benefit fulfillment. * Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and account activity in CRM systems. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments to enhance the overall fan and matchday experience. Understand and communicate successes, risks, and mitigations transparent to management through optimized reporting and utilization of our CRM. * Lead structured discovery conversations to understand prospective client needs, decision criteria and internal stakeholder dynamics to present offerings that position Klim as a strategic solution provider for clients’ sustainability, ESG and climate strategies. * Identify, evaluate and onboard marketplace partners and distribution channels (e.g. sustainability platforms, brokers, consultancies, ESG solution providers) that can scale Klim's reach into new buyer segments. * Lead joint business planning conversations with partners to align on value propositions, go-to-market approaches, integration requirements and shared success metrics. * Design and maintain a partner enablement program, providing marketplace partners and intermediaries with the materials, training and tools needed to represent Klim's offerings effectively and compliantly. * Collaborate closely with finance, certification, marketing and product to ensure seamless handovers and strong client outcomes. * Track and monitor key sales metrics through diligent CRM maintenance, track market trends in an independent way and gather client feedback proactively to optimise individual and team sales performance. * Stay on top of developments in carbon markets, standards, and regulation (e.g. SBTi, Verra, CCP, CRCF) to inform conversations and sharpen positioning. * Represent Klim at industry events, conferences and sustainability forums to expand your network and generate new leads. Your profile * Business-ready fluency in English is a must. A upper intermediate level of German (B2) is a plus. * At least three years of experience in a quota-carrying partnership management or sales role, with full responsibility for closing deals. * Demonstrated track record of building and scaling partnership channels or marketplace relationships — from identifying and structuring agreements to activating and growing them over time. * Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with partners and intermediaries, paired with strong account management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. * A proven track record of managing the full sales funnel end to end, with confidence in handling six-figure deals and maintaining strong CRM discipline, including accurate opportunity stages and clearly documented next steps. * General working knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (preferably MEDDPICC) and the ability to run structured pipeline reviews, clearly articulating blockers, risks and decision paths across multiple active opportunities. * Experience drafting, tailoring and optimising presentations and other materials for client-facing and internal use; advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable tools is required. * A collaborative, people-oriented mindset: you enjoy working closely with colleagues across teams and contributing to a positive, mission-driven culture. * Motivation to contribute to Klim’s mission of accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture, and a belief that commercial excellence is a key lever for real-world impact. * A plus: experience in carbon markets and environmental policy, including voluntary carbon markets, pricing dynamics, and relevant standards and frameworks.
