JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team, specializing in the sale of imported building materials with extended lead times. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing client expectations regarding shipping durations and advance payment terms. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and maintain client relationships, coordinate with Procurement department, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines. WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) : * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials industry. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. * Educate clients on the benefits of imported materials, lead times, and logistical considerations. * Coordinate with Procurement and logistics teams to provide accurate shipment tracking and updates. * Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product specifications along with samples to potential customers. * Negotiate pricing and advance payment terms while ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market. * Work closely with the procurement team to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations. * Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues efficiently. * Prepare feedback and reports of customer visits and funnel and make presentations of the insights of the market and its trends. WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE) : * Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of import logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain management. * Ability to handle long lead times and manage customer expectations accordingly. * Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Arabic preferred]. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Equivalent Google Workspace Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and CRM software. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required. POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Key Account Manager in BRKZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base, contributing directly to the success of the company & addressing the needs of our customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) : * Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Understand the specific needs and requirements of customers in the industry. * Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services. * Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online, networking, and referrals. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches/presentations and proposals. * Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. * Achieve set collection milestones with the ongoing customers and sales targets. * Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives. WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICATIONS) : * Bachelor's degree in Business or relative years of working experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry or any related subsidiary industry. * Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency or familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Our Director, Enterprise Sales will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for a team of Enterprise Sales Executives who are responsible for driving new business through the full sales cycle. Engaging other corporate resources as required Who You Are: * Experienced in managing a high performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company * A strong relationship builder with 5+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 1000 companies * Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations with pricing based on business value, legal and procurement * Knowledgeable in selling to C-level executives in the IT space * Experienced in setting quotas and managing people against those quotas * Passionate about coaching others with a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team * Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs.
