We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Automation Engineer to drive the development and optimization of automation solutions that
enhance developer productivity, improve software quality, and reduce technical debt. This role focuses on implementing scalable
frameworks, and enabling teams to achieve operational excellence through technical innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate
about empowering developers, improving engineering efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of
continuous improvement.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role,
job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting
reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $126,000 - $197,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is a plus. * Technical Skills: Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and API integrations. Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation is highly valued. This is a hands-on, working manager role — you will be personally executing technical work (scripting, automation builds, escalated ticket resolution) and leading a team, not just overseeing one.
