ReEnerfy AB söker nu en erfaren och driven Mechanical Site Installation Engineer / Piping & Installation Engineer för internationella projekt inom service, moderniseringar och tekniska uppgraderingar av avancerade energianläggningar.
Det här är en roll för dig som trivs i tekniskt komplexa miljöer, gillar att arbeta nära kund och vill vara en nyckelperson vid installationer och uppgraderingar runt om i världen.
Du blir anställd av ReEnerfy och arbetar i globala projekt hos internationella kunder inom energisektorn.
Om rollen I rollen arbetar du som teknisk specialist inom mekanisk installation och piping i samband med serviceprojekt, moderniseringar och uppgraderingar av turbiner och tillhörande system. Du är ofta den tekniska experten på plats och ansvarar för att installationer genomförs säkert, effektivt och enligt tekniska krav.
Arbetet innebär tätt samarbete med kunder, projektledning och internationella team där du bidrar med både teknisk kompetens och praktisk erfarenhet ute på site.
Du kan vara bosatt var som helst i Sverige då rollen innebär omfattande internationellt resande och arbete hos kunder världen över.

Teknisk ledning och support vid mekaniska installationer

Vi söker dig som
Har minst 5-10 års erfarenhet av liknande arbete inom mekanisk installation, piping eller industriella energiprojekt
Har erfarenhet från internationella site-arbeten och komplexa installationer
Är trygg i en kundnära och tekniskt ledande roll
Har god förståelse för mekaniska system, piping och turbiner
Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i både tal och skrift
Trivs med resor och arbete i internationella miljöer

Job Summary: The TFA, having completed level II competencies, will contribute to the management of site activities including planning, organizing, integrating, and monitoring of resources such as labor, tools and technical assistants as required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. Will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of great complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning at customer power generating facilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage, perform, coordinate the management of site activities Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis Signs off on all changes implemented. Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality. Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage Coach, mentor, and train other team members as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge. Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages Ensure all parts needed for the job are shipped to the site Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that the customer’s contractors are working properly. Perform aftermarket upgrades that need to be performed at the site level. Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Required Qualifications & Experience: Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Field Services role 5+ years of experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position Successful completion of required level II training programs is a minimum requirement Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams dial and laser alignment and thermal growth equipment Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required English proficiency required Desired Characteristics: Qualified level. Has the knowledge and skill to actively support field service activities and be aware of where to seek answers to questions as they arise. Has experienced successful installations. Experience and training on Alstom, Siemens, or other OEM equipment Extensive Field Engineering Services experience Strong organizational and project management skills Strong oral and written interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Strong business acumen and ability to sell GE products to the customer Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 to $129,400. This is an exempt from overtime position. Mechanical Engineer, HVDC Service The Opportunity We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our HVDC Service in Ludvika. We help our customers to increase their profits and to contribute to a more sustainable future. By improving and ensuring the operation of our customers' existing systems and by replacing all, or parts, of the control and HVDC equipment we make this happen. Technology and Engineering within HVDC Service, need you who can take the Plants mechanical technical challenge for our deliveries – find the successful solution to all the way from capture teams via quotation and project delivery to customer taking over. You will face an exciting challenge with Plant mechanical design aspects within a growing market. How You’ll make an impact • You will have exciting and varied work where you will have contact with both customers and suppliers. Work with global organizations within HVDC Service and have development opportunities within the Plants electromechanical design areas of calculation and design, as a project engineer. • In this role, you will work with detailed design, large assemblies, creating drawings and technical documentation, as well as calculations for existing HVDC converter station. • You will also oversee problem solving, have technical discussions with clients and suppliers to find suitable solution for refurbishment on existing converter stations. Your responsibilities • To succeed in the role, you have a mechanical engineering degree or similar. In addition, you have good knowledge of NX and 3D-CAD, are good interest in technical solutions within electromechanical design. • Site survey, 3D scans the station and uses this information for design work. • Participate or support site installation. • Moreover, it is a merit if you have worked in global environment and manufacturing industry and/or have been a consultant in mechanical engineering. You are familiar with working with tools like CAD and FEM. • Please note that it is an important requirement to have excellent skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike. Field Engineer - EIT Are you ready to contribute to cutting-edge energy projects that shape the future? We are seeking Field Engineers specializing in EIT (Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications) to join our team. This is an exciting project located in Stord and Sandnes, and it has a 14/21 rotation! Responsibilities: As a key member of the construction team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution. Your tasks will include: • Providing technical support and resolving issues during on-site installation and construction. • Interpreting engineering drawings and job-specific documentation for the production team. • Developing essential technical documentation and work instructions in collaboration with engineering departments. • Verifying that all installations and designs adhere to safety, constructability, and high HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards. • Ensuring effective coordination with various teams, including work leaders, method teams, engineering, and project resource execution. • Acting as a key interface across other disciplines such as piping, structure, civil, HVAC, as well as with suppliers and subcontractors. • Utilizing and interfacing with project management and engineering systems, including 3D tools and official registers. • Maintaining a proactive approach to HSSE in all field operations. • Collaborating closely with production personnel to facilitate smooth technical task completion. What we are looking for: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional with: • Significant site experience from Norwegian projects. • Proficiency in key project management systems like MIPS and 3D visualization tools (e.g., Navis, E3D). • Familiarity with tubing installation processes. • A strong understanding of as-built and mechanical interface drawings. • Competence in Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively across diverse disciplines and support production teams. • Strong communication skills. • A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of E&I experience.
