£50k-£65k, dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In
these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
We care deeply about helping the tech industry become a more inclusive and diverse place and we work hard to lead by example. We
are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity through attracting and retaining a complementary team of employees and building an
inclusive environment for all. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified.
3 stages = An introductory call with one of our Talent team > Technical Interview inc. a design task with our Head of UX > Final
interview with our Head of Product.
We want to make our interviews as inclusive as possible, so if you need any adjustments made or if there's anything you think we
should be aware of during the interview process, please do let us know.
As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our
application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We
don't want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you
as an individual.
How we use AI in the hiring process
Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers on interviews so that they can focus purely
on their conversation with you. All decisions are made by humans - not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!

About us This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global strategic healthcare partner providing consulting and advisory services to the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the care and treatment they need, regardless of location, financial status, or other factors. We build and support multiple enterprise products used by internal and client teams to deliver real-world outcomes in high-stakes settings. As part of our 2026 growth plans, we’re hiring a Senior Product Designer in the UK (flexible remote/hybrid). We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to make a direct impact in AI in enterprise healthcare. The opportunity We’re exploring and validating generative AI use cases across our products to reduce friction in end-to-end workflows and improve how work gets done. This means designing experiences that move beyond standalone tools and towards human-led, AI-assisted workflows, where AI supports users through repetitive or complex steps while keeping people accountable, informed, and in control. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape practical, usable AI-enabled experiences that improve speed, quality, and consistency across enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to understand user needs, test ideas, design robust interactions, and deliver experiences that are trusted, transparent, and measurable. This role suits someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, can turn complex workflow problems into clear product experiences, and brings strong product design craft from discovery through to delivery.
Are you ready to shape the future of data? Matillion is the company behind Maia, the AI Data Automation platform. In the AI economy, demand for data is exploding. Manual data engineering can’t keep up. Maia fixes that by combining 15 years of data expertise with agentic AI to eliminate the manual work that slows data teams down. Organisations like Cisco, DocuSign, and Slack are already using it to deliver real business impact, faster. We started in Manchester and now we’re global - with teams across the UK, US and India. We are driven, curious, energetic people who move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high standard. We’re here to make a dent in the universe bigger than ourselves. And we’re looking for people who want to be part of it. About the Role We're Matillion, and we're building Maia, our agentic AI platform that helps data teams design, build and manage pipelines faster and with far less manual effort. Design at Matillion is about balancing curiosity and a genuine love for innovation with real care for detail and craft. For Product Design, this is a rare opportunity to shape how humans collaborate with AI to solve genuinely complex technical problems. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own critical product areas, drive strategic design direction and work at the intersection of AI and data engineering; a space where very few interaction standards exist yet. This is meaningful ownership, high-impact craft and a chance to help define what the future of AI-enabled experiences looks like. We value in person collaboration here, therefore this role will ideally follow our hybrid pattern of 2 days a week in our innovative Manchester office. However, we can be flexible for the right person.
LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER - CORTEX 📍 MANCHESTER (HYBRID, UP TO 4 DAYS WFH) 💰 COMPETITIVE SALARY, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to transform the experience of buying, selling, renting and letting property, elevating UK estate agencies through world-class technology. Cortex is an exciting new product that brings agentic AI into Street and Spectre, taking on the busywork so agents can focus on winning instructions and building relationships. It's early, moving fast, and will ultimately touch every part of the product suite. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape what agentic UX looks like across all of it. We want someone who is genuinely excited by agentic AI, past needing to be told what's worth working on, and ready to help define a product category that doesn't have a playbook yet - working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. If you look at most UX job ads, you see a laundry list of requirements. We prefer to tell you how we actually operate so you can decide if this is the right environment for you. * At Street Group, design is a strategic seat. You'll drive direction alongside product and engineering, not respond to them. * Our users rely on us to run their businesses, so they love talking to us. You can spin up a call and validate a prototype instantly. We don't guess; we ask. * We move at pace, including on strategic work. Strategy isn't a separate, slower track here - we test it by shipping. HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE WORKING ON * Shape the UX of agentic AI across Street and Spectre - deciding which agency workflows agents should own, then designing how that actually feels and builds trust for the user. * Design across the whole suite, not one domain - valuation, prospecting, marketing, enquiry handling, sales progression, property management. You'll hold a huge amount of context. * Define the patterns for a new category. There's no established playbook for agentic UX in property - you'll set it. * Set the craft bar through your own output. The work you ship is the reference point for what good looks like. * Prototype, test and ship at pace - getting working prototypes in front of real agents and iterating fast. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF: * You've built or shaped agentic AI, not just used AI tools - multi-step, tool-using agents you've designed, prototyped or shipped. You understand how they work and where they break. * You've got a well-formed point of view on agentic UX - how you design for systems that don't always behave the same way, how you build in trust, transparency and control, and when to keep a human in the loop. * You stay current. This field moves monthly and you keep on top of it. * You're energised by an undefined problem space and bring the case for what's worth doing, rather than waiting for a brief. * You're commercially fluent - you make design trade-offs informed by how the product performs, not just user preference. You define success before you ship and read the result after. YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T APPLY IF: * Your AI experience is limited to speeding up your own workflow. This role is about designing AI into the product, and that gap will show quickly. * You're looking for the next pay band up from Senior with broadly similar expectations. This is not a "Senior+" role - it expects materially more scope, autonomy and judgment. * You need a well-defined problem before you can start. Cortex is still taking shape, and that won't change soon. * You expect to be handed a roadmap. Here, you help write it. A BIT ABOUT YOU * AI & agentic depth: Non-negotiable, and the first thing we'll screen for. Current, hands-on knowledge of agentic AI, with real examples of what you've built or shaped. * Craft: Lead-level UX and product design. Your work is exemplary and you can articulate it clearly enough to teach. * Breadth: Comfortable operating across the whole product suite and holding a lot of context at once, not going deep on a single domain. * Ambiguity: You do your best work when the problem isn't yet defined. * Cross-functional: A peer at the table with product and engineering, partnering closely with a good PM without treading on each other's toes. * Technical fluency: Being hands-on enough to prototype with code is a real advantage here, given how close design sits to how these systems work. It's a plus, not a hard requirement. * Experience: Typically this comes with around 8+ years in product/UX design at senior IC level - but we care more about evidence you can operate at Lead altitude than the exact number, especially given how new agentic AI is. SaaS or complex product experience is helpful; property experience isn't required. Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements.
