This is where your career begins.
We are building the Business Development Graduate Program within our SME & Mid-Market / Digital DACH Team at osapiens — and we are
looking for the best graduates in the DACH region. Not the loudest - the sharpest.
This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a high-ownership position inside one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies
— 100% year-on-year growth for 42 consecutive months, backed by Goldman Sachs & BlackRock, with offices in 7 countries and more
than 600 talents worldwide. You will sit at the front end of our Digital Sales Engine: fast, focused, and built for scale. A clear
career path, an AI-first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one.
We are building a decacorn here. You could be part of that.
What the program looks like
The Business Development Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear path
forward.
You will spend your first year generating and qualifying pipeline for our SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH team — mastering
high-velocity outbound, learning the full sales motion, and developing your own AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant
career opportunities within 12, 18, 24 months — into Account Executive, Senior BD, or adjacent commercial roles — based on your
results and where your strengths take you.
We hire annually. Once you are in, you are part of a cohort — and a pipeline of talent that grows with the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE 💻 At Clarity AI, the Revenue Operations team is the operational engine behind the entire commercial cycle: we keep the CRM healthy, give leadership visibility into the pipeline, spot risks before they turn into churn, and build the tooling that helps Sales and Customer Success sell more and better. We're looking for a Senior Specialist who is, above all, a bridge profile: someone equally comfortable jumping into HubSpot to fix a workflow as opening a dashboard to explain to a territory lead why their forecast doesn't add up. We're not after the CRM wizard who avoids the business numbers, nor the strategy analyst who won't touch the tool. We want someone who enjoys living between both worlds and wants to become a reference point for that combination. This is a strategic role that bridges the gap between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive scalable revenue growth. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 🚀 Working as a Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities: * CRM maintenance and administration (HubSpot). Data health, property management, workflows, deduplication, and ensuring the pipeline stays a reliable source of truth. * Support for forecast calls. Prepare the data, make sure opportunities reflect reality, and help ground the forecast conversation in clean information. * End-to-end sales funnel management. From lead qualification and MQL management, through opportunity creation, all the way to close. Monitor conversion at each stage and identify bottlenecks. * AI-assisted workflows. Use and help build AI-powered tooling for the commercial team, from AI-generated account summaries to automated analysis, and continuously look for parts of your own work to augment or automate. * Churn detection and sales tracking. Build early risk signals, track deal progress, and give visibility to the right people at the right time. * Dashboards and reporting as a vehicle, not the product. Build clear, actionable dashboards for Sales, CS, and leadership — but the job is the "so what," not the chart. Every report should answer a business question or raise one worth asking. * Insight and intelligence generation. You won't just report the numbers — you'll interrogate them. We expect you to proactively surface patterns, anomalies, and risks (why conversion dropped in a segment, which accounts show early churn signals, where the forecast is soft) and bring recommendations to leadership before anyone asks. * AI-native way of working (or the drive to get there fast). We use AI tools daily — for analysis, drafting, automation, and building internal workflows. If this is already how you work, great. If not, you should know that ramping up quickly on these tools is an explicit expectation of the role in the first months, not an optional extra. * Outreach initiatives. Support and design campaigns and targeting lists to generate more pipeline (e.g., identifying high-value contacts and accounts). Location 🌍 The role is based in Madrid, Spain Way of Working: Hybrid WHAT YOU'LL NEED 👀 * 2–3 years minimum of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or an equivalent GTM role, ideally in B2B / SaaS. * Fintech knowledge: strong understanding of SaaS/Fintech revenue models (ARR, MRR, TCV) and complex deal structures. * Advanced command of a CRM. Expert in HubSpot (administration, reporting, flows) or Salesforce. * Solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel: what an MQL/SQL is, how a lead is qualified, how an opportunity is born and progresses, and what drives conversion and churn. * Analytical and business acumen. Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets at an advanced level, building dashboards, and turning numbers into conclusions leadership can act on. * Professional Spanish and English. You'll draft internal communications in Spanish and team- and leadership-facing materials in English. * A bridge mindset. This is the requirement that weighs most: even if your natural strength is the technical or the business side, you have genuine curiosity and drive to master the other half. NICE TO HAVE ✨ * Knowledge of the financial institutions and capital markets space: understanding our clients, who tend to be investors, as well as corporates and consumers. * Gitlab and automation background WHAT WE OFFER 🥁 * Competitive compensation, both in terms of base salary as well as equity plans that enable you to share in our success * Flexibility in ways of working both in terms of your schedule as well as your location, whether you prefer to work from home, the office, or abroad with access to a global network of co-working spaces * Generous paid time off schemes, including vacation, sabbatical, religious observance and compensation days * Meaningful benefits including private healthcare coverage, fitness and wellness programs covered through Wellhub, working-from-home allowances to help you set up your home office and cover monthly expenses * Professional development with annual training budget for conferences, courses, certifications and access to top market e-learning platforms * Collaborative environment with multiple offices around the globe, regular team activities and events as well as employee-led resource groups More About Clarity AI ⭐ Clarity AI’s Founder and CEO, Rebeca Minguela, is a successful entrepreneur who has been recognised by prestigious institutions like the World Economic Forum as one of the most distinguished leaders under 40.
