Every company that scales lives or dies by its procurement function. It manages the vendor relationships that keep operations
running, the financial guardrails that prevent overspend, and the supply chain resilience that determines whether a company
survives a crisis or folds under one. And yet, the people doing this work spend 80% of their time in spreadsheets. Not because
they lack ambition, because the tools haven't changed in 25 years.
Pivot is building the AI operating system for procurement: enterprise-grade infrastructure that hands the manual grind to AI
agents so procurement teams can do what they were actually hired to do, shape the strategic future of their companies. Our
platform combines intake, approvals, vendor management, invoice matching, and ERP integrations in a single AI-native platform.
We've lived this frustration firsthand. We built Pivot because we couldn't find what we needed, and because we believe procurement
shouldn't be the last function to enter the AI era. It should be the first.
The adventure started mid-2023 with three founders, former C-levels from fintech unicorns (Qonto and Swile) and highly experienced
engineers from top-notch tech companies. We’ve since raised $40M in a Series B round, totaling our funding to $70M, coming from
tier-1 investors. We’ve built a team of 70, are operating across 25+ countries, and are trusted by enterprise leaders like
DoorDash, Lemonade, Wolt, and Flix
We're looking for smart, execution-driven people who care about building something exceptional.
As the first Pre-sales Solution Consultant at Pivot, your mission is to craft solutions that align customer needs with our
product’s strengths, empower sales through technical expertise, and protect the business by guiding prospects with clarity,
creativity, and trust.
Pre-sales & Technical enablement
agents that augment the current process.
Cross-functional Leadership

YOUR ROLE As an Account Executive - Enterprise, you will own the full sales cycle for our most strategic accounts. You will target large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, navigate sophisticated procurement and legal processes, and close high-value, long-term deals that define Pivot's enterprise footprint in EMEA. You will join our Sales team, which currently includes a VP of Revenue, Account Executives, a Pre-Sales Engineer, and a BDR team. You will report directly to VP of Revenue. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first contact through close, managing procurement, legal, IT, and C-suite stakeholders simultaneously. * Develop and execute a territory plan targeting strategic enterprise accounts across your defined region, in close coordination with the BDR team. Willing to open doors by your own methods too. * Build and deliver compelling business cases, executive-level presentations, and tailored demos that articulate Pivot's value at every stage of the buying journey. * Lead commercial negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and ensure favourable terms for both Pivot and clients, building win-win partnerships designed to last. * Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, surfacing upsell and cross-sell potential to grow revenue and deepen relationships. * Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline: own your forecast with accuracy on a monthly and quarterly basis, and manage CRM hygiene in HubSpot. * Collaborate internally: * Work closely with the BDR team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to maximise the quality and volume of enterprise pipeline. * Partner with Pre-Sales to manage technical evaluations, RFPs, and InfoSec requirements during complex sales cycles. * Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term client satisfaction post-close. YOUR SALES MINDSET * You are a master of enterprise sales cycles: multi-threaded stakeholder management and driving consensus across large, complex organisations come naturally to you. * You are a strategic thinker who approaches your territory like a business: mapping white space, prioritising high-potential accounts, and building plans to convert them methodically over time. * You are confident and credible at C-suite level, able to engage procurement directors and CFOs. * You are resilient and persistent: long sales cycles don't discourage you. You manage momentum, keep deals alive, and know how to re-engage accounts that have gone quiet. * You are naturally curious and want to actively solve customer problems. * You are commercially sharp, able to understand complex pricing structures and articulate ROI and TCO in a way that resonates with financially-driven buyers. * You are a collaborative leader who uplifts those around you: sharing knowledge with BDRs, working closely with pre-sales, and contributing to a culture of high performance. * You like solving problems and making complex things look simple. * You always want to keep learning and you are comfortable with confronting ideas. * You enjoy the cadence and want to bring the best of yourself within an early-staged startup. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals. * Demonstrated success selling to enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), managing multi-stakeholder buying processes and complex procurement cycles. * Experience handling deals with ACV of £100k+ and sales cycles of 6–12+ months. * Native-level English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a strong plus. * Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. * Based in Barbican, London; comfortable with occasional travel across EMEA. WHAT YOU WILL GET * A competitive salary package plus equity (ESOP) * Pension plan * Private medical insurance * 25 days of annual leave + 8 public holidays * Enhanced sick leave * 2 days of remote work per week * The richness of a multicultural and international team (more than 15 nationalities). * A unique chance to grow with a fast-scaling innovator
About Duvo Duvo helps large retailers and consumer-goods companies redesign and automate the operational processes that sit between systems and teams. Our agents execute the work end to end across ERPs, portals, inboxes, spreadsheets and phone calls, write the result back to the system of record, and provide evidence of what changed. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy chain. The buyer is usually a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT at a large retailer or FMCG brand. New deals land at €100k-€250k ARR. About the role Enterprise operations still depend on people moving work across ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and phone calls. Duvo maps how these workflows really operate, redesigns the process, and uses AI agents to run the better version end to end — working through APIs and secure browser sessions, requesting approval when needed, writing verified changes back to core systems, and producing proof of what happened. We focus on complex operational workflows in retail and consumer goods: supply chain, procurement, category management, merchandising, finance, and supplier management. Duvo raised a $15M seed round led by Index Ventures, with Northzone and Credo Ventures participating. We're growing the pre-sales team to keep pace with demand — you'll join an existing team, working closely with Account Executives in your region. This role sits between sales and engineering. You own the technical story in a deal, run the workshops with the customer's ops and IT people, and design the pilot that gets us from "this looks interesting" to a signed contract. You work closely with Account Executives in your region, report directly to Tom, and hand off cleanly to Forward Deployed Engineering once a pilot is signed. This is a senior individual contributor role — you won't have direct reports, but you'll shape the pre-sales playbook the team runs on. What you'll do * Run discovery and process mapping with customer teams — systems, handoffs, exceptions, approvals — and turn it into a pilot scope with a clear Definition of Done. * Connect the proposed solution to measurable business outcomes: margin, availability, working capital, revenue, or cycle time. * Build and demo pilots against the customer's own workflow, data shape, approval rules, and write-back targets. No generic decks. * Own the technical evaluation: security review, integration sizing, RFPs, architecture questions, and IT objections. Bring in Product or Engineering only when you genuinely need them. * Guide customers through early platform testing — kickoffs, first workflow captures, and resolving issues before they stall the evaluation. * Push back on scope, timelines, or success metrics that won't work — good judgment beats saying yes. * Stay in the deal through pilot delivery, then hand it over cleanly to Forward Deployed Engineering so what was sold is what gets built. * Build reusable demo assets, runbooks, and discovery patterns that make the whole team faster. Who you are * 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, applied AI, enterprise automation, or forward-deployed work, selling or delivering into enterprise operations, IT, or finance buyers. Retail or consumer goods experience is a plus. * Hands-on with modern AI systems — LLMs, agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, and their practical limits — not just conversant in the concepts. * Strong process discovery and systems thinking — you can understand an unfamiliar operation and find the leverage points. * Comfortable with APIs, JSON, webhooks, SQL, and light Python or JavaScript. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you can investigate and prototype. * Strong commercial judgment — you qualify use cases, size value, spot a buying signal, and know when to escalate. * Excellent communication — you shift altitude quickly between operators, architects, and executives, and explain complex systems in plain English. * A track record of crisp, discovery-led demos rather than long product monologues. * Fluent English. Willingness to travel to customer sites. You'll thrive here if you're * Customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. * Fast and hands-on — you build the proof instead of waiting for a perfect spec. * Low ego, high standards — you listen closely and change your view when the evidence changes. * Honest about feasibility and risk, even when the answer is uncomfortable. * Calm under pressure when a live demo or integration doesn't behave as expected What we offer * Competitive salary and equity. We share the range on the first call. * Seed-stage company backed by Index Ventures ($15M seed). Our founder and CEO is Tom Cupr, who previously founded one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers. * You're the first pre-sales hire in your region. The function is yours to build. * Remote across Europe / the US, with travel to customer sites in your region and a team offsite once a quarter.
