ACCURX IS WHERE CONVERSATIONS HAPPEN WITH AND ABOUT PATIENTS IN THE NHS
For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that
by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.
What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices
and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in
seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows
staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the
consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it
should be.
GAMECHANGING, RIGHT? HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO TO MAKE IT WORK
As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the one making sure our most ambitious tools actually land and stick in Secondary care.
You won't just be ticking boxes on a rollout list; you’ll be leading the charge on high-impact transformations, like helping
clinicians and admin teams move over to Accurx Scribe. You'll spend your time figuring out how these tools fit into the daily
lives of clinicians, making sure they aren't just "installed," but are genuinely making things better for everyone.

Retire the ERP. Light exists to replace factory-era ERPs with software that feels alive. Our Smart Financial Platform gives modern, global companies superpowers - automated accounting, real-time reporting, and financial flows that move at the speed of the business. We build with our customers, ship fast, and obsess over craft. In a short time, Light has gone from idea to the operating core for leading companies like Lovable, Legora, and Keyshot. People don’t just use Light - they enjoy it. We’re an early team defining a new software category. Think engineers who love debits and credits, designers who care about reconciliation states, and operators who treat finance as a product. If you’re excited to modernise how the world runs money - one workflow at a time - you’re in the right place. Backed by world-class investors and advised by industry titans, we’re building category-defining products with the freedom to ship ambitiously and own outcomes. Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. About the Role You'll own several concurrent implementations end to end — from contract signature to go-live. The plan, the customer relationship, the scope, the timeline, the outcome. You hand over to Customer Success once the customer is live. Your customers are Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and CFOs at fast-growing multinational SaaS and tech companies. Senior, technical, time-poor. They expect you to keep up on multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany, multi-currency and statutory reporting — and to tell them straight when they're asking for something that won't work. No two implementations look the same. Every customer brings problems that don't have a textbook answer — a consolidation edge case, a migration shape the playbook doesn't cover, a process that needs rebuilding before it can be automated. You'll work the problem, ship the answer, and move on to the next one. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own several concurrent implementations end to end, from kickoff to go-live * Run the customer relationship through implementation — Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs * Translate finance requirements into platform design — chart of accounts, entity structure, consolidation logic, reporting * Lead data migration — chart of accounts mapping, opening balances, historical data, cutover * Hold scope through the project — keep delivery aligned to what was sold, surface and reset drift early * Push back on requests that won't work, and bring the customer with you * Spot projects going off-track before the customer does, and intervene * Train and enable customer finance teams to run on Light from day one of go-live * Contribute to the playbooks, templates, and patterns the team builds over time EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field * 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory — Big 4, a finance-focused boutique, or a vendor-side professional services team (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Financials) * You are fluent in accounting and can hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, statutory vs management reporting. Qualified accountant is a plus, not a requirement * You bring structure to messy projects — clear plans, sharp prioritisation, and the judgement to know which details matter and which don't. * You excel at building trust with C-suite executives and finance leadership teams through clear communication and consistent delivery. * You are comfortable working cross-functionally — you have delivered through Product, Engineering, Sales, and customer teams without formal authority over any of them * You diagnose implementation issues quickly and deliver practical solutions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility. * You have a real implementation with your name on the go-live — vendor-side, consulting-side, or as the lead on a customer-side migration. Not "I've used an ERP" * You use AI tools daily, have specific opinions on where they help in delivery work and where they don't * Fluent English; additional European languages a plus * Bonus: multi-jurisdiction experience (IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAPs); experience losing a customer or missing a go-live and learning from it YOU'LL PROBABLY STRUGGLE HERE IF * You've only ever implemented one ERP, or only ever on one customer - you’ll be running multiple implementation projects simultaneously. * You need a PMO, a mature methodology, or a big delivery org around you to operate - you’ll be operating in a startup environment, without a large structure/org surrounding you, ownership and a self starter nature is key * You've never owned a go-live solo; someone else was always accountable - see above! * You can't give a concrete example of telling a senior customer "no" and making it stick * You've used ChatGPT once and weren't impressed - we go all in on AI at Light and need people just as passionate about it! The good stuff In addition to being part of a great team and working in a really fun and innovative environment, we offer: 💸 A competitive salary + potential stock options 🏝 Generous package of paid annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based. 🥳 Regular socials and company off-sites (last time was Northern Italy and next time is in October). 🚀 A huge opportunity for career growth as you'll help shape a market-defining product. The famous last words Working at Light means you're embarking on an exciting journey to reshape the future of multinational financial operations. Our cheat-code is that we've built something like this before - and are now doing it again, only better. Our goal is to make global finance effortless and empower companies to make informed decisions. Join the rocket ship while it's taking off 🚀
About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS The API motion is fundamentally different to the platform motion. APIs and Private 9fin require credibility with CTOs, CIOs, Quant Desks, Data, Research, Compliance and Technology Leaders. With the launch of these two new institutional products, we want to create a function to support technical validation to ensure that we launch and scale quickly. This added complexity in how we sell also demands stronger sales enablement and a more robust go-to-market layer. This role is the single point of accountability for all three: improving the API motion, sharpening our Private 9fin product motion, and unlocking enterprise-scale deals where the customer relationship spans both front office workflows and back end system of record integration. In the first six months you will operate as a player/coach, personally leading discovery, technical validation and solution design on the first 10–20 API opportunities. You will help our sales leaders re-develop a best in class onboarding experience for our prospective and current clients across our new products. From month six, as pipeline scales, you will build and coach the API Product Specialist team in the US and EU, and shape the dedicated onboarding function for scalability. This role will partner directly with our newly created Customer Partnerships role - something we haven’t announced publicly yet, but interviewees will get to find out how. WHAT YOU’LL OWN This is a build role. 9fin’s platform business is category defining; our Data Feed Products are a new revenue line, and the Head of Pre-Sales owns the technical sales motion behind them. What the function becomes, how it sells, who it hires, the standards it operates to is yours to design. You will start as a player-coach. You define what a high quality API deal looks like at 9fin: how we qualify, how we run technical validation, how we navigate procurement, how we land and expand. You will be evaluated on how many of those deals you close and how quickly we can repeat the motion without you in the room. As pipeline converts, you move from IC to leader. You hire the Product Specialists who will carry the motion in the US and EU, bring on a dedicated Sales Enablement Manager to industrialise what you’ve built, and shape the Private 9fin onboarding function. You own the operating cadence of the pre-sales org and you are the person Sales leadership trusts to call deal risk early. This is where your playbook becomes the team’s playbook. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Partner with EMEA and US Sales as the technical owner on every Data Feed Products opportunity, from first technical conversation to signed contract and go-live handover. * Run technical discovery with CTOs, Heads of Data, Quants and Engineering Leaders. Map the buyer’s stack, data flows, latency tolerance, licensing model and integration constraints. * Design and run technical validation – sandbox access, sample pulls, notebook walkthroughs, PoC plans and integration timelines and create a scalable process to close validation in weeks, not months. * Facilitate architecture conversations across the technical stack we sell into: REST, streaming (WebSocket, Kafka), bulk file (S3, SFTP), Snowflake / data share, AWS PrivateLink, authentication(OAuth2, mTLS, API keys), rate limits, schema versioning, entitlements. * Share ownership of the InfoSec, procurement and vendor onboarding work stream and pre-empt the questions Tier 1 buyers will ask. * Codify the technical validation playbook; use case library, reference architectures, sample notebooks, RFI/RFP response templates, objection handling – so the motion is scalable and repeatable. * Hire, onboard and coach the founding Product Specialist team (US and EU), the Sales Enablement Manager and Client Onboarding & Implementation Managers. Set the bar for what good looks like. * Run the closed loop with Product and Engineering. Field objections, schema gaps and integration friction land with the roadmap clearly enough that the next release closes them. * Define and own the operating cadence – deal desk, win/loss review, pipeline coverage, ICP refresh – feeding into the sales leadership. WHO YOU ARE MUST-HAVES * 10+ years in technical sales, with at least 3+ years leading or building a pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account team selling to financial institutions. * Shipped revenue against an API or data product sold into banks and/or buy-side firms. You have personally closed deals where the buyer was a CTO, head of data, quant lead or technology leader. * Have run vendor selection procurement processes end-to-end at Tier 1 banks and/or large buy-side firms. * Credible in a room with buy-side and sell-side. You don’t need a crash course on what the buyer does. * Player coach instinct. Comfortable owning live deals personally in month one and coaching a team against your own playbook in month nine. * Data-driven operator – you run your function on win/loss, cycle time and ICP evidence rather than anecdote. STRONGLY PREFERRED * Experience at a modern capital markets technology or financial data vendor for selling data products into capital markets. * Built a pre-sales function from scratch in a growth-stage company rather than inherited one at scale. * Familiarity with the credit asset class – leveraged finance, high-yield, private credit, distressed, and the data pain points those teams have. * Fluent in how data and quant teams actually consume APIs today. Parquet, DuckDB, Polars, Snowflake shares, not just pandas in a Jupyter notebook. You can rip through a notebook live on a call. * Exposure to MEDDPICC / MEDDICC. NICE TO HAVE * Prior IC background in a technical sales or product role before moving into pre-sales. * Deep fluency in the technical architecture of financial data delivery: REST, streaming (WebSocket, Kafka), bulk file (S3, SFTP), Snowflake / data share, private cloud delivery (AWS PrivateLink). You can whiteboard an integration with a quant team without reaching for an engineer * Experience running dual-attribution comp models across Sales and specialist pre-sales teams without creating friction. OUR BENEFITS We’re a scaling start up and we enjoy sharing our success, when the company succeeds, we always reinvest that in our people. We also offer huge amounts of responsibility, an abundance of opportunity for growth and a platform to truly excel. Financial & Insurance * Competitive salary benchmarked at 75-90th% of market * Pension (your minimum contributions are 4% with 9fin matching up to 7%) * Private Medical Insurance * Paid sick leave with Income Protection for long periods of illness * Group Life Assurance * Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemes Time off * 25 holiday days per year * Local public holidays (with the ability to exchange them for alternative days) * Hybrid working model, to allow you the flexibility to decide how, where and when you do your best work * Work abroad for up to 3 months a year * 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service * Enhanced parental leave & flexible working arrangements available Training & Culture * Professional learning and development budget * AI experimentation budget of £800 (UK) per employee to trial AI tools * Quarterly team socials * Summer and Winter company social events 9fin is an equal opportunities employer At 9fin we are dedicated to building and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential and truly belong. We recognize that building diverse teams enables a more creative and productive environment. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be who we’re looking for — either for this role, or perhaps another.
ABOUT US Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries. What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done. We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds. To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor. If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category is genuinely up for grabs - this is it. ABOUT THE ROLE Athena is an agentic AI platform for HR, and the category it sits in is being defined right now. There is no settled playbook for deploying autonomous agents into a real enterprise, with all its messy data, legacy systems and high stakes. You will be one of the people writing it. This is the role that turns Athena from a product into outcomes inside the companies betting on us. You will be the closest thing Athena has to a founder for each customer you take on: scoping the problem, mapping it to the product, building whatever is missing, and owning the rollout until it is delivering real value. You are the technical authority customers trust, the engineer we put in the room when the questions get hard, and the person whose read on what customers actually need shapes what we build next. It is the work we have done by hand to land our first enterprise deployments, with customers ranging from AI-native companies to high-growth enterprises, Your job is to do it better, and at scale. Huge ownership and real stakes from week one. YOUR DAY TO DAY * Own enterprise rollouts of Athena end to end: partner with our implementation managers to refine requirements, define use cases, map them to the product, and drive successful go-lives. * Build to release in minutes. Use AI-assisted development to write production code, integrations and configuration faster than the standard engineering loop allows. * Be the technical point of contact for customers across the relationship. * Drive adoption after launch: unblock teams, navigate issues, and find new areas where Athena can add value. * Help customers and internal stakeholders understand how to get real leverage from Athena, which means understanding the model behaviour, prompt patterns, and agent configurations. * Bring the field back to the roadmap: work with our engineering leads, product designers and CTO to shape what we build around real customer needs. * Be the technical authority in the sales process: frame the opportunity with prospects and own the hard questions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN FROM DAY ONE * Real customers and real rollouts, not a backlog handed down from someone else * The judgement calls on how Athena gets deployed and adopted inside complex organisations * A direct line into the roadmap, because you see what customers actually need before anyone else does WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This role suits someone who is energised by ambiguity, likes owning outcomes in front of customers rather than behind them, and does their best work when the pace is high. * Multiple years of industry experience in a full stack web app development role (ideally in SaaS), with the ability to ship production code. * Great knowledge of TypeScript and an appreciation for the language. * Experienced in customer-facing: you can run a room that spans HR operations through to senior leadership, and earn technical credibility quickly. * A track record of turning ambiguous business requirements into working solutions. * Experience with enterprise integration work (APIs, SSO, and HRIS systems such as Workday are a strong plus). * Has worked directly with LLMs or agentic systems, prompt engineering, tool-calling, evaluation, or agent orchestration, can speak to where the model behaved unexpectedly and what you did about it. * Has operated in a product or technical domain that didn't have a settled playbook and comfortable being the one writing it. * A bias for ownership and speed, and the judgement to know what to build now versus later * Willingness to travel for onsite client work. This is an in-person role. Our team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. PACKAGE & BENEFITS Early stage startups can be messy – we know that. We're putting effort in providing you with the best employee experience and a quality driven environment in exchange for trusting us. * Market-leading compensation that reflects your value * 25 days paid time off each year plus public holidays * Share Options with 5-year exercise window so you don’t feel pressure to exercise if you leave * Free Thursday lunches at HQ, quarterly team events, and company offsites. * Top tier private coverage for health, vision and dental care * A new MacBook and tools you need to do your best work * Enhanced parental leave with up to 16 weeks for primary and 4 weeks for secondary * Learning & development budget WHY JOIN HUMAANS TODAY? HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward. The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context, something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI International. We’re a small team with an unapologetically high bar. It shows up in the product, in how we communicate, and in the standards we hold each other to. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY At Humaans we’re looking for genuinely good people that are transparent and emphatic. We’re committed to providing equal opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone. You’re welcome to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race. PRIVACY NOTICE We care about your privacy. When you apply for a role at Humaans, we’ll collect and process your personal data as part of our recruitment process. This includes things like your CV, contact details, and any other information you choose to share. We may also contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
