At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single
purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person,
step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time
supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to
double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now
the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team
includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll
work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
Our GTM team is 40 people today and growing quickly. As our product evolves at pace and we enter increasingly complex enterprise
accounts, one of our biggest opportunities is helping every member of our GTM organisation ramp faster, stay current and
consistently perform at their best.
As our first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll build the operating system that makes that possible.
Working across Sales, Product and Marketing, you'll design the programmes, systems and workflows that help our GTM teams learn,
adopt new product capabilities and execute consistently. You'll transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding,
enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows and playbooks that genuinely improve performance.
This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up. You'll define how enablement works at Omnea—from onboarding and
learning programmes to AI tooling, documentation standards and measurement—creating systems that scale as the business grows.
We're looking for a structured, strategic operator who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You might come from consulting,
programme management, operations, strategy or a Chief of Staff-type role. Previous enablement experience isn't essential—we're
looking for someone who loves building systems that help great teams become even better.
Build the operating system for GTM excellence
Design how critical information is captured, organised and shared across the GTM organisation so it's always easy to find, trusted
and up to date. You'll own the underlying systems and structure—not just the content—creating leverage across the entire team.
Design, run and continuously improve enablement programmes
Own onboarding and ongoing development programmes across every GTM function. Build learning experiences that help new hires ramp
quickly, experienced team members stay sharp and new initiatives land effectively. Measure impact and continuously improve what
you build.
Drive productivity through AI and modern tooling
Identify, implement and optimise the tools, workflows and AI-powered solutions that help our GTM teams work faster and better.
Champion adoption and establish best practices that scale across the organisation.
Partner across Product, Sales and Marketing
Work closely with leaders across the business to ensure product launches are successfully enabled, messaging stays current, best
practices are codified and every team has what they need to execute at a consistently high standard.
Measure what great enablement looks like
Define success, track adoption and continuously refine programmes based on data and feedback. You'll build an enablement function
that demonstrably improves productivity, ramp time and execution quality.
management, operations, strategy or another role where structured thinking, clear communication and excellent execution were
essential.

concise, intuitive and easy to maintain.

and programmes that genuinely change behaviour.

By submitting your CV, you consent to us using your personal data to assess your application, contact you, or share your CV with relevant hiring managers. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last. Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told. Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM. Who succeeds in this role An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in product and marketing to earn the trust of both. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 5–7 years in program management, project management, marketing operations, or a comparable cross-functional coordination role * A track record of running multi-workstream projects to deadline with multiple stakeholders * Experience working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives * Experience managing external agencies or vendors to deliver against scope and deadlines * Sharp written and verbal communication; you make complex status legible to busy people * Strong instincts for prioritization, triage, and knowing when to escalate * Fluency with project and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Linear, or equivalents) * Bonus: exposure to product launches, B2B SaaS, or the legal/professional-services space WHAT WE OFFER * The chance to shape how the category-defining legal AI platform goes to market * High ownership and direct access to senior leadership from day one * Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits * A team that moves fast, sets a high bar, and takes the work seriously Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
