We’re looking for an FMCG Insight Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build the
insight capability that turns transactional and behavioural data into strategic decisions for our consumer packaged goods (CPG)
partners, acting as the analytical engine that drives brand growth across our marketplace.

We’re looking for a Global Process Lead to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. SHAPING THE FUTURE OF PROCUREMENT We are investing in a brand-new, future-oriented Global Procurement Centre of Excellence that is shaping the future of DoorDash Inc. Procurement. This role is a pivotal part of that new organisation. Please note: While this is a global group role driving process architecture across the entire DoorDash Inc. portfolio, you will be locally employed on a Deliveroo contract based out of our London office. In this role, you’ll act as the custodian of how procurement works globally, translating our target operating model into concrete, end-to-end processes that drive behavioural change and business impact. This function is responsible for driving the evolution of our procurement capabilities, tools, and ways of working across our multi-entity organization to deliver seamless, scaled efficiency. Here’s what your day-to-day looks like: * End-to-End Process Architecture: Design, maintain, and standardise the global procurement process architecture (L1–L3), establishing clear process boundaries, inputs, and outputs. * Decision Rights & Accountability: Define explicit decision rights, approval paths, and cross-functional hand-offs across global, regional, and category teams. * Variant Management & Governance: Operate formal governance to evaluate, approve, and review any entity-level process variants, acting as an arbiter when legacy practices conflict. * Continuous Improvement: Use insights from data, audits, and user feedback to identify friction points, eliminate duplication, and drive ongoing process simplification. * Enablement Integration: Partner closely with Digital, Data, and Policy teams to ensure all process designs are accurately reflected in automated systems, analytics, and compliance controls. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Essential: * Significant experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P): Proven ownership of end-to-end S2P processes, including global design, standardisation, and continuous improvement. * S2P Technology Implementation: Hands-on experience delivering and optimising procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) with measurable adoption and business impact. * Governance and Controls: A strong track record of embedding process governance frameworks aligned to corporate policies and Delegations of Authority. * Change and Adoption Leadership: Proven ability to drive behavioural change and process adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders. * Operational Procurement Grounding: Prior experience in sourcing, category management, or P2P, ensuring practical, user-centric process design. Nice to Have: * Post-M&A Harmonisation: Experience leading global process harmonisation in complex or post-acquisition environments, balancing global standardisation with critical local needs. * Advanced Automation: Experience delivering process re-engineering and automation initiatives, such as touchless processing, guided buying, or AI-enabled workflows. * Structured Methodologies: Practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies to simplify processes at scale. * CoE Influence: Experience operating within a centre-led or Center of Excellence (CoE) model, successfully influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. About the team Our in-house Global Creative team shapes our brand narrative and visual identity in the mind of our customers. We collaborate closely across our business in Global Marketing, Product, and Communications to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions and global & local campaigns. As we continue to grow and bring to life our new brand platform, we need a concept driven creative lead who can help deliver our creative direction. About the role As Creative lead you will lead project teams to develop and execute creative concepts for global integrated campaigns and major cultural and seasonal events, whilst building for production with awareness of creative process optimisation at scale. You will collaborate and lead multidisciplinary project teams of content creators; strategists, copywriters, designers, creative technologists, motion designers and artworkers. Your primary goal is to make Deliveroo a brand that customers love, and your work will play a significant role in how we present ourselves across our global markets. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract and will work under our hybrid working model - 3 days a week from our London HQ. What you'll do * Lead Development of Creative Concepts : Originate and implement creative concepts, making sure they align with the company’s brand strategy and goals. * Lead teams - Lead project teams ensuring creative excellence global & local campaign briefs and mentor and support more junior team members. * Collaborate Across Global Teams: Partner with stakeholders across various levels, departments and markets to maintain creative consistency and effectiveness. * Art Direct Creative Vision: Define the visual direction for concepts, and lead the execution across design and photography, motion and video, using AI tooling. * Align Concepts with Strategy: Work with the Head of Creative and Creative Strategist to create and refine creative concepts that support the strategies of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. * Use the latest creative technologies (including AI), to develop best-in-class creative. * Build for creative production Use the latest tools with an awareness of creative process optimisation at scale. * Lead Through Point of View: Present coherent creative rationales to stakeholders and defend them. * Lead Presentations: Present strategic ideas internally, clearly communicating your vision to enable your project teams to develop and refine their creative in response to stakeholder feedback from various levels. . Requirements * Experience as an inspiring Creative lead, either in an agency or in-house setting. * An art direction background with demonstrable art direction skills and a body of work to show for it. * Strong conceptual skill, with the ability to create and present compelling work. * Ability to integrate creative AI tools in their day-to-day creative work (Figma Weave or similar node based AI tools) * Ability to use AI tools to quickly and efficiently to problem solve and unlock solutions for production and presentation of concepts (e.g. Claude, Gemini) * Awareness of creative process optimisation at scale using up to date technologies. * Storyboarding and Art Direction experience across film/video and photography/stills is essential. * Ability to originate and nurture disruptive ideas that are both culturally relevant and commercially viable. * Highly collaborative; you thrive in a people-focused culture. * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma * Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and a resilience to change. * Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. * Equal passion for small tasks and large projects. * Ability to balance pushing creative boundaries with being flexible when needed.
