Your role
As a Treasury Controller you will be a part of the Finance team at BA Naval and you will be one out of two Treasury Controllers. As a Treasury Controller, you will support the BA in treasury matters, mostly relating to currency risks and trade finance solutions. You need to be able to identify and detect treasury related questions in order to give adequate attention and action for those matters. You will support the sales organization and projects with advice regarding fx currency risk exposure and trade finance related matters in tenders and throughout the project life cycle. You will be supported by Group Treasury, located in Linköping.
Currency risk - identify and manage currency exposure and flows via Group Treasury
Trade Finance - identify and manage need for trade finance products and solutions
Cash management - responsible for the bank account structure within the cash pools, manage funding and deposits and cash flow forecasting for the BA
Insurance - update information and values for insurances policies
Reporting - treasury related reports and accounting for month end closing
Construct routines for the BA in order to be compliant with Saab Treasury Policy and Directives
The above responsibilities involves support to procurement as well as the sales organization and is important both during the Business Winning and the Business Execution phase.
Your profile
We are looking for an action oriented Treasury Controller with communication skills and have the will to cooperate with others. You will have a lot of internal contacts and will work in close cooperation with sales representatives as well with project managers and Group Treasury. To be successful in this position it is important to have integrity, analytical- and pedagogical skills, in order to be able to understand and explain the impact of treasury related matters. You should also be business oriented and have basic knowledge of project management.
Preferably, you are a graduate from a Business School/University with some years of experience from similar assignment.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

About the Team: Rocket Travel by Agoda is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to oversee general accounting duties related to month-end close, AP/AR processing, treasury function, and other ad-hoc requests. This is a Chicago-based contract position slated for a minimum of 9 months (with possible extension). AS AN ACCOUNTING MANAGER AT ROCKET TRAVEL, YOU WILL: * Oversee the monthly and year-end close process. This individual will oversee closing entries and review the close task list in an accurate and timely manner. Perform high-level review of B/S and P/L accounts with the Controller to ensure financial statement completeness and accuracy * Manage monthly account reconciliation process for B/S accounts and corresponding journal entries * Assist our Risk & Controls Manager in implementing our SOX Readiness plan and documenting procedures accordingly. Help with our Salesforce Optimization project by implementing best practices and metrics for the teamReview and approve journal entries by team members to ensure that items are accurately recorded and correct in the final financial statement impactOversee timely processing and reconciliation of invoices. This individual will oversee the AP functions and ensure timely processing of payments. * Support Treasury activities. This individual will review wire/ACH payments, review wire templates, and oversee weekly cash reconciliations. * Review A/R invoices and account statements. This individual will review AR balances and Agings and ensure that our Credit & Collections policy is adhered to. * Monitor employee expenses. This individual will work to ensure compliance with the company expense policy and approve expenses for timely reimbursement to employees. * Manage accounting staff team members and help to further their development in both accounting and career trajectory * Take ownership and make a difference. We’re a smaller team and often wear many hats. Some projects may not be completely defined. This individual will take a resourceful approach to what’s needed and drive results.
