At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse
gas emissions coming from food waste.
We’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so
alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies
offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 114 million registered users and 261,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together
already prevented 517+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.397.000 tonnes of CO2e!
Your mission
With our current scale and impact on the problem of food waste, it is vitally important that we continue to create a product that
consumers love and a product that brings strong and ever-increasing value to our partners. As a Senior Product Manager in our
consumer product org, you will be at the heart of that.
You will join a Product Organisation working closely with the product managers, data/insight analysts and product/UX designers
responsible for driving product development on the complete Too Good To Go product portfolio.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful product area within the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help shape
products that deliver value for users, partners, and the business. We believe a strong fit for this role will require: (a)
exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of rallying a broad range of stakeholders around a significant
product or feature launch, (b) clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex multifaceted challenges into a clear product
direction, and (c) ability, interest and a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one products that require first-principle
problem-solving in a customer-obsessed and inventive way.

ABOUT THE JOB At Flatpay, we're building products that make running a business simpler. Thousands of merchants rely on our payment solutions every day. As we continue expanding our POS offering, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can turn complex merchant needs into products that are intuitive, reliable, and commercially impactful. We're now scaling aggressively across Europe and investing heavily in product. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog from a distance. We need a product leader who enjoys spending time with customers, challenging assumptions, making difficult prioritization decisions, and working closely with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and leadership to shape the future of our POS platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own a meaningful slice of our POS product - the software that runs the front of house for thousands of restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and salons across Europe - and be accountable for delivering outcomes, not just features. Our merchants are not procurement teams at large enterprises. They're owner-operators. That means the bar for usability, reliability, and clarity is brutally high — a confusing settings menu or a slow checkout flow costs them real sales on a Friday night. You'll spend real time in those venues, not just in Figma. Your work will include: * Defining and driving product strategy for POS solutions across multiple merchant segments * Sit with merchants and watch them work. Learn the difference between what they say in interviews and what they actually do on a busy Friday lunch. Bring those insights back into the roadmap * Translating customer insights, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product direction * Understand the critical merchant value and plan the MVP rather than big deliveries * Working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions at pace * Using data, customer feedback, and market insights to evaluate product performance and guide decisions * Helping establish product management best practices as Flatpay continues to scale WHO YOU ARE We're less interested in whether you've worked with a specific framework and more interested in how you think and operate. We hope you are comfortable operating in a hyper-growth environment where the org chart and the roadmap both move fast. You likely bring: * 6+ years of product management experience in software, fintech, payments, POS, SaaS, or a similarly complex domain * Background launching products 0->1 and 1->10 into multiple European markets * The ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for teams around you * Experience working with cross-functional product development teams * Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences * A data-informed mindset without becoming data-dependent * Strong commercial instinct. You think about adoption, revenue, and unit economics, not just feature usage * Willingness to spend time in the field with merchants across our markets Bonus points if you have experience with: * Payments or acquiring * Point-of-sale systems * Merchant-facing products * Omnichannel commerce * Subscription or transaction-based business models * Familiarity with Android-based payment hardware (PAX, Ingenico, or similar) WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE After your 3 months, you have: * Built deep knowledge of merchant needs and operational realities across multiple markets * Established a clear product direction in a collaboration with other PMs and Product Director * Built deep knowledge of Flatpay product offering and identify gaps * Delivered meaningful improvements that merchants actively value * Created strong partnerships across product, engineering, design, commercial teams, and leadership * Contributed to a stronger product culture across Flatpay WHY FLATPAY? We're building in a market where reliability matters, customer expectations evolve quickly, and product decisions have a direct impact on real businesses. You'll join a company with ambitious growth plans, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to influence products used every day by merchants across Europe. If you're excited by solving real-world problems, working closely with customers, and building products that combine software, payments, and commerce, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE JOB We're looking for a Product Specialist Manager to lead and develop our international Product Specialist function from our headquarters in Herlev. This is a hands-on leadership role in a company that is still building, scaling, and expanding into new markets. That means real ownership, real influence, and plenty of opportunities to shape both the team and the way we work. You'll report directly to the Product Director and play a key role in connecting local market needs with product development across Flatpay's growing European footprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead a team of seven Product Specialists across Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. Each Product Specialist acts as the product ambassador for their market, owning the enablement, feedback collection, and local product understanding needed to ensure success in their country. As their manager, your role is to help them succeed, develop, and scale their impact. People & Performance You will: * Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations * Coach Product Specialists through complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration * Own the recruitment and onboarding of new Product Specialists as the team expands into additional markets * Support them in navigating different market conditions, priorities, and maturity levels * Raise the bar for performance and continuously develop the function * Ensure each market receives the product support and attention it needs Market Intelligence A key responsibility will be ensuring that valuable local insights reach the right people. You will: * Own the framework for collecting and communicating product feedback across all markets * Ensure Product Managers receive structured, actionable insights rather than noise * Drive accountability across the feedback loop, both from Product Specialists and Product Managers * Help ensure that local market needs are understood and reflected in product decisions Travelling This is an international role and requires regular travel. You should expect to visit local markets several times per month to support your team, strengthen collaboration, and assist with product launches and market initiatives. WHO YOU ARE Hard requirements * Prior experience managing a team – you have done this before and you have the scar tissue to show for it * Strong commercial and business judgment – this role requires constant prioritization across competing demands, markets and stakeholders * The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across product, sales, and local market leadership. A humble and respectful, but professional and stern attitude is required. Strong indicators of success You will likely thrive in this role if: * You've worked in an environment that was still being built – where the process you needed did not exist yet, so you made one * You communicate clearly across functions with different priorities and agendas * You give feedback directly and early, not carefully and late * You are willing to fail and learn, rather than play it safe and not develop Industry experience is not a requirement. Smart people can learn payments. What matters more is your ability to lead people, understand commercial realities, and operate effectively in an environment where not everything is already figured out. Success in this role is not measured by direct revenue ownership. Instead, it's measured by how effectively your team enables local markets, strengthens product adoption, and helps Flatpay build products that work across Europe. Most importantly, you understand that managing people across seven countries requires flexibility. What works in Denmark will not necessarily work in Italy, Germany, or the UK—and you're excited by that challenge.
