Vi söker nu en projektledare till ett omfattande uppdrag hos en ledande aktör inom försvarsindustrin.
Kunden bygger upp ett nytt End-to-End Cable Center of Excellence med ansvar för att utveckla, verifiera, industrialisera och produktionssätta avancerade kabelsystem för krävande applikationer.
Målet är att etablera ett snabbfotat, tvärfunktionellt team som ansvarar för hela produktlivscykeln – från koncept och utveckling till verifierad serieproduktion. Teamet kommer att arbeta med korta beslutsvägar, stort eget ansvar och ett tydligt fokus på kvalitet, leverans och teknisk excellens.

MIL-kablage (Military Cable Harnesses) är avancerade kabelsystem utvecklade för militära fordon och försvarssystem. Kabelsystemen ska fungera i mycket krävande miljöer och uppfylla höga krav på robusthet, kvalitet och tillförlitlighet.

Om tjänsten I rollen ingår du i ett rikstäckande team med ansvar för driftsättning och färdigställande av hissar inom både nyinstallation och modernisering. Du arbetar med att ta anläggningar hela vägen fram till godkänd besiktning, där du planerar, genomför och dokumenterar provning, driftsättning, finjustering samt hantering av eventuella avvikelser. Arbetet sker på flera olika arbetsplatser och innefattar programmering, parametrering och optimering av styrsystem, liksom teknisk felsökning inom både el och mekanik. Du ansvarar för att åtgärda besiktningsanmärkningar samt säkerställa att installationer uppfyller gällande kvalitets- och säkerhetskrav. I rollen ingår även att kontrollera att underleverantörer utför sitt arbete enligt fastställda kvalitetsrutiner. Du samverkar löpande med montage, projektledning, leverantörer, teknisk avdelning samt ackrediterade besiktningsorgan inför installations-, återkommande- och revisionsbesiktningar enligt svensk praxis och EU:s hissdirektiv. Du deltar i såväl interna som externa möten kopplade till kvalitet, teknik och projektgenomförande. Arbetet utgår från hemmet med servicebil, du rapporterar till Project Manager i Malmö och resor inom regionen förekommer i tjänsten.Exempel på arbetsmoment Leda och genomföra Test & Commissioning-moment såsom kontroll av säkerhetskedja, dörrlogik, bromsprov, nivånoggrannhet, drivsystem (VFD/servo), lastprov inklusive överlast samt funktionstester enligt standard och tillverkarens rutiner. Parametrering och programmering av styrsystem (controller), optimering av drift samt dokumentation inför överlämning till kund och serviceorganisation. Förberedelse och teknisk samordning inför tredjepartsbesiktning, inklusive säkerställande av komplett T&C- och CE-underlag. El- och mekanisk felsökning, exempelvis i styrskåp, givarsystem och nödkommunikation/telefon, samt stängning av avvikelser tillsammans med montage och underentreprenörer. Säkerställa efterlevnad av EN 81-serien samt hissdirektivet 2014/33/EU i både praktiskt utförande och dokumentation.Vi söker dig som har Eftergymnasial utbildning inom el, automation eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. (KRAV) God kunskap inom styr- och säkerhetssystem, inklusive förmåga att läsa elscheman samt arbeta med hisstyrningar och drivsystem. (KRAV) B-körkort. (KRAV) Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. (KRAV) Tidigare erfarenhet av Test & Commissioning / driftsättning av hissar, inom nyinstallation och/eller modernisering. Erfarenhet av samarbete med besiktningsorgan såsom DEKRA eller Kiwa i samband med besiktningar i Sverige. Bakgrund inom mikroelektronik eller arbete med avancerade datasystem och styrsystem. Erfarenhet av felsökning, mätning och testning inom el-, automations- eller närliggande tekniska installationer. Kännedom om gällande standarder och regelverk, såsom EN 81, nationella byggregler samt besiktningspraxis (installations-, återkommande- och revisionsbesiktningar). Candidate profile We are looking for a professional with extensive experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including outsourcing and CMO management. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. You have a solid understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments and a proven track record of managing outsourcing programs and external manufacturing partners within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Experience from late-stage development, technology transfer and commercial manufacturing is highly valued. Experience from injectable products and combination products is considered a strong merit. As a person, you are structured, collaborative, and communicative, with a proven ability to drive complex projects and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
