Your Role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team covering systems engineering, optics, sensor technology, ballistics, test and verification, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in strengthening our systems engineering capability and ensuring we deliver world-class products and innovation. The role combines strategic responsibilities with hands-on support to the team.

What you'll do here as Regulatory Engineer R&D As a Regulatory Engineer R&D, your main task is to support our R&D projects with knowledge around the certification of our hardware products. The projects teams are responsible for scheduling and coordination, while you act as their regulatory anchor. You help the projects understand the requirement frameworks, provide regulatory support during external testing, and ensure that all documentation is handled correctly for global market access. In this role, you will: Support to R&D projects: Assist the projects with knowledge regarding regulatory requirements according to LVD, EMC, RED and equivalent requirements in other countries. Regulatory support toward test houses: Act as the projects' regulatory support in the dialogue with external test houses.
