Som IT Project & Operations Coordinator får du en bred och verksamhetsnära roll där du driver IT- och digitaliseringsinitiativ framåt och samtidigt stöttar organisationen i det dagliga arbetet. Rollen är en viktig förstärkning till Axel Christiernssens IT-funktion och passar dig som tycker om att skapa struktur, lösa problem och omsätta idéer till konkreta lösningar.
Du ansvarar för att koordinera och driva IT- och digitaliseringsprojekt från start till mål. Det innebär att säkerställa att IT kommer in tidigt i verksamhetens initiativ, att rätt personer involveras och att projekten drivs framåt på ett sätt som skapar verklig nytta för organisationen.
En viktig del av rollen är att fungera som länken mellan verksamheten, interna intressenter och externa IT-partners. Du fångar upp behov, skapar förståelse mellan olika parter och bidrar till att rätt lösningar väljs och implementeras på rätt sätt.
Rollen är bred och varierad. Du kommer att arbeta med både större förändringsprojekt och mer operativa frågor där du behöver kunna växla mellan planering, koordinering och praktisk problemlösning. En viktig del av arbetet är även att bidra till utvecklingen inom informationssäkerhet. Du kommer att delta i initiativ kopplade till säkerhet, behörigheter, policys och arbetssätt samt stötta organisationen i att säkerställa att våra system och lösningar håller rätt nivå.
Tjänsten är placerad hos Axel Christiernsson i Nol strax norr om Göteborg. Hit tar du dig enkelt både med bil och pendeltåg där stationen ligger i nära anslutning till kontoret. Arbetet är förlagt till vardagar, med flexibla kontorstider. Du rapporterar till Group IT Manager.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av projektledning eller koordinering och har arbetat inom IT, nära en IT-organisation eller i en roll där teknik och verksamhet möts. Du har ett genuint intresse för digitalisering och vill förstå hur IT kan skapa nytta i verksamheten.

Job description: Let's introduce ourselves At Propulsion System Test Centre, we support the sustainability mission by being part of the commitment to rethink sustainability in our operations, in our cars, and in society. Our scope is to secure appropriate and efficient test facilities enabling testing, verification, and validation of batteries, power electronics, electric motors and transmission as well as NVH and tires.We are expanding our EMC Lab capabilities, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is ready to contribute to building new labs and developing our existing facilities in a growing team. What you'll do In this role, you will support mechanical design by securing effective solutions for dummy parts, bridging parts, and fixtures, while providing technical and mechanical support to stakeholders. You will also assist the test coordinator with rig-related knowledge and detailed understanding of test objects to support test planning. Close collaboration with laboratory personnel is a key part of the role, contributing with practical solutions to improve testbeds and installations. You will support laboratory staff and stakeholders by ensuring safe ways of working, providing guidance on testbed safety, installations, and laboratory procedures. Responsibility for equipment not connected to specific testbeds—such as battery simulators, emulators, and spare parts—is included. You will proactively contribute to laboratory safety by identifying risks, reporting observations, and performing risk assessments as part of daily operations. The role also includes participation in investment projects, contributing to reviews, audits, RFQs, and defining interfaces between test objects and testbeds. You will help ensure that layouts meet requirements related to ways of working, testbed similarity, safety, and ergonomics.
