We are looking for our next Sourcing & Production Specialist Footwear. In this role, you serve as the central link between Product Development and Production - ensuring high-quality, timely and well-planned footwear production from start to finish. You manage tier one and two supplier relations and development in close collaboration with our local sourcing teams, facilitating seamless industrialization, prioritizing supplier coordination, and ensuring material excellence throughout every stage of the footwear lifecycle. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are the central link between Product Development and Production - someone who ensures seamless industrialization, prioritizes supplier coordination, and maintains material excellence throughout every stage of the footwear lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL DO Serve as the production specialist for footwear during the entire product development lifecycle Work with Product Development & Sourcing office to ensure smooth industrialization from prototypes to production Manage tier two suppliers by forecasting, negotiating, and sourcing materials to enhance quality, sustainability, availability, and margins Manage packing materials, and other special projects Travel to production markets to assist with supplier onboarding and launches and to train local sourcing teams during industrialization and initial orders Review bulk materials and samples with sourcing teams Maintain product trackers and ensure completion of all critical production gates Analyze CBDs and negotiate prices for core styles Project lead the quick-strike critical path and different approval gates Manage our tooling budget, tooling ordering, amortizations and follow-up ARE YOU THE ONE? The opportunity We're currently looking for a Global Display & OLV Specialist. Someone to join our Digital Marketing, Market Operations & Media Analytics team in order to plan, execute and continuously improve our global display and online video advertising efforts. Someone with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a hands-on approach to campaign execution, and the ability to support and guide our markets and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will act as a subject matter expert for display and online video, supporting markets globally while ensuring campaigns are aligned with our media foundations and deliver measurable impact. This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We follow a hybrid work model, where collaboration onsite is combined with the flexibility to work remotely. Interaction with global stakeholders, local markets and partners is part of the role. The responsibilities In this role, you'll be expected to plan, execute and optimize global display and online video campaigns, while supporting stakeholders across markets with expertise and guidance. Working as a member of the Digital Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in improving campaign performance and ensuring alignment across channels and regions. This is important for supporting multiple markets and handling different requirements across regions. * Proficiency in DV360, CM360, Youtube and preferably Google Analytics. These tools are essential for campaign execution, tracking and performance analysis. * A strong understanding of and interest in the digital marketing landscape.
