ROLE What will be your main challenges? * As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP protection, enforcement strategy, trademark portfolio management and litigation matters. * This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to work across a diverse range of products and business teams: from mobile games to social media platforms.. Key Responsibilities: * IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content. * Commercial Support: Assist on a variety of agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products and activities, with a particular focus on IP-related provision, licensing, protection and risk management. Exposure to broader commercial contract work is a plus.. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the legal team supports the business * Impact: You will be a key member of the legal team working hand in hand with the operational teams in a very integrated manner. You will be the privileged point of contact for any IP-related matters, and will work closely with cross-functional teams in a highly integrated, and hands-on environment.
