We seek to develop a dream team of outstanding Data Specialist team with strong academic and professional achievements and a passion for investing and technology. Your Opportunity: * Support the end-to-end development of company intelligence profiles, from research sourcing and transcript review to final publication on internal platforms * Conduct and/or support expert interviews, including preparation, question development, note-taking, and post-call synthesis * Analyze and synthesize insights from expert interview transcripts, internal research decks, and external sources to build comprehensive company profiles * Interpret qualitative and quantitative market research data and conduct validation or supplemental research where needed * Collaborate closely with topic leads, research teams, sales, and other offshore teams to align on pipeline companies and deliverables * Consolidate insights across multiple interviews and broader market or segment research to produce structured, high-quality drafts of company profiles * Perform quality checks on company profiles to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness * Standardize and format content and data according to internal frameworks and publishing requirements * Contribute to the continuous improvement of profile generation workflows and research processes Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Management, Economics, Social Science (Communications, Journalism, Political Science, International Studies, Sociology) * Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources * Critical thinker who can work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent written English with strong attention to clarity, structure, and precision * Background in data interpretation, market research, or qualitative analysis * Experience in technical writing, systems analysis, project management, or similar structured work environments * Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in conducting interviews or discussions * High level of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with Airtable is an advantage Process: * Introduction Call * Case Study * Pre-final Interview * Interview with a member of the leadership team

Your Responsibility: Talent Acquisition (80%) * Run the full recruitment cycle autonomously: from manager briefing to offer, across all seniority levels and business areas * Source proactively and creatively in a competitive talent market: multi-channel outreach, targeted headhunting, and building long-term talent pipelines. * Be a true partner to Hiring Managers: brief them, challenge their assumptions, train them, and keep them also accountable for a great candidate experience. * Define and deploy the recruitment practices that actually make a difference (process design, scorecards, structured interviews, and tooling) * Own and grow Dedale's employer brand: LinkedIn, events, content. Make people want to work here ! * Master Ashby, our ATS, to keep the pipeline clean, the data reliable, and the process scalable. Strategic projects (20%) * Contribute the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale, including but not limited to: Global Onboarding, Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives Your Qualifications: This job is made for you if: * You have 3-4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or in a search firm (or you've seen both sides of the table) * You are comfortable in startup/scale-up or finance-adjacent environments (fast pace, shifting priorities, high expectations) * You are a genuine headhunter: outbound is your default.
