At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. THE MISSION The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization exists to equip every audience in our ecosystem — field sellers, technical specialists, and partners — with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. This Program Manager sits within the PMO + Data team and owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Snowflake's Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program. You will build and scale a certified partner and instructor network that extends Snowflake's educational reach into markets and segments the core team cannot serve directly — while protecting brand integrity and learner experience at every touchpoint. You are the DRI for training partner program success metrics. You'll design the operating model, set quality standards, and continuously optimize how the program runs. The first 6 months will include a heavier focus on learning the team's operations and designing workflow improvements; afterward, the role shifts more toward partner program ownership and strategic growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner Program Design & Ownership * Own execution and continuous improvement of the Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program: manage partner onboarding, certification, quality standards, and performance management within established frameworks * Own partner selection decisions: evaluate applications, assess market fit, and determine which partners meet Snowflake's standards * Activate and scale training partner participants in priority markets (LatAm, MENA, SEA, India), coordinating strategic delivery and tracking program outcomes * Partner with regional GTM teams to align activations with in-region sales and partner strategies * Own and report on partner program metrics: delivery volume, learner outcomes, NPS, content adoption, and business impact Uphold GRE’s Quality Standards * Build scalable quality enforcement mechanisms: observation protocols, feedback loops, remediation paths, and renewal requirements * Coordinate with Localization/Internationalization teams to ensure partner-delivered content stays current with English-language releases * Serve as primary partner relationship owner: troubleshoot issues, escalate blockers, and advocate for partner needs within Snowflake Operational Excellence & Process Design * Identify opportunities to eliminate manual, multi-step workflows across operations * Design and implement process improvements in partnership with program coordinators, including automation opportunities and workflow simplification * Build documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that help the team scale efficiently * Surface insights from performance data to leadership with strategic recommendations for program evolution Operations Partnership (heavy focus in first 6 months) * Partner with the Education Operations team to learn existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions * Act as an internal consultant: diagnose operational inefficiencies, design workflow improvements, and lead implementation * Upskill program coordinators on new tools, processes, and best practices * Build frameworks that enable the team to scale without proportional headcount growth WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Partner Program & Execution: You're the go-to expert on training partner program operations. You have direct experience managing training partners, channel partners, or vendor networks. You understand how to motivate, govern, and drive outcomes with external organizations. Strategic & Operational Thinking: You naturally spot inefficiencies and design solutions. You build workflows that scale and can be executed by others. You have the ability to = analyze program metrics, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable strategy adjustments. Cross-Functional Influence: Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across GTM, product, and operations teams. You align diverse groups without direct authority. Experience managing programs across multiple regions, time zones, and cultural contexts. Technical & Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how technical training programs work: content delivery, instructor qualification, learner assessment, certification integrity, and quality assurance. QUALIFICATIONS Required * 4 years + of experience in Program Management, Partner Operations, or Education Operations within a high-growth SaaS or cloud platform company * Demonstrated experience designing and launching partner programs or channel enablement initiatives from the ground up * Proven track record as DRI for complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes * Strong decision-making skills: you make judgment calls independently and can defend your reasoning * Excellent stakeholder management: you influence without authority and keep diverse teams aligned * Process design expertise: you've built workflows, automated manual processes, and driven operational efficiency at scale * Willingness and ability to travel ~25% for partner onboarding, regional activations, and team collaboration Preferred * Experience working within an Education, Enablement, or Training organization at a cloud or enterprise software company * Direct experience coordinating with regional GTM teams to support in-market partner strategies * Familiarity with localization and internationalization workflows for training content * Experience with Snowflake's product ecosystem, partner network, or technical certification programs * SQL proficiency and comfort with BI tools (Snowflake, Sigma) for self-service program analytics and experience with AI Tools (Snowflake, Cursor) WHY THIS ROLE?
