About the job Own the reliability strategy behind advanced AI silicon built for datacenter scale. Graphcore is expanding the hardware platforms that will power the next generation of AI compute. As Senior Semiconductor Reliability Engineer, you will lead reliability strategy across advanced silicon nodes and packaging technologies. You will shape reliability from technology selection and design enablement through bring-up, qualification and manufacturing. Your work will help complex, high-performance devices move from ambitious design into robust production. You will assess risk, guide sign-off, lead qualification and drive failure analysis across silicon, interconnect and package technologies. MANAGER, SAFETY 1 Full-Time Permanent Position Is This Role for You? Safety isn’t something we manage here. It’s something we believe in. People go home the same way they arrive, every single day. As the Manager, Integrated Safety & Compliance, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an integrated safety management system encompassing occupational health and safety, aviation safety, public safety, and contractor safety. Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will lead a team of Safety Coordinators while partnering closely with operational teams across the organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who builds trust, develops people, and creates practical safety solutions that work in the field, not just on paper. WHAT YOU’LL DO INTEGRATED SAFETY MANAGEMENT * Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated Safety Management System (SMS) that aligns occupational health and safety, aviation, public safety, and contractor safety requirements. * Ensure safety programs are practical, effective, and embedded into day-to-day operations. * Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
