Job Scope High level purpose of function. The Manager - Central Workshop oversees and manages the daily operations of the central workshop, ensuring all maintenance, repair, and fabrication activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The Central Workshop is responsible for maintaining and repairing precision cutting knives, molds and spare parts. Additionally, fabrication of new spare parts and components using CNC, mills, lathes, grinders, 3D printers, quality inspection tools, etc. This role is essential for maintaining a culture of safety and quality, while maximizing equipment uptime and providing critical technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Operational Management: Develop, implement, and monitor workshop policies, procedures, and standards to optimize performance and workflow. Proven hands-on experience and advanced technical knowledge of machinery operations, maintenance, repair, or fabrication. Qualifications and experience Progress toward a professional engineering or management certification is highly desirable. Experience in heavy equipment or complex machinery maintenance is a plus. Experience managing compliance with ISO quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001) is a plus. Specific skills Strong technical proficiency in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in workshop management software and tools. Excellent budgetary, financial management, and reporting skills. Purpose and Goals You are a hands-on sourcing professional driving supplier selection and commercial execution in development and engineering change projects. You take ownership of sourcing activities from early supplier involvement through supplier selection and handover to operations, ensuring the right balance between cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and scalability. We are looking for a Technical Writer for a company in Stockholm. Start is June 1st, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Stockholm. Description: Technical Writer role focused on creating workshop manual content for repair methods within an aftermarket organisation. The work covers electric vehicle components and transmission systems, requiring collaboration with multiple technical teams.  Scope: Creation of repair method descriptions for service personnel in truck workshops, covering motors, batteries for electric vehicles, and general transmission.  About the role: Working as a technical writer for the “Workshop manual” product within an aftermarket organisation. The role involves producing clear and accurate repair method documentation in collaboration with technical writers, illustrators, and method engineers across several teams.  Key Responsibilities: - Create descriptions of repair methods for workshop service personnel. - Cover topics including motors, batteries for electric vehicles, and general transmission. - Collaborate with a team of technical writers. - Work closely with illustrators and method engineers who produce the base repair methods. - Ensure the correct level of description and quality for the customer. - Understand and apply relevant technical terms and basic technical concepts.  Requirements: - Background in technical communication or similar roles, with hands-on experience in producing technical instructions. - Fluency in English and technical Swedish, both written and spoken (essential requirement). - Ability to understand technical terms and basic technical aspects. - Ability to adapt content to the correct level of detail and quality for the end customer. - Strong focus on end-user needs and ability to translate them into clear instructions and visuals. - Experience working with technical documentation, ideally within industrial, electric vehicle or electrical systems environments.
