Zynca is building an ecosystem of recruiting and matching products, aiming to become the world's #1 choice for candidates and recruiters who are hungry for an 🔥 extraordinary product experience. While 🦕 other companies are releasing convoluted systems with broken features and frustrating interfaces, we are investing our hearts and souls into making sure that Zynca is taking care of everything for you, through smart automations and a world-class user experience that 🌟 simplifies every aspect of your work. In Q3 2026 Zynca will significantly scale up customer acquisition. To prepare for this, we're looking for the next person to take ownership of a core part of the company. 🚀 Senior Front-end Developer As our dedicated Senior Front-end Developer, you will own the frontend side of product flows, interface quality, component architecture, performance, accessibility and the details that make the product feel effortless to use. Rather than being a ticket-taking role, it's a strategic product-building role for someone who wants to shape how Zynca looks, feels and works as we scale. 🎯 The right fit We believe that the right fit for this role has owned frontend work in product-heavy environments before, probably in SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, HR tech, recruitment tech or another digital product where user flows, interface quality and performance matter. You understand how to turn product ideas and design decisions into fast, polished and maintainable user interfaces. You are strong in React, Next.js and TypeScript, comfortable working with APIs, design systems, accessibility, responsive layouts and the small frontend details that make a product feel clear and easy to use. You are senior enough to take responsibility for frontend architecture and technical decisions, but hands-on enough to build components, fix edge cases, improve flows, review details, ship features and make sure the experience holds together in production. You like working close to product and design, and you care about whether the product actually makes the user’s work easier. 💡 About the role What you'll be doing: Own the frontend area across Zynca’s product ecosystem Build and improve user flows, interfaces and reusable components Work closely with product, business and backend to ship features from concept to production Integrate frontend applications with APIs and GraphQL Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness and overall interface quality Maintain and evolve our design system and component architecture Identify weak spots in the product experience and improve them before users have to complain Tech stack: React 19 - Latest React with server components, hooks, concurrent features Next.js 15 - App Router, server/client components, middleware, Turbopack TypeScript 5 - Strong typing, generics, utility types GraphQL - Apollo Client, queries/mutations, caching strategies, codegen Tailwind CSS 4 - Utility-first styling, tailwind-merge, tailwind-variants React Hook Form + Zod - Form handling with schema validation Design System - Mix of shadcn/radix and custom UI library 🥳 Company culture You will join a senior, hands-on company where people are expected to think, challenge, take responsibility and move things forward without waiting for permission. We work closely across product, sales and customer work. Feedback is direct, decisions are made quickly, and everyone is expected to care about the full customer experience, not just their own area. 🎉 Interested? Does this sound like the right role for you? If so, don't hesitate to apply! We'd love to hear from you! Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.

BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE You care deeply about how products feel. Not just how they work, but how they look, respond, and guide users. At your previous role, you were probably the person who noticed the small details others missed, the awkward interaction, the unnecessary friction, the moment where the product could have been better. At Tandem, you’ll bring that mindset to healthcare, a space where most software still feels slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You’ll help us change that! As a Design Engineer, you’ll work closely with designers, product, and other engineers to build experiences that are fast, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use. Your core strength lies in frontend development, crafting high-quality user interfaces - while still being comfortable working across the stack when needed. You’ll take ideas from rough concepts to polished features in production, with a strong sense of ownership over both the technical implementation and the final user experience. This is a role for someone who moves quickly, has strong product taste, and cares about getting the details right - because those details are what make a product feel great. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Own and ship user-facing features end-to-end, from early concept to polished production experience. * Work closely with designers to translate ideas into high-quality, interactive UI, and iterate quickly based on feedback. * Build and maintain fast, responsive, and scalable frontend applications, primarily using modern web technologies. * Contribute across the stack when needed - integrating APIs, shaping data flows, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. * Continuously refine and improve the product by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities for better UX. * Take ownership of UI quality, performance, and consistency across the product. * Use the best modern tools (including AI-assisted development) to ship high-quality features quickly. WHAT YOU BRING * Strong experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and React. * A clear strength and interest in frontend development - you care deeply about UI, performance, and user experience. * A sharp eye for design, interaction, and detail, you care about spacing, motion, responsiveness, and polish. * A product mindset - you think in terms of user outcomes, not just technical tasks. * Ability to move quickly from idea to implementation, with a high degree of ownership. * Comfort working across the stack when needed (e.g. APIs, backend integrations). * Experience shipping production systems and understanding how to balance speed with quality. * Strong collaboration skills - you enjoy working closely with designers and other engineers. BONUS POINTS * Experience in the healthcare industry or with health-related applications. * Experience working in design-heavy or product-led teams. * Familiarity with tools like Figma and ability to collaborate closely on design systems. * Experience building LLM-powered interfaces or AI-driven products. LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. HOW TO APPLY We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of 4 stages: 1. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. Technical interviews with some of our Engineering team 3. System Design Interview at our office - Join us in the Stockholm office for a lunch and a Product focused System Design interview to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. 4. Follow-up interview with our CTO & Co-Founder We're currently in the middle of vacation season, which means it may take us a little longer to review applications and get back to you. Thanks for your patience - we're looking forward to reading your application! We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment.
