Arbetsplatsen Inom avdelningen för funktionsstöd finns gruppbostäder, daglig verksamhet, barn- och ungdomsboenden samt korttids- och fritidsverksamhet som bedrivs enligt lagen om stöd och service (LSS) och relevant myndighetsbeslut för den enskilde brukaren. Inom avdelningen finns även socialpsykiatrins verksamheter som bedrivs enligt socialtjänstlagen (SoL).  Våra arbetsplatser finns både i Trelleborgs stad och tätort samt en del verksamheter finns i kommunens byar och landsbygd.  Denna annons riktar sig till lediga jobb inom gruppbostäder för målgrupp vuxna. Arbetsuppgifter Som stödassistent har du en viktig roll i att ge stöd och service till brukare utifrån individuella behov, med fokus på självständighet, självbestämmande och delaktighet. Arbetet utgår från relevant myndighetsbeslut samt barnets/den vuxnes genomförandeplan, och du arbetar för att skapa trygghet och livskvalitet genom lågaffektivt bemötande, struktur och tydliggörande pedagogik och god kommunikation. I det dagliga arbetet som stödassistent ger du stöd och vägledning till brukarna i deras vardag utifrån ett pedagogiskt och praktiskt förhållningssätt. Med brukarnas genomförandeplan som utgångspunkt arbetar du för att upprätta, driva och följa upp mål och förverkliga största möjliga kvalitet och delaktighet för brukaren i vardagen. Stödet innefattar hjälp vid omsorg/hygien, matlagning och färdighetsträning, samt fritidsaktiviteter som bowling, dans och andra aktiviteter som är viktiga för brukaren. Grunden i arbetet är en god och tydlig kommunikation samt gott bemötande. Du arbetar för att skapa ett lugn och trygghet för brukarna i olika situationer som de möter i sin vardag. Vidare är du ett stöd och skapar förutsättningar för god kontakt med anhöriga, sjukvård och andra kontakter som är viktiga för varje brukare. Du samarbetar framför allt med andra stödassistenter, stödpedagoger och ledning för att kontinuerligt utveckla verksamheten och nå uppsatta mål. Då fyra av sex lediga jobb är riktade till gruppbostad för brukar med större omsorgsbehov, är det fördel om du har erfarenhet av vård och omsorgsarbete. Södra Tibblevägen   Södra Tibblevägen är ett boende för vuxna som omfattas av LSS, personkrets 1. Boendet  ligger i Björklinge med gångavstånd till matbutik och bussförförbindelser med UL till Uppsala. På Södra Tibblevägens gruppbostad finns cirka 10 medarbetare med olika anställningsformer. 1 plats(er). Som elevassistent på Vetterstorp skolan arbetar du nära en elev med ADHD och diabetes typ 1 under hela dagen, både i skolans undervisning och på fritidshemmet. Syftet är att skapa förutsättningar för elevens lärande, trygghet, delaktighet och självständighet utifrån elevens individuella behov. Välkommen med din ansökan! Dina arbetsuppgifter Som elevassistent arbetar du nära en elev med diabetes typ 1 och ADHD under hela skoldagen och på fritidshemmet. Du ger stöd i undervisningen utifrån lärarens planering och hjälper eleven att strukturera, planera och genomföra sitt skolarbete. Genom att tydliggöra instruktioner, skapa förutsägbarhet och ge stöd i övergångar och sociala situationer bidrar du till att eleven får goda förutsättningar att utvecklas, känna trygghet och nå ökad självständighet. Det innebär bland annat att vara uppmärksam på tecken på högt eller lågt blodsocker, säkerställa att blodsockerkontroller, måltider och mellanmål genomförs enligt plan samt ge stöd i samband med fysisk aktivitet utifrån elevens individuella behov. Du arbetar i nära samverkan med lärare, fritidshemmets personal, elevhälsan, skolsköterska och vårdnadshavare. Rollen kräver ett professionellt förhållningssätt, god samarbetsförmåga och en förmåga att anpassa ditt stöd utifrån elevens dagsform och individuella behov. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som har en godkänd gymnasial utbildning och som har erfarenhet av att arbeta med barn och unga.   Det är positivt om du är utbildad barnskötare, elevassistent, lärarassistent eller har annan relevant utbildning, liksom om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med elever inom NPF särskilt ADHD. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av att arbeta med personer med Diabetes typ 1 ser vi det som ett plus. About the research project Despite increasing research on car-free households, there is still a lack of understanding of how car owners and non-car owners differ in their mobility patterns, satisfaction, and use of mobility services such as car-sharing, cargo-bikes, and attitudes toward emerging technologies such as shared autonomous vehicles. This project addresses that gap through a mixed-method study combining survey data with in-depth interviews. An interdisciplinary approach, integrating systems and policy perspectives with behavioral psychology, will deepen the analysis.
